Fantastic experience: One thing I appreciate about this gym is their dedication to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. There is a diverse group of members, and everyone is respectful and supportive of each other's fitness journeys. The only downside to this gym is the timings, as I usually finish after 12 and they haven't operated yet for 24 hours. Anyway, they made up for it. Overall, I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and well-equipped gym with a variety of workout options. The staff and members create a positive and motivating atmosphere, and I am excited to continue my fitness journey at this gym. Special thanks to Roxanne for helping me out with the application and how to go around it.
Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym with a huge range of equipment to choose from and separate studios for group classes. The front desk is super helpful, and the downstairs parking and escalator leads right close to the main gym entrance. There's awesome artwork and lighting through the whole gym. Worth a visit!
Fantastic experience: The best gym in Al Ain. New and latest equipment, cross fit is not too big but enough space for workout with friends or having your own trainings. Treadmills are generally good and you don't have to wait for your turn because they have enough. Ms. Roxanne will receive you dearly at the reception with her nice smile and friendly aura.

Positive experience: Update: Changing from 1 to 3 stars as all equipments and the ambiance are excellent. Might change to 5 stars once accessibility of the gym is fixed to 100% anytime of day or night. I have registered for this gym as it's a 24/7 facility as advertised, well unfortunately mall guards allows people to come in only by 8am. Is this false advertisement or a mall issue? Definitely it's a waste of time driving early only to get disaapointed. Turns out, there's a designated parking for the gym, unfortunately the mall staff are not even aware of this. Mall management and gym needs to get this sorted out.
