Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Premium Fitness for the last 6–7 months, always for the morning sessions. The gym is neat, well maintained, and excellent overall. Earlier, Saran was my trainer, he was great and very friendly. Recently, the morning trainer changed to Shan, and his coaching has been excellent, motivating, attentive, and full of good challenges. My wife also trains in ladies’ gym and is very happy. Both trainers and the gym team are wonderful!
