Fantastic experience: Very organized, clean gym with lots of machines. Beside that, I had a very friendly and caring personal trainer Jackie who I loved and enjoyed my lessons with her. Special thanks to her❤️❤️

Positive experience: I registered in the gym recently and I was excited about the different classes that were offered , I haven’t had an issue until yesterday , when I was supposedly 4 minutes late to my class. Only to be surprised that they have given my spot to another client. First of all , I was in the parking lot. And when I asked the staff to let me in to the class , where I absolutely know and would bet that there were empty spaces. She simply said “NO” because it’s “company policy”. That doesn’t seem convenient for us as members that pay good money to be able to attend the classes , to have to be put under pressure. Mind you that we come to the gym to ease the pressure , not double it. It didn’t seem fair to me until I hear another customer that was in another class with us fight for her spot just because she had to use the washroom before class. Additionally the class timing was extended because the staff had to adjust a speaker issue which interfered with the following class’s timing. The staff told me that it was full , where I know the class wasn’t , I had a friend waiting inside for me. Overall the staff and management had to gain the client trust and satisfaction , not the other way around.

Positive experience: So far I’m enjoying the Pilates, Yoga, and Boxing classes. I hope they open up Hot Yoga classes in the future. I also really appreciated my sessions with the personal trainer, Jawaher. She’s very knowledgeable and patient! My only complaint is that for a luxury facility that costs so much, the showers are not clean and it is of a public beach shower.

Positive experience: Fitnglam gym is a good gym with a lot to offer. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Rasha, the sales representative. She was very helpful when I first joined the gym and helped me find the right membership plan for me. She is also really nice. The equipmentat Fitnglam gym are excellent. However, the gym could make better use of its space by adding more equipment or expanding its facilities because there are mo enough machines. The prayer room is also small. Additionally, the freezing policy are inconvenient and unnecessary. The policies that were placed back then when they just opened are much better and convenient for the members.

Fantastic experience: Please bring back coach Srishti class if possible , we know she mentioned that she got busy with her personal training which is I can see that she is always busy with her clients ❤️ We LOVED her class , she is the only coach that did with heavy weights I have attended many classes in Dubai including Barry but I have never attended class like hers ,but her class is like next level of weights class at the same time for beginners in the class she would give alternative weights or exercises, We never felt it was class we felt it was more like 1/1 training she would run around trying to fix everyone posture . She used to say begging of the class please give your 200% it’s your body , your time , your money and with loud laugh I think it’s very unique and motivating . Just doing her class once in a week I felt so strong imagine doing 3x a week .

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I've been to in terms of facilities, cleanliness and staff. There is restaurant/cafe which you can go to after your workout with a nice seating area; which I find to be very convinient.I also started my journey there with Elena as my trainer and she has been amazing so far. One downside is that it is quiet pricy. Not only that but the gym access and classes are paid for separately. I didn't find this to be the case in other gyms I've been to, usually the classes are included in the regular membership.

Fantastic experience: The Gym facilites is great , clean, and provides all the services I need . The staff are very nice, especially Jawaher and Elena, who deal with the utmost professionalism. They always encourage me to continue to get better results.

Also , when you finish your workout you can relax in steam ,salt , sauna rooms . But what really sets this gym apart from others I've been to are the coaches . The trainers are all incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in their craft. Specially coach carol she take the time to get to know her clients and understand their goals, and then she create customized workout plans to help you achieve your goals.. coach carol also great motivator. She push me to work harder and do things I never thought I could do. And when I do achieve my goals, she give positive motivation . her positive attitudes and encouragement keep me coming back to the gym day after day. Positive experience: 1) i love the gym facilities and its cleanness. i go there and enjoy my training go home and be relaxed. 2) but what i really hate is there people attitude…. coaches are always standing together chatting, if u look struggling with an equipment they will just ignore u and not bother to help. 3) i hate the fact that whenever i have a small question to the receptionist they will tell me to contact my sales advisor!! like they have dont have an answer for anyyything.. 4) PT sessions are EXPENSIVE!! as your getting gold. 5) towels need to get renewed. 6) cooler in the shower need to be able, al qouz has cold water in the afternoon but mirdif branch has boiled water.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had a free pass for one day so she made some pictures and narrated a tale about fitnGlam women's Gym : Dad !!! This a 5* Mall , they have everything you need from supplements , fitness clothes , food to cafeteria ... Designed areas for cardio , CrossFit, Gym , sauna , swimming pool ... The gym is great , huge , clean , bathrooms are super clean and parking is available for free , it's close to Mirdif City Center then close to Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed road . This luxurious Gym will ask you annual subscription of 6000 Dh or like 3000 Dh for a semester.

