Fantastic experience: From the moment you enter, you feel very welcomed by the smiling receptionist. The studio is very clean, organized, and exclusively for ladies. The instructors are great as always. The studio has a convenient schedule that fits my busy life and is located in a charming small community mall with Nero & Spinneys. It’s also very close to Business Bay, Meydan, and MBR City. This studio has become one of my favorites.

Fantastic experience: My introduction to Pilates was through private lessons with Lillian and I couldn't have asked for a better instructor. I was quite nervous going into this, it was a bit out of my comfort zone, but Lillian put me at ease straight away. The 10 private sessions I had with Lillian really addressed the issues I wanted to focus on, building core strength and flexibility. As a result Pilates is now a regular part of my exercise regime. Fantastic experience: I rarely write a review, but I felt I had to share my experience for anyone who want to join Pilates classes in Dubai. I have just purchased a trial pack and had the chance to try the barre Pilate with JOUMANA. I had done few classes before in other places but she was so different. I highly recommend it and especially with Joumana, she will make sure you achieve the movement with patience and you will feel it in every small muscle . You will feel so comfortable and puts a very welcoming vibes. If you wish to challenge and tone your body do not think twice and book with her. Fantastic experience: Because of playing mobile phones every day, the body is very poor and went to exercise. After exercising for a month, I obviously feel much better than at the beginning, and my hunchback is also much better. Teacher lilian is very serious and enthusiastic in class

Positive experience: Real Pilates has great environment to start ur journey with Pilates. I liked the place and recommend if you’ve never tried Pilates give it a try with the private classes here. I’m glad I took my first 5 Pilates sessions as private classes with the instructor Joumana what a sweet soul friendly and professional, focuses on every move which is great, her energy and effort is shown she put the plan and marked in notebook what I’ve done in every session to cover up most of Pilates exercises to be ready for the group classes, she started soft on me as it’s my first time and gradually gave me the tough classes and that’s where I found it more fun actually.

Fantastic experience: I joined Real Pilates Meydan end of January 24 and it’s the best decision I made in this year. I started Bar Core+ Reformer Core with Joumana and now I am addicted to these classes. I do them back to back three times a week and I am never bored. I love working out with her as she gives attention to every move I make in the class even though the class has 7 or more people in the training. Fantastic experience: I had never done reformer pilates before, I started at Real Pilates one month ago and was, I am loving it! Excellent place, great instructors (I am following Lilian courses and she is the best!), great timetable (courses at 8pm during the week really are life-savers) and the gym is just super clean and welcoming! My wife and I visited Real Pilates Meydan specifically to seek help from Lilian, based on recommendations from friends. We had heard a lot about Lilian before our visit, and we were hopeful that she could assist us, as I had back pain issues and my wife had neck pain and related problems. From the first meeting, we could sense the depth of Lilian's knowledge and expertise. Her assessment helped us understand the exact problems and the course of action. We both felt that we were in safe hands, with Lilian knowing exactly what we needed to fix our issues. Lilian is friendly, professional, and her approach made us feel comfortable. Fantastic experience: I had my second prenatal reformer class with Joumana today, and it was such a delight. She’s extremely attentive to everyone joining the class (with noticing proper movement, alignment) and has such a lovely spirit whilst teaching. I thoroughly enjoy my time in her classes and I appreciate the way she teaches (in explaining etc). She’s also very helpful in placing the springs and the equipment (if needed) to the pregnant mummies during the class and i find that really sweet. Totally recommend joining one of her classes! :)

I had Lilian, Maria and Joumana as my instructors and each of these wonderful women was professional and paid much attention to detail and right technique. Definitely recommend this studio! Fantastic experience: I had a bad lower back spasm a few months back. My therapist told me that I needed to strengthen my core and my glute. That’s when my wife recommended me doing a Pilates lesson and this was new to me. Now it’s been a month of private Pilates lesson, I can feel the change. I have an amazing annd friendly instructor Lilian, who works according to my needs. She is patient, knows my capabilities and advances to the next level step by step.

Talha is the best instructor, she ensures everyone in the class has the right form and focuses on everyone evenly and fairly, she always challenges us to push ourselves while still being safe and in control in both mat pilates and reformer.

Positive experience: I went to 4 different studios to do mat pilaties & Reformer and ended up to this place.. I’ve been there for 5 months .. class prices is reasonable compared to other studios.. Best coaches than all the 4 other studios .. all coaches are great, specially Talha for reformer and mat and Diana for reformer and mat, Maria for yoga and barre classes, Emma for prenatal classes, all are well coached, studied are keen to learn you how to exercise right and do the right moves and care and they about your safety and they ask for injuries before starting classes, and you need to arrive first 5 minutes of classes as you’re not allowed to enter later on for your safety and i liked that .. as local muslim here what I didn’t like about this studio: some classes are mixed and not suitable for muslims, and there’s only two class rooms and you have to walk the corridor to reach equipment class and sometimes there men’s outdoor can see you passing as the frontage is glass! Cancellation policy is not the best .. as a local-muslim it’s not the best respectful place to our conservative culture although it’s the best pilaties method I’ve tried.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this studio for a few months and really enjoy the Reformer classes of Maria as she not only explains very well the exercises and ensure you are doing them correctly but also comes up with new exercises making her classes very interesting. For someone who did not like exercising… thanks to the whole team at Meydan (receptionist included) I am looking forward to my next class!

Fantastic experience: It was my first experience doing Pilates. I joined the private lessons first to really just know the foundations of it. Luckily, I got Lilian as my trainer. She is absolutely passionate and amazing! Opened my eyes to how strong our brain is and how much it plays a huge role with our physical body. I personally never experienced such a beautiful body and mind connection, and noticing how much my body changed was just the cherry on top. The staff in general are so sweet and helpful, just a beautiful place and experience overall.
