Fantastic experience: I’ve had a great experience training with Gianna. She’s knowledgeable, motivating, and really pays attention to form and individual goals. Every session is well-structured and challenging in the best way. I’ve seen real progress in my strength and fitness. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for serious results.

Negative experience: I’ve been a member since 2022, but things have gone downhill, especially this past year. 1- The SMELLS, either or a combination of: sewage smells, very strong air freshener everywhere, and perhaps the most disturbing are the cooking smells from the restaurant that fill a large portion of the gym. It is extremely unpleasant. I have complained about the cooking smells and other members did as well, but nothing useful has been done for months. Imagine, walking into a gym to work out and it smells like FISH, and trying to focus on lifting the weights and smelling ONIONS. Sometimes the smell is so bad I feel like I have to cover my hair just so it doesn’t catch the smell. The window of the kitchen is open at all times and from what I can tell there is no strong enough ventilation system to absorb the smells. Another issue with smells is trying to cover them with so much cheap air freshener that it is triggering to allergies and makes me sneeze a lot. Covering the smells is NOT a solution. Using too much air freshener triggers allergies for some people and the aroma-chemicals in them can act as dangerous hormone disruptors that I honestly worry for my health smelling so much of them every time I come to the gym. I am writing this here as a last hope that a REAL solution is made. Please close off the kitchen and get it a more powerful air vent to not allow the smells to go everywhere in the gym, and please do not saturate the gym with so many perfumes and air freshener that can potentially harm our health and that end up smelling worse combined with the other smells. 2- There aren’t enough weight plates and they’re always all over the place and left in random unused machines. Please get more plates and ensure the members are aware enough to return the weights to their proper spots after use. 3- The noise is too much from some classes it literally makes the gym vibrate, I am trying to focus on my workout and have my noise cancelling headphones and can still hear and feel the noise and it is highly disturbing. Either use better sound absorbing material for the group classes or reduce the volume and be more mindful towards other members. And please ensure the music volume is reduced at the playground after classes as sometimes it is too loud that no one can even have a conversation. 4- The lighting at the playground can be extremely dim sometimes that I cannot properly see what I am trying to do in my workout and it can be dangerous. And the lighting in the hallway leading to the playground is sometimes set to a fast blinking going from very bright to very dark in a very fast and repeated fashion literally hurts my eyes that I have to physically close my eyes and cover them with my hands to be able to get to the playground like I’m walking in a war zone. Some people might have epilepsy issues with that so please be mindful and do not set the lighting to such an extreme. The employees are very nice and friendly, the environment is lively and welcoming, but these issues I mentioned above are making me seriously consider leaving, and I am sure they are disturbing many other members as well. I am writing this so a real change can be made for the betterment of this gym that is special to so many ladies including myself.

Negative experience: If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have requested a cancellation of my membership since October 20. They have yet to process it. It has been 37 days and still they haven’t issued a cancellation or a refund. Their customer service is beyond horrible. They don’t answer calls or messages but the very rare occasions where they do reply they say “the management” needs to make a decision. And finally after chasing them, they came back to me to tell me it was cancelled, but shocking news!! It was in fact not cancelled. Honestly, don’t waste your time with them.

Negative experience: I’m a member since 2023 and I pay for gym equipment membership + PT sessions. Around Feb this year, I noticed that the gym become VERY noisy! Even during early morning or afternoon PT sessions, there are members talking very loudly in the cafe area and socializing It makes it very hard to focus and even with using my AirPods the noise is still very distracting.. As members we need quieter environment to train comfortably please. Thank you very much!

Negative experience: I’m honestly done with the management at Mirdif. You do whatever you want without caring about members’ feedback or complaints. You canceled one of the most important classes HIT only in Mirdif, and replaced it with pointless sessions like Mobility and other useless classes. The membership prices are already high, yet you still expect us to pay extra for Skill X and Reforma? That’s ridiculous. Worst gym ever poor management, zero accountability, and a facility that doesn’t justify the cost at all.