Fantastic experience: I love everything about this gym. The classes, events, salon and active by nolus restaurants. The nolus staff are very friendly and nice specially Lara, Rangana and Edina. They are always smiling and the food is delicious even the smoothies. I had a personal trainer “Jaqueline” from day one and I will continue with her. She is amazing, she keeps pushing me even in the days that I have excuses she will let me come. I lost around 12 kg and my body shape looks good now Nour from Glo Salon is amazing. I had the best hair extensions, hair color and blow dry. The team overall are good. It’s expensive comparing to the other gyms but it worth it. Also, I think the reception staff can do better..

Fantastic experience: Beautiful clean gym. Vibe is positive and energetic as soon as you enter. Toilets and showers are clean (very important). Sauna and steam room are a bonus after a tiring workout. Staff is friendly. Most importantly, I’m enjoying fit n glam because I found the best trainer in the world. Iv trained with many trainers around the world including New York, London and two top sports facilities in Dubai …after many years of useless training and money wasted at other facilities, I finally found a trainer here at fit n glam midriff who has motivated me and I now enjoy training and actually take it seriously. I drive almost an hour to get to the gym so I can train with Elena. She is the most detailed, professional, positive, extremely organized and encouraging trainer. Elena has taught me important rules and lessons about form and machines that I was not taught before. Lessons that will stay with me forever. She pushes me to my fullest. Anyone who is serious about getting their fitness on track or making a serious gain/change to perfect the look of their body, Elena is the trainer you need. I promise, you will not be disappointed. She will encourage you to your fullest, you’ll be surprised how much power you have within you. There are some trainers who teach you because it’s their job, Elena trains you with a passion to help you reach your goals… it’s very rare to find that. Worth every minute and $ you spend. I can’t thank you enough fit n glam for hiring such a super professional.

Fantastic experience: The GYM is comfortable and and has all the resources we may need. I however hope if the restaurant could open as early as the GYM opens. Also I’ve met two coaches and they are both so friendly and supportive. You feel comfortable around them coach Afraa and Zainab I’ve spoke with coach Afra on my first day on my goals and she was so understanding and helped me clear my hesitation to start my journey.

Positive experience: Haircut with Fatem. She was lovely. It was the quickest cut I ever had. Gave my straight hair layers. It is a good cut, but I wish she had checked that birth sides lay evenly. Overall I would recommend

Positive experience: Nice clean place. Not happy with the frizzing price i have to pay to freeze my memberships. In the contract it said 80 Dhs and after 1 month they increase it for 150 Dhs for old and new members. We writes emailssss you cant get easy response or action. As ramadan timing before iftar classes start at 5 and finish 6 mean a waste of money in my membership.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a new ladies gym in my area. My main focus was a big place (hate congested gyms) , good equipment and friendly vibes. To be honest FitnGlam takes care of all those little details that u look for in other places. I won’t be going through their pricing and all because it’s a personal experience. I’ve seen private clubs make u pay more but u won’t decide if this place is for you until u walk in and visit. If you are into working out and you know what you need look no further. The equipment is to point, the availability of benches/ racks/ weights - I think you’ll enjoy the atmosphere too. You can say it’s a one stop shop. You get clothing / supplements / protein shakes / bars / pre workout drinks all of that at the hallway (if ur interested). Then you get a restaurant in the gym in case u wanted to stay and dine. Let’s not forget the Sauna / steam room / Halotherapy (salt room) and a solarium (that u need to pay for if interested). The services team are on floor making sure everything is disinfected and clean on spot for every member. The cleanliness is on spot and they do a great job. Rasha Alziny is one of the friendliest staff that took care of my queries, no matter what I ask she gets back to me. We spoke before I joined and she kept following up. She even offered me a day pass at the gym just before joining for free! I mean they are good at what they do, pay them a visit and see for yourself!

