Negative experience: THE WORST I had a terrible experience with fitnglam and absolutely do not recommend it to anyone. Despite canceling my membership a long time ago, they continued to charge me for months even though I wasn’t using the gym. I have reached out multiple times via phone calls and emails, yet I’ve received no response. It feels like they are deliberately ignoring my requests. Two weeks ago, I tried to cancel a booking and once again asked for confirmation that my membership was canceled, but I never received any email confirming the cancellation. The customer service is awful, and they make the cancellation process as difficult as possible. There is no customer trust—you cannot trust this gym at all. They keep charging members unfairly and refuse to respond when you try to resolve the issue. If you’re considering joining this gym, think twice. Once they have your payment details, they won’t let go, even after you cancel.

Negative experience: Worst treatment i ever got in a gym! The gym looks really good and clean but as for the people working there it is a disaster! Everyone working there is very rude except for the girls who clean around. The trainers are sooo rude and won’t even smile except if you will ask for a private session with them. Even if you ask them to show you how a machine works so you won’t hurt yourself they might say they are busy or help but really in a rude way! As for the girls on the front desk they are really bad.. Especially the one with short hair and a bit chubby. Each time I ask them for something they say they’ll get back to me but never did! They just ignore my requests each time which so unprofessional. They never smile. I got a 6 months membership and from day 1 asked if they have boxing classes and they said yes and today i finished my membership and never had even 1 boxing class although i requested an explanation for that 5 times and they just ignored me never called back or talked to anyone. Really bad customer service never going back there although the gym is really nice. Staff need to changed!

Positive experience: Excellent location - can be better in terms of room space for some classes like Reformer Pilates - always fully booked ! Also, in terms of gym support ..

Negative experience: No issues with the gym facilities but my abaya was stolen from off the rack in the changing room. The staff was unable to do much to support in this case.

Negative experience: الجم كبير لكن زحمة، وهذا الفرع لديهم مديرة غير محترفة وتتعامل مع الاعضاء كأنهم يعملون لديها.. للاسف الجم يخسر تألقه

Negative experience: Just take care ladies when applying for the yearly membership there is something called rolling membership which I was never informed about I was told only it’s a membership for one year then after finishing my year I came to know that I need to give one month notice for not renewing for another year..their contract is 14 pages I admit it’s my mistake I didn’t read but I trusted them when I was informed it was for one year only.in addition customer service not helpful and rude putting the mistake on you for not reading 14 pages maybe I should hire a lawyer to read before signing even though they sent this that there is end membership an AUTO RENEW then saying rolling membership in addition most lockers are broken not working..the good classes are always fully booked and they are during working hours so I was never able to attend ..the gym entrance always smells food from the coffee place and kitchen..now I am forced to pay one month notice for something I am not happy with in addition the gym became extremely crowded you need to wait for machines to be available .

Fantastic experience: After a 3 months subscription, I joined again for another 6 months, I truly couldn't stand to stay away from this wonderful gym. I have to especially thank Ruba from Customer Care who welcomed me, was super helpful to me when I first joined and when I renewed, and was always so quick to respond to any question or request. I also want to thank all the ladies from the housekeeping department. They are simply amazing at keeping the space immaculate. Lastly, my favorite instructors - Priscilla, Maris, Ludmilla, Lina, Greta. They all make group classes fun and energetic.

Fantastic experience: It's lovely place, luxury gym, but I preferred mixed gym, only ladies very boring , ladies not motivated you

Positive experience: Dear FitnGlam, I wanted to say that when I go on the app and I want to book and I cancel again it suspend me from booking why don’t u remove the suspended thing on the app like it’s useless and it’s been so long I didn’t go to the gym , so please at least remove the suspended thing or make it 10 minutes not 24 hours it’s very very useless . You better remove the suspended thing we paid for this membership and you suspended me from booking it’s unfair .

Negative experience: They done allow to enter the class if 1 min late which is unfair specially for the new joiners as it’s still difficult to find the class for us

Negative experience: على هالتعليقات الواحد يخاف يسجل ، المشكله اكثر النوادي همهم الفلوس وبس ، كان خاطري اسجل معاهم ، كنت ف نادي السيدات جميرا وكان في حريه الاختيار يعني اقدر اخذ الكلاس اي وقت بغيته ، لكن انتقلت إلى الخوانيج وأي جم قريبي مبالغ فالاسعار واهمال وما في مدربات عكس نادي السيدات .

Positive experience: I recently joined the gym, and they do the welcome session. So the coach did for me body analysis and said i can see videos of how to use the machines (on them) and that was it. Later i found out From My Friend that the welcome session should include workout session too with the coach! After telling the sales consultant, she told me to reach to the coach which i did but the coach insisted that theres nothin more to do. So the sales consultant reached out to the manager and they sorted it out. But the thing is if My Friend Didn’t Tell Me i Wouldnt Know About it !!!! and wouldnt do the workout i was supposed to do !! and how the coach didnt know she had to train me and do a workout session ?! how you didnt tell her what she supposed to do and unaware of it ??!!! i didnt like it , so for some ppl they do it and for some they dont? thankfully my frnd told me

Negative experience: The gym is so nice, but there is no anyone response, I mentioned many times that all water are so hot for shower if you turn to cold you won’t find any even normal temperature water to shower all is so hot and hardly breathing .. am melted .. I pay alot and i deserve to find cold water for shower after training..

Negative experience: Front desk is not informative and inconsistent with all their branches. Have accessed guest passes numerous times before, have caused so much drama. Ended up leaving and going yo another gym with my guest because they were being super unreasonable.