Positive experience: Oct 25’: SERIOUSLY FIX THE BLOW-DRYER! IT IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! Prices are increasing constantly, yet we have to try our luck with wet hair; if the blow dryer is working or not! Already informed reception in the past yet im not seeing a solution for the problem which has been ongoing for over 4 months!!!!!! FIX THEM OR CHANGE THEM! How hard is it to replace 4 dryers and 2 straightening irons! ———————————————————————- 2024- I had a one month membership which I extended to two now, the support team in the gym are amazing and Ivana(trainer) is wonderful and supportive, The machinery and classes are exceptional, and recommended. However, the showers are weak, and many of the doors/ locks which is upsetting, considering the overall hefty price, also I've noticed that they removed the deo(spray), which is sometimes useful, if we forgot our own. Overall, its a nice gym with a good community.

Negative experience: The gym itself is beautiful inside, but unfortunately, I will not be renewing my membership. Recently, it has become extremely crowded and noisy, with many members coming more to socialize than to actually work out. The fees keep changing, and it now feels more like a commercial business than a genuine fitness space. Classes are overcrowded, with no separation between beginners and advanced members, which makes it difficult to benefit properly. On top of that, a single day pass for AED 400 for a guest is unreasonable. I no longer feel happy or motivated coming here. I would much prefer a smaller, quieter gym with supportive staff and trainers over a flashy environment that lacks the right fitness culture

Positive experience: I came to check your schedule and if it’s match my schedule I will be join. But for Ching schedule I should download application. No information on website . No any paper. Only app. I don’t want to download it just to check what programs do you have and how I can spend my time training while my child does hockey twice a week or 3 times a week . While the place is clean and looks classy, there are several issues: • The price is very high and recently increased without a clear reason. • Classes are always full, and if you’re even two minutes late, you’re not allowed to join. • The space is very small, and the equipment is almost always occupied. • Staff are not friendly. Overall, the price does not match the size of the gym or the quality of services provided.

Negative experience: I have been a loyal member of FitnGlam since 2021, but several things have happened over the past five years that made me rate it only 1 star. 1. The prices have been increasing drastically—by more than 50%. 2. The classes are always fully booked. Even if you try on Thursday, when new classes open, they show as fully booked and you end up on a waitlist. 3. On the rare occasion that I do find an available slot, it’s very frustrating that if I arrive just 5 minutes late, they don’t allow me to enter. As a paying member, I sometimes go entire months without being able to attend because everything is full. 4. Parking has become extremely crowded, especially after 5 pm. It’s very difficult to find a spot, even in the basement. 5. The staff at FitnGlam are not helpful with complaints. They don’t treat member concerns as challenges that need solutions; instead, they give off the impression that “this is just how it is.” 6. The facility itself is not that big, yet they allow too many members inside, which makes it feel overcrowded—especially at the Mirdif branch. That’s why I can no longer recommend FitnGlam in Mirdif, even though I used to be very happy with it. I also know that many Emirati women support the gym, but unfortunately, the management does not seem to support members when it comes to complaints. Thank you Amna

Positive experience: The gym is so full to the point where u have to wait for machines and there is no way to workout at 4 or 5 pm Once i was trying to take a picture of myself where one of the coaches came to me and was so rude that i can not use the tools that they are closing the gym mind u there was 30 min left on the closing time and i was not even doing any workout so there was no reason to be rude and talking this way The customer service is bad through whatsapp where they keep spamming u again and again to sign up and sign up even though i rejected mulitple times The machines themselves are good thats the only reason that makes me come to this gym even though i should come really early in the morning to get spots on the machines or so late at night Paying near to 2500 dirhams just for the gym membership “ without “ any classes And the coaches classes are not less than 3000 dirhams The prayer room is sooooo small too and the door is so hard to even move The app lags so much making it so hard to book a class

Positive experience: It is a nice Gym but I wish they change to better not to less convenient options. like the app is really bad, old bikes were much better. On the other hand maintenance takes long time, for example the 2 cross trainer machines were not working and they haven’t fixed for almost one month

Positive experience: Please consider changing your band system. It's very inconvenient when losing it multiple times to have to pay additional amount to get a new one or if I forget it at home. Most gyms have barcode access or something much simpler, please consider that and it's more sustainable. thanks

Negative experience: The trainers have the worst attitude imaginable — they never smile, never show a shred of respect, and act like they’re doing us a favor just by being there. Every interaction drips with rudeness, eye rolls, and cold stares that make you feel completely unwelcome. It’s exhausting dealing with people who clearly don’t care and can’t be bothered to act professionally for even a second, they are so rude and show such attitude like the least you can do is smile. honestly for the amount we pay and getting such rude hospitality we should get a refund.

