Positive experience: The gym boasts an excellent location and top-notch equipment. Coch Diaa is highly recommended as a personal trainer. However, there is an issue with the AC and air ventilation that hasn’t been addressed by management. I hope they take this into consideration. Overall, the gym is still highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Good value for money. In general, gyms in the UAE are expensive compared to Europe but for this market, it's good price. They invest in good equipment, their staff is friendly and helpful, and their hours are adapted to welcome a variety of working people. This was the most important factor when I joined the gym. If I ever come back to the UAE, this will be my gym of choice.
