Fantastic experience: Nice squash court

Positive experience: One of the finest compound in the area , but post hailing still outer paint of houses are not fixed , club has small gym , squash court , steam room , Sauna , billiard and table Tennis , pool is also there but it has occasional Maintaince issues . I will say one of the best places to live in Al Ain .

Positive experience: Stayed here for almost two months. Awesome accommodation, very clean and secure. Mosque, shop, gym,.swimming pool and kids play park on complex.

Negative experience: I am still waiting for the return if my deposit after staying 3 years there. I have sent at least 20 emails and numerous calls and still, since July i left upon all conditions satisfied (official notice for not renewal and house in excellent condition, even i fixed the garden with my own expenses, I guess a trick upon arrival of maintenance/security people there to make extra pocket money) they did not return the amount. They all point to accounting department in AD with someone named Jufaiz, that never replies. When i sent people to ask in person, he always says i will get the money and then he is disappeared again. It has been 6 months and 5,000aed. Be careful people

Positive experience: Small gym, and the pool isn't always the cleanest. But they have a table tennis table and a pool one too. There's even a squash court.