Negative experience: This gym probably has the rudest and judgiest staff. I’ve never witnessed this in any other gym in Dubai except here I came to workout, not to deal with bad attitude and dirty looks. The equipment may be good but respectful customer service matters and yours is seriously lacking.

Negative experience: Entitled useless staff! Not helpful at all and classes that I took they don’t always ask if it’s your first time. When I first started there nobody told me about my free PT session that I had and I accidentally found out that you get that when you first register. When I ask trainers for help with some things they act like they’re celebrities. What was really bothersome in this gym is honestly the staff’s attitude everything else is fine

Fantastic experience: An exceptional gym with a welcoming and supportive community. I personally enjoy the group classes. The instructors are outstanding and highly professional. I’d like to highlight Maris, Priscilla, and Anastasia, whose energy and expertise truly set them apart. I also want to recognize Seham, one of the personal trainers, who has been incredibly kind and supportive during my individual workouts. She's always willing to help and clearly knows what she’s doing.

Fantastic experience: I enrolled to this gym couple of months back and finding it very helpful especially in terms of improving my body and health. I’ve had an incredible experience training with Coach Sihem! From day one, her energy, motivation, and deep knowledge of fitness have made every session challenging but fun. Fantastic experience: This gym is located in Mirdif Sport Society, ladies only which makes it a great option for Hijabi women, taking the package that includes the classes is highly recommended, you can book your classes in advance though the app. I love cycling, pulse and Pilates group classes. I also had classes with a personal trainer, they are a bit pricey but it worth it when your pick the right coach, I had classes with coach Seham she is very kind and motivational to me I would recommend her for anyone.

Negative experience: I was surprised to learn that a day pass at this gym costs AED 400. Having visited many reputable gyms across the UAE, I’ve rarely seen a day rate exceed AED 150, and it’s quite common for first-time visitors to receive complimentary access. This rate felt unusually high and left me questioning the value offered for the price.

Her clear instructions and emphasis on proper form have helped me avoid injuries and get better results. Negative experience: The gym deserves less than one star. As they put a policy every two days and i be paying for the class in the gym then when i arrive before five minutes they say no you can’t enter because we change the policy and it happens more than one time we need someone to take the right action so we don’t waste our time and money on things we can’t have later!

Negative experience: I’m shocked and disappointed. I got stolen from inside this prestigious and expensive gym — AED 6,000 and a perfume were taken from my bag. When I reported it to the admin, she said this has been happening for 8 months and they still haven’t found the thief because there are no cameras in the ladies’ gym. I feel frustrated and helpless, knowing I won’t get my money back. I expected better safety and responsibility from a place like this. I rate it 1 star.

Negative experience: The gym is beautiful and clean, but it is under a lot of demand. A monthly membership costs 1k and they put a hold on monthly memberships because they have too many clients. Their app is glitchy and even if you report issues with being able to see your classes, and they confirm there is a problem -you will still get a no-show. Their staff are among the worst: Many are unhelpful and condescending. For instance, they insist that should you wish to speak to them you should get dressed and go to the reception (even though their front desk has a back door that leads straight to the heart of the gym). They kept redirecting me to go pray in the mall family room, only for me to later discover they actually have a dedicated prayer room in the gym itself. I have never felt so helpless and disrespected as a Muslim woman in my decades living here in Dubai. Their customer service rep is only interested in signing more clients and was unhelpful when I wanted to escalate issues. If you need a gym with a good location and clean facilities then maybe this is for you. But know that the hefty price tag does not come with the luxury of good customer service, or even, common human decency.

Negative experience: My experience at this gym was not satisfactory, the overall standard was not up to expectations, the smell in the hall was very unpleasant, and the restrooms were not at the required level in terms of cleanliness and services. I really hope you can restore the quality you had before.

Fantastic experience: Vasiliki is the best Yoga instructor in town. She has advanced technics but most importantly she is caring, gentle and kind.She makes everyone feel so safe and accepted.

