Fantastic experience: Another good gym around al ghurair area. I’m very impressed when they added the sled track in the area. The area is well maintained and sanitized. All the equipments that you need for your workouts are available. Also, I wanna commend Coach Ellis for being so dedicated with his clients and the ability to incorporate effective training that meets the desirable goal. Lastly, the gym membership is very affordable. I highly recommend this gym!!

Negative experience: I informed that I will not continue the Gym, and they did auto debit ony card without my knowledge, and they charged me again 355 AED. This is like fraud, I request the people to not give your card details to Metro Fit at Al Ghurair Mall branch. Very bad experience no financial security at Metro Fit, and one other guy told me same. Now they are not returning my amount and not picking up the call also.

Negative experience: Not good gym, don't do any memberships there...waisting of money

The staffs are accomodating, especially Ms. JANETH, always ready to assist.. I have also tried both group classes and personal trainer.. all coaches are easy to work with.. Special mention Coach RD for helping me through my fitness journey, making sure I am on track and motivated. They are open from 6am to 12midnight so you can do your workout anytime at your convenience.

Membership price of the gym is reasonable, receptionist is accommidating and approachable. I thinnk the room for improvement is to have good promotions for the loyal members specially on the PT fees.
