Positive experience: The facilities and the equipments are very good. Achraf was the sales representative who have clearly explained everything. The only concern is about the price it’s a too Much against the facility and location. Have passed by during the core hours and the gym was pretty much empty. I assume price is the main reason

Positive experience: I've been a member of the ladies' section at this gym for a year. There are several pros to mention: 1. Sanitization and hygiene: The machines and equipment are regularly sanitized. 2. Timings: I find the timing to be appropriate, even during occasions and breaks. On the flip side, there are cons: 1. Memberships are too expensive, including coach memberships (and no discount cards are accepted). 2. The ladies' area space is too small. 3. It lacks some of the most important equipment and the newest machines. 4. We need a prayer room in the ladies' area. After expressing these concerns via email a year ago, Mr. Osama contacted me for my opinion and further information. Unfortunately, nothing has changed, only false promises have been made.

Fantastic experience: Thank you for supporting us in getting a new kimono for our son. After some other child accidentally took our son's kimono home, the gym management didn't hesitate to provide us a new one. An extension of our son's membership was added as well. Thank you for your generosity and integrity @UAEJJ Fitness team and for your understanding. Great customer service.

Fantastic experience: I was facing a series problem of my familiy package membership due to my personnal condition. Thanks God to have Mr. Ali - DM of al bahia branch for his prompt support and special customer care. He call me directly after reciving my email and promise to resolve my issue in urgent matter. I was soo amazed and happy when he called back within less that 20 min from the first call informing me that the issue is resolved. Many thanks to Mr. ALI and to UAEJJ gym management . Positive experience: This is my regular gym.. atmosphere is nice and very welcoming, and it gets busy during peak time. However, the fat interior designer who designed the gym clearly has no idea what the mirrors are for.. the design looks good for a layman, but for a gymnastics, it's not practical.

Positive experience: I looove the ladies section on this gym, its perfect and clean with a wide variety of machines I’ve been to many ladies gyms and this one is the best so far the trainers will not call you or annoy you to get the personal training packages like other gyms. I only gave it 4 stars because non of the trainers there will try to correct you if your doing an exercise wrong or in a wrong position, even if they pass by you, non of the trainers on classes even cared about the new members they don’t even ask what is you name or how long you’ve been training.

Fantastic experience: very nice place but when they will register you they may not say to you about somethings that you need to know like the couches will not help you only if you pay them per day !! not less then 350 AED , and they will tell you that you cand freez the days that you will not come but when that day will come they will refuse to freeze it for you because if you registered only for one month you cant freeze even one day so they will play on you little bit

Fantastic experience: New gym, all the equipment you think of, very spacious, separated female and male part plus on the top functional area, staff very proffesional but friendly and approachable - Jassem was very helpfull, with great communication. Perfect gym I would say. Easy parking around the building, and just next door is a mall too.

Fantastic experience: Great new gym. Has everything I need, equipment, machines, cycling class, group classes, sauna and steam rooms. So far enjoyable as it's not crowded and I hope it will remain the same for long time.