Negative experience: I’m a founder member since the start up of the gym, but unfortunately, staff are really disrespectful to people timings ! Allowing to misuse the laws that are applied! This is the not the first time happening, every day there is an issue with other members, and they still do the same!! There is a clear 5 minutes late from classes while booking, but disrespectfully allowing others to take the slots for 1 minute and asking you to calm down you’re late? They addressed me at the reception that we don’t have such a thing of a 5minute rule , as if its the first time to join a class☺️! Is it even right to miss lead the members and denying rules that are addressed and sent with each booking confirmation?? The huge issue of fitnglam is not dealing with members properly, no humanity and respect, rules is rules and they disobey their own rules, shame!

Fantastic experience: I am a member from September 2024. I have experience with a lot of gyms in Ukraine, Turkey, and the UAE, so I can compare. I am a person who loves only group classes, and for me, the best choices are yoga, motion and mobility, deep stretching, Pilates, face yoga, dancing, etc. I really can live for this, and I will not get tired. When I am in the gym, I forget about everything; usually, I switch off my phone. Love ❤️ Minus for me personally is a slightly high price for membership, and I hope that due to good reviews, the price for membership in the hall will not increase

Negative experience: THE WORST I had a terrible experience with fitnglam and absolutely do not recommend it to anyone. Despite canceling my membership a long time ago, they continued to charge me for months even though I wasn’t using the gym. I have reached out multiple times via phone calls and emails, yet I’ve received no response. It feels like they are deliberately ignoring my requests. Two weeks ago, I tried to cancel a booking and once again asked for confirmation that my membership was canceled, but I never received any email confirming the cancellation. The customer service is awful, and they make the cancellation process as difficult as possible. There is no customer trust—you cannot trust this gym at all. They keep charging members unfairly and refuse to respond when you try to resolve the issue. If you’re considering joining this gym, think twice. Once they have your payment details, they won’t let go, even after you cancel. Even after my cancellation was processed and confirmed, they continue to deduct money from my account. I have complained multiple times, yet nothing has been done to stop these unauthorized charges. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. A gym should not be taking money from former members after cancellation, especially after repeated complaints. Their customer service is unhelpful and does nothing to resolve the issue. I strongly warn others to think twice before joining. If you ever need to cancel, be prepared for endless deductions and a complete lack of support!

Negative experience: Worst treatment i ever got in a gym! The gym looks really good and clean but as for the people working there it is a disaster! Everyone working there is very rude except for the girls who clean around. The trainers are sooo rude and won’t even smile except if you will ask for a private session with them. Even if you ask them to show you how a machine works so you won’t hurt yourself they might say they are busy or help but really in a rude way! As for the girls on the front desk they are really bad.. Especially the one with short hair and a bit chubby. Each time I ask them for something they say they’ll get back to me but never did! They just ignore my requests each time which so unprofessional. They never smile. I got a 6 months membership and from day 1 asked if they have boxing classes and they said yes and today i finished my membership and never had even 1 boxing class although i requested an explanation for that 5 times and they just ignored me never called back or talked to anyone. Really bad customer service never going back there although the gym is really nice. Staff need to changed!

Negative experience: No issues with the gym facilities but my abaya was stolen from off the rack in the changing room. The staff was unable to do much to support in this case.

Negative experience: الجم كبير لكن زحمة، وهذا الفرع لديهم مديرة غير محترفة وتتعامل مع الاعضاء كأنهم يعملون لديها.. للاسف الجم يخسر تألقه

Negative experience: Just take care ladies when applying for the yearly membership there is something called rolling membership which I was never informed about I was told only it’s a membership for one year then after finishing my year I came to know that I need to give one month notice for not renewing for another year..their contract is 14 pages I admit it’s my mistake I didn’t read but I trusted them when I was informed it was for one year only.in addition customer service not helpful and rude putting the mistake on you for not reading 14 pages maybe I should hire a lawyer to read before signing even though they sent this that there is end membership an AUTO RENEW then saying rolling membership in addition most lockers are broken not working..the good classes are always fully booked and they are during working hours so I was never able to attend ..the gym entrance always smells food from the coffee place and kitchen..now I am forced to pay one month notice for something I am not happy with in addition the gym became extremely crowded you need to wait for machines to be available .