Fantastic experience: All equipment gets disinfected after every use, so many hygiene professionals always around. Luxury cosmetics in shower, Dyson in changing room, all in details. Staff was so helpful and friendly. I would love to join, but will think about it, cause not ready to pay this much for now. But is definitely a level, for those who’s ready.

Fantastic experience: Gym is spacious, well equipped, well sanitized and fun. Rasha is always present and available throughout WhatsApp or in the gym to support us, her customers and provide efficient service. Highly recommend gym and services. Subscription steps are also very quick.

Positive experience: I’ve been a member of fitnglam for almost a year now . The trainers are very nice the gym is nice but when it’s crowded there isn’t any space and its overall very noisy during their skills classes the trainers scream into the tiny mike they have . I think this gym is perfect for people who like classes and using machines .

Thanks Cindy for the gentle treatment. , for the PT I would highly recommend to choose Coach Kris she is amazing strong friendly Coach , she really care about every single detail of her client , everything is perfect there and special thanks to Ms. Jailly for her lovely hospitality and cute smile . The only one thing that I’m not comfortable with is the crowd of the students that they are not using the machine and the tools for sports or exercise purposes, they are just having fun of taking a video and photos while we are waiting for long time to get an available machine, please take this point in consideration, appreciate your kind cooperation.

Fantastic experience: The membership fee is on the higher side, but you get what you paid more. They have free classes depending on which membership you choose. They have a sauna and steam room. They have a cafe and store. They have a salon too. I wish they offered classes past 8.30pm.

Fantastic experience: Vibrant Gym, It's not a regular gym with machines, it had this atmosphere that you belong to a community and a crazy, vibrant, full of energy people. The quality of the machine is super! but more than that, the gym has machines that focus on glutes which I could rarely find in other gyms or sometimes i had to go to a mix gym to train on those machines. But fitnglam makes it perfect cause the whole place is full of machines of all types and playground is just another level. For pro only! I tried group classes and got hocked.! Boxing became my favorite class which i cant miss at all! I love the energy of all classes, cycling, yoga, pillates, HIIT, Boxing, Barre......etc all of them are just amazing which different trainers.. each group class has its own style & own vibe. In terms of pricing, it's kind of expensive compared to normal other gym around the area, but you should consider it a normal gym, it feels like boutique gym which high vibes! super energetic place! Assistants are everywhere, with their beautiful smiles and support to all you need. Trainers can be found at any corner, and if you need any help, they will do so, just ask for it :) I have been to maaany gyms and tried different group classes but fitnglam is unique. All group classes are booked through the app, no hassle. But sometimes you book and it accepts that, but when you are there, they might tell you it's waiting list ...etc Beautifully done as interior, neon lights, small touches, quality of products used from hair dryer to shower gel, shampoo.. etc Literally, you feel that every thing is well taken care of and you are in a good care. Once I registered, i received a beautiful neon bag as a gift with some items inside! And on Intl women day, there were lots of roses waiting for you to choose from. So thoughtful! & i shouldnt forget the receptionists with their beautiful smiles and wishes to enjoy your workout, they always engage you with conversations and laughter. The place is improving every single day and soon a cafe will be there and that looks so nice already, paints on walls, neon lights around the gym, and full of life music all over the place. Simply, i love it!!!! Cant decide? It's okay, try one month and see (not sure if they have one month membership) Thank You,

Fantastic experience: The place is really clean and pricey as well but u get what you pay for , dyson hair dryers , loccatiane products , small prayer room ,steam iron , bathrooms are always soooo clean , and i can smell dettol when i use the machines - the only thing i hate at the beginning when i want to have my membership is that the receptionist didnt give me any information regarding the prices and she say someone from the sale team will contact me ( which they did but it needs few call) this thing should be handled in a more easier way
