I went to the downtown branch which is close to my home and also easily accessible by metro. The stretching class was so good, I felt really light afterwards.

Fantastic experience: It’s my go to place almost every morning. The classes are diverse and the coaches are professional. The most I enjoy Split school with Oxana and Bosu with Yulyana. I wish they have more 8 am classes options though, since you can take a class after school drop off without wasting another hour in the morning. There is free parking on ground floor.

Fantastic experience: As a regular customer, I wanted to share my experience with trainer Oksana. The most valuable fact is - with the guidance she provides I've made significant progress in flexibility mastering two types of splits within several months, also learning aerial tricks in the hammock (it's very fun and challenging). Stay aware: Oksana's confidence and professionalism ensure that every class is effective. In addition, I've had a personal training session today for the first time and it surpassed my expectations. I love the attention she provides during the class I chose. Give this review like after visiting one of the classes :)

Fantastic experience: “Experience the Energy!”. I'm a regular at TS and love their stretching, hammock, Bosu and Topbody classes. But, if you want a mood boost and quick results for sharpening your body tone - you've got to try Bosu and Topbody! For that, I found Nina is a perfect trainer who pushing you to your limits while the exercises and keeping you motivated verbally. Her classes make you feel the difference/improvement in the very NEXT day (!). Don't miss out on trying the classes to fully understand my feedback. Fantastic experience: I’m in love with this “ladies only” space (which is very important for me to feel safe and comfy while training) The locations of all the gyms are perfect- when I’m home I go to Downtown and it takes 15 min walking from Business Bay which is perfect. When I’m at work I can easily go to Al Barsha or Marina and again it’s very close to me. The equipment is in perfect condition and every time they clean it after everyone who’s is important. Classes are really good and different, and timing suits my schedule I definitely can recommend this place to all my close friends and I know they will be happy once they come

Fantastic experience: My favorite classes are aerial stretching and total body stretch. They have a lot of branches across Dubai, so the package I prefer one is the one that grants access to all of them. The Downtown branch is closer to where I live, and has all the necessary amenities for a great workout, this is where I go for aerial stretch. I go to the Address JBR branch for a total stretch, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. Complementary valet parking is one of the perks worth mentioning.

Fantastic experience: The best fitness classes in town that you can attend to achieve any goal you want : stretching muscles , strengthening, toning , building muscles, splitting and much more . They have a varieties of classes that work out all the body parts . What It made it special than other studios is the light pinkish decoration in the rooms , the high ceilings that give you the feeling of freedom and space and the friendly stuff . Fantastic experience: TS downtown is probably the best branch of TS. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff and well trained trainers. The trainers give attention to each individual attending the class. My posture and flexibility has drastically improved since I joined. My favorite trainers are Zalina, Diana Salut, Oksana, Nagina, Svetlana, and Aiagodo Morais. The staff follows up when they notice you are not attending the classes to check on your well being unlike the other gyms who only care about you until you join the membership .

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a studio with best professional coaches - this will be it. I bought 1 year membership at TopStretching Downtown, just because I saw how good their classes are, how clean the studio is, the receptionist is very helpful and kind, and most importantly Coaches are amazing, dedicated to their job. My favorite coach is Oksana Kovalchuk. You have to try at least one or two classes with her to understand, how good she is at what she is doing. Two of my favorite classes with Oksana are - Split School and Aerostretching PRO. Although, I have to say that, Aerostretching PRO - IS NOT for beginners, you have to have some sort of splits and should be flexible to attend this specific class. But they do have Aerostretching class for beginners. Have patience, take a deep breath and definitely join TopStretching, it’s a good investment in your health for sure.

I loved the pink theme and led lights all around During the class I’ve stretched parts of my body in ways that I probably haven’t known before. The instructor was patient and helpful so even though it was my first time I didn’t feel like I was ‘left behind’. Looking forward to my next classes

Fantastic experience: Posting as a fit person who has tried hundreds of fitness classes.. some of these classes are something I have never experienced before, the stretches and exercises are amazing. I think everyone should add this to their regime as it makes your body feel so good, no matter how sore it is. .. Since I joined TopStretching classes I noticed a great improvement in my overall feeling. The studio has a beautiful interiors and the trainers are very knowledgeable and extremely kind. From Reception ladies, to Coaches, and of course Classes. It’s for everyone, doesn’t matter if you are super fit or starting to be active after few years (like me) with 20 kg extra. ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: Been going to Topstretching in Downtown since about 6 months now and I absolutely love attending all the classes I’ve been going for. The location, facility and equipments for training/stretching are good. The trainers here are excellent and pay attention to what each of us do in class to ensure we’re doing workouts the right way, and do not end up with injuries! Can’t imagine not going to Topstretching classes anymore!

The classes are easily booked through the app and as soon as you arrive mat and props are ready set for the class for every student. The classes I have attended - split school and aerial stretching - were both lead by super professional teachers who made sure everyone could attend at the best of their capabilities. And last but not least the studio is super trendy and a beautiful space to be in ! Will be back.