Fantastic experience: After a 3 months subscription, I joined again for another 6 months, I truly couldn't stand to stay away from this wonderful gym. I have to especially thank Ruba from Customer Care who welcomed me, was super helpful to me when I first joined and when I renewed, and was always so quick to respond to any question or request. I also want to thank all the ladies from the housekeeping department. They are simply amazing at keeping the space immaculate. Lastly, my favorite instructors - Priscilla, Maris, Ludmilla, Lina, Greta. They all make group classes fun and energetic.

Fantastic experience: It's lovely place, luxury gym, but I preferred mixed gym, only ladies very boring , ladies not motivated you

Fantastic experience: I love the classes specially Vinyasa yoga with instructor Vasiliki in Mondays its the best i have never felt more relaxed, also during Ramadan i joined her aerial flow which was amazing, the instructor her self is very welcoming and understanding, I really appreciate the kindness and the positive energy she spreads.

Positive experience: Dear FitnGlam, I wanted to say that when I go on the app and I want to book and I cancel again it suspend me from booking why don’t u remove the suspended thing on the app like it’s useless and it’s been so long I didn’t go to the gym , so please at least remove the suspended thing or make it 10 minutes not 24 hours it’s very very useless . You better remove the suspended thing we paid for this membership and you suspended me from booking it’s unfair .

Negative experience: They done allow to enter the class if 1 min late which is unfair specially for the new joiners as it’s still difficult to find the class for us

Negative experience: على هالتعليقات الواحد يخاف يسجل ، المشكله اكثر النوادي همهم الفلوس وبس ، كان خاطري اسجل معاهم ، كنت ف نادي السيدات جميرا وكان في حريه الاختيار يعني اقدر اخذ الكلاس اي وقت بغيته ، لكن انتقلت إلى الخوانيج وأي جم قريبي مبالغ فالاسعار واهمال وما في مدربات عكس نادي السيدات .

Positive experience: I recently joined the gym, and they do the welcome session. So the coach did for me body analysis and said i can see videos of how to use the machines (on them) and that was it. Later i found out From My Friend that the welcome session should include workout session too with the coach! After telling the sales consultant, she told me to reach to the coach which i did but the coach insisted that theres nothin more to do. So the sales consultant reached out to the manager and they sorted it out. But the thing is if My Friend Didn’t Tell Me i Wouldnt Know About it !!!! and wouldnt do the workout i was supposed to do !! and how the coach didnt know she had to train me and do a workout session ?! how you didnt tell her what she supposed to do and unaware of it ??!!! i didnt like it , so for some ppl they do it and for some they dont? thankfully my frnd told me

Negative experience: The gym is so nice, but there is no anyone response, I mentioned many times that all water are so hot for shower if you turn to cold you won’t find any even normal temperature water to shower all is so hot and hardly breathing .. am melted .. I pay alot and i deserve to find cold water for shower after training..

Negative experience: Front desk is not informative and inconsistent with all their branches. Have accessed guest passes numerous times before, have caused so much drama. Ended up leaving and going yo another gym with my guest because they were being super unreasonable.

Fantastic experience: Very organized, clean gym with lots of machines. Beside that, I had a very friendly and caring personal trainer Jackie who I loved and enjoyed my lessons with her. Special thanks to her❤️❤️

Positive experience: I registered in the gym recently and I was excited about the different classes that were offered , I haven’t had an issue until yesterday , when I was supposedly 4 minutes late to my class. Only to be surprised that they have given my spot to another client. First of all , I was in the parking lot. And when I asked the staff to let me in to the class , where I absolutely know and would bet that there were empty spaces. She simply said “NO” because it’s “company policy”. That doesn’t seem convenient for us as members that pay good money to be able to attend the classes , to have to be put under pressure. Mind you that we come to the gym to ease the pressure , not double it. It didn’t seem fair to me until I hear another customer that was in another class with us fight for her spot just because she had to use the washroom before class. Additionally the class timing was extended because the staff had to adjust a speaker issue which interfered with the following class’s timing. The staff told me that it was full , where I know the class wasn’t , I had a friend waiting inside for me. Overall the staff and management had to gain the client trust and satisfaction , not the other way around.
