Fantastic experience: Al Ruayah Ladies Gym is one of the best and well equipped Ladies Gym in Sharjah. It has a very suitable environment for the Ladies to workout. They have all latest equipments and highly qualified Trainers. My wife has joined this Gym for more than one year and is very much satisfied. I highly recommend those who are willing to join this Gym.

Fantastic experience: I have been a customer here for one year. Gym owner is a great person with good customer service. Gym machines are good enough for ladies. Zumba classes are very energetic and lower body exercises are very systematic. It is giving me good results. I reduced 4 kg in six months.

It also have a very positive atmosphere. This gym also have variety of equipments and their group classes are very fun and effective to attend. The instructors are very motivating.
