Fantastic experience: Best place to calm your soul and mind♀️, I only took 2 private classes so far, but I feel different and I'm so excited for my upcoming sessions with the best trainer Sanam<3 If you're new to Pilates like me I highly recommend having private sessions first

Fantastic experience: My favorite getaway. From the second I enter Calm and Co, I feel like I’ve traveled to a different planet where everything is perfect and everyone is nice! You can tell the owner put too much effort and love in the place that it reflected on everyone working and visiting it. Super clean and relaxing atmosphere, very friendly staff, and professional coaches. I tried a few items in their new cafe and they were all good especially the rose talbina <3 If you’re coming for pilates sessions, make sure you call and book since classes fill up so quickly. 10/10 experience!

Fantastic experience: Today I had a wonderful morning as I attempted a new place in Al Ain. I must congrats the owner for creating a fantastic studio in this beautiful city. A big thank you to Lara for returning my callyour kindness and exceptional service are truly appreciated. I am also grateful for the opportunity to attend a relaxing yoga session with Hajer who guided me through a peaceful journey. I am definitely looking forward to returning to this place.

Fantastic experience: يا ربي اتكلم على شو واخلي شو بس بالمختصر المكان بيرفكت مركزين حتى ف تفاصيل و تعامل الرسبشن حلو والمكان نظيف و روعه وكل شي مرتب، هذي ثاني مره اروح المكان جربت اليوغا ويا بوجا هل انسانه عباره عن كتلة ايجابيه وجربت البيلاتس ويا المدربه الاوكرانيه حبوبه و تساعدج ف تمرين. انصح كل بنت تبا تروق و تحس بطاقة ايجابيه وتبعد عنها توتر تجرب الكلاسات واحلى شي انه يستقبلونج ب شاي اعشاب يا ربي روعه المكان لو اتكلم من اليوم ل باجر ما بخلص

Fantastic experience: Highly-recommended! I went for a stretching class a while ago, and I was truly mesmerized by the place! So calm, serene, and peaceful. Not to mention, clean and aesthetically-pleasing. I appreciate the business owners as these kind of places are hard to come by, especially ones that are catered to ladies. Kudos to the owners! I enjoyed my time thoroughly, and I wish that you would open a branch in Abu Dhabi