Positive experience: I registered in the gym recently and I was excited about the different classes that were offered , I haven’t had an issue until yesterday , when I was supposedly 4 minutes late to my class. Only to be surprised that they have given my spot to another client. First of all , I was in the parking lot. And when I asked the staff to let me in to the class , where I absolutely know and would bet that there were empty spaces. She simply said “NO” because it’s “company policy”. That doesn’t seem convenient for us as members that pay good money to be able to attend the classes , to have to be put under pressure. Mind you that we come to the gym to ease the pressure , not double it. It didn’t seem fair to me until I hear another customer that was in another class with us fight for her spot just because she had to use the washroom before class. Additionally the class timing was extended because the staff had to adjust a speaker issue which interfered with the following class’s timing. The staff told me that it was full , where I know the class wasn’t , I had a friend waiting inside for me. Overall the staff and management had to gain the client trust and satisfaction , not the other way around.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym with the best facilities, clean machines and very professional and friendly staff. I’ve chosen Laura as my personal trainer and it was the best decision. She’s exceptional, highly skilled and her positive energy, attitude and passion during our training made me addicted to our sessions. I highly recommend her to everyone, can’t choose better.

Positive experience: So far I’m enjoying the Pilates, Yoga, and Boxing classes. I hope they open up Hot Yoga classes in the future. I also really appreciated my sessions with the personal trainer, Jawaher. She’s very knowledgeable and patient! My only complaint is that for a luxury facility that costs so much, the showers are not clean and it is of a public beach shower.

Fantastic experience: I personally love going to this gym all because of my sweet trainer Carol.. I always feel the best after workouts with her as she always encourages me to try hard and have fun. i really recommend this gym as it was my favorite so far.

Glo spa is such a wonderful place to relax. Positive experience: Fitnglam gym is a good gym with a lot to offer. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Rasha, the sales representative. She was very helpful when I first joined the gym and helped me find the right membership plan for me. She is also really nice. The equipmentat Fitnglam gym are excellent. However, the gym could make better use of its space by adding more equipment or expanding its facilities because there are mo enough machines. The prayer room is also small. Additionally, the freezing policy are inconvenient and unnecessary. The policies that were placed back then when they just opened are much better and convenient for the members.

Fantastic experience: FitnGlam is such a great platform for every woman who believes in a wellness, healthy lifestyle, believing in herself. Fantastic experience: Please bring back coach Srishti class if possible , we know she mentioned that she got busy with her personal training which is I can see that she is always busy with her clients ❤️ We LOVED her class , she is the only coach that did with heavy weights I have attended many classes in Dubai including Barry but I have never attended class like hers ,but her class is like next level of weights class at the same time for beginners in the class she would give alternative weights or exercises, We never felt it was class we felt it was more like 1/1 training she would run around trying to fix everyone posture . She used to say begging of the class please give your 200% it’s your body , your time , your money and with loud laugh I think it’s very unique and motivating . Just doing her class once in a week I felt so strong imagine doing 3x a week .

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I've been to in terms of facilities, cleanliness and staff. There is restaurant/cafe which you can go to after your workout with a nice seating area; which I find to be very convinient.I also started my journey there with Elena as my trainer and she has been amazing so far. One downside is that it is quiet pricy. Not only that but the gym access and classes are paid for separately. I didn't find this to be the case in other gyms I've been to, usually the classes are included in the regular membership.

Fantastic experience: The Gym facilites is great , clean, and provides all the services I need . The staff are very nice, especially Jawaher and Elena, who deal with the utmost professionalism. They always encourage me to continue to get better results.

More-so, Srishti who is my personal trainer has been instrumental in my fitness journey. Her expertise is evident, tailoring workouts to my specific goals and pushing me to surpass them. Her encouragement, fun nature and motivation makes each session enjoyable, and the results speak for themselves. Along with the fab gym environment, Srishti has been amazing. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a dedicated and effective fitness guide:-)

Fantastic experience: First of all I highly recommend this gym because the machines is clean whenever you finish your workout the cleaners will clean it after you. Also , when you finish your workout you can relax in steam ,salt , sauna rooms . But what really sets this gym apart from others I've been to are the coaches . The trainers are all incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in their craft. Specially coach carol she take the time to get to know her clients and understand their goals, and then she create customized workout plans to help you achieve your goals.. coach carol also great motivator. She push me to work harder and do things I never thought I could do. And when I do achieve my goals, she give positive motivation . her positive attitudes and encouragement keep me coming back to the gym day after day. Even if I want to give up she is supporting me to move forward and motivate me to achieve my goal Thanks carol

Fantastic experience: I have been here for 3 months now and i will continue to come to this gym all the facilities are great and the trainers are amazing i have been in the new you program with coach carol she was amazing she guided me through the last 3 months and i was able to lose weight and gain muscle. I am so happy and healthy now thank you carol

Positive experience: 1) i love the gym facilities and its cleanness. i go there and enjoy my training go home and be relaxed. 2) but what i really hate is there people attitude…. coaches are always standing together chatting, if u look struggling with an equipment they will just ignore u and not bother to help. 3) i hate the fact that whenever i have a small question to the receptionist they will tell me to contact my sales advisor!! like they have dont have an answer for anyyything.. 4) PT sessions are EXPENSIVE!! as your getting gold. 5) towels need to get renewed. 6) cooler in the shower need to be able, al qouz has cold water in the afternoon but mirdif branch has boiled water.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, and most importantly clean! Would recommend going if you’re just starting out and don’t be afraid to join the classes - So much fun!
