Positive experience: Is it only females or there are certain timings for men?

Negative experience: I've been a member of this gym for more than a year, but only because I don't have any other options nearby. If you can find another gym, go for it. The price is high compared to the services offered. I always find myself or others looking for basic stuff like foam rolls (they only have one in good condition), weight locks (only 2 or 3 good sets available), and handles for weight and extension machines (only 2 or 3 available, with one nearly tearing apart). The foam pads for knee support are also worn out and will tear up soon. There are many more small issues like these. The gym is also overcrowded except during certain hours that most people do not prefer. There's often a long wait for machines, and the free weight area is so crowded that it's difficult to find space to work out. These issues are not new. I've been facing these problems since I joined, and I've heard from others that it's always been like this. They are charging us a fortune for peanuts. It is nothing like advertised.

Negative experience: The worst gym they keep give you stupid rules every day about your clothes and about everything.

Fantastic experience: Best gym ever! very big you don't feel suffocated or claustrophobic, they have a huge variety of classes. Their dance classes are amazing. Everything is neat, clean and tidy.
