Fantastic experience: Clean gym, a lot of classes offered just need to book from before. You don’t need to go from inside of the mall, it’s at the entrance of a parking which is very convenient. Only two negative things are that their timings usually close early especially if there’s an event, and other thing is once you get membership they’ll bug you too much for renewal and offers. Overall great gym.

Fantastic experience: Honestly felt insecure for years to join a gym and when I first started the staff just made me feel so good about myself. They help me with what I need to do and the equipment are surprisingly always clean and bathroom and showers are always clean and fully stock. The reception always welcomes me and my friends and its just an amazing place to gain support and fun. Please keep up the amazing work, friendly faces and golden hearted people always support

Fantastic experience: I loved the community I built in this gym. A wide variety of equipment is top notch, and I love how they always add new equipment every once in a while. My Personal Training sessions with Coach Joanna has helped me reached a better version of myself. She has always pushed me reach a better version of myself. It's been almost two years since I started training with her. Her genuine care towards me and her other clients is what separates her from other PTs that I have trained with before.

Fantastic experience: This is my everyday place to kick me in the morning. A good place to unwind and be fit. I really like attending their classes. They have several classes you can choose according to your needs and time availability. It is fun to meet new friends and taught by their lovely instructors. The place is always cleaned by their hardworking utility personnel. Highly recommended to sports enthusiast!

Fantastic experience: I started training with Dayan Garcia in October 2021 and I loved each of my training sessions. I have a great trainer who truly understands my needs and knows how to motivate me. She is knowledgeable about all aspects of fitness and gave me some excellent nutrition advice. She inspired me to change my mentality about food, and I’ve now got into a more natural and healthier habit. I’ve always been active but not an athlete – but this doesn’t matter, as in my sessions with Dayan I am enjoying my training which is full of joy and fun. I must say I found a professional trainer which is most definitely worthwhile.
