Al Ain Ladies Club

Positive experience: Clean, different services, i like that everything is available in one place. Well organized gym with good coaches.

Positive experience: Alain Ladies Club is a safe space for a lot of women in alain who require a female-only gym with decent equipment and various facilities that they can utilize. I’ve been coming to this gym for the past couple of years and while there are a couple of things that need to be changed, it’s an overall good gym. The equipments are decent and I believe they have most equipments that people will need to fulfill their fitness plans, and are cleaned well. There’s a locker area and shower stalls. The lockers are a bit annoying to deal with. Sometimes they won’t open and you’d have to go and ask the security personnel to open it for you. Sometimes, they tell you to just use whatever locker is available which is fine but I wish there was some sort of system in place, to ensure that our items are secured. There are a few salons in the gym that you can visit. I’ve only visited maison de joelle so I can’t speak about the rest. It’s a decent salon and most services are covered — they need to change and add more nail polish colors but overall, it’s a satisfying salon with good deals every now and then. A major reason why I joined this club would have to be the olympic size swimming pool. It’s currently under maintenance and has been since January I believe which is disappointing but I’m hoping it will re-open very soon. It’s a decent swimming pool, clean and well-maintained and lifeguards are always available. There are certain times in which the pool would be empty so knowing the schedule would be great if you prefer an empty pool. Otherwise, it gets really busy with classes. There’s also a pharmacy, a starbucks, and level up coffee shop at the first floor and their menu is decent, albeit a bit pricey. There used to be a bowling alley but I’m not sure if it has been closed down. As for outdoors, there’s a tennis court, and a playground for kids. There’s also a play-area for kids near the gym. The personnel have always been polite and I haven’t had any problem with anyone. They’re strict about using the camera in the gym and I appreciate that. Two things that I would hope the gym would look into: - Providing WIFI, especially for those who have a membership. We pay a lot for the membership so it makes sense for wifi to be available. - Opening the gym earlier. A lot of people have to go to their jobs/schools/univeristy by 7am so opening the gym at 5-6am would be ideal. Overall, it’s a good club, with decent facilities.

Negative experience: somebody opened my locker in the gym, the lockers have passcodes and i place my bag and the number bracelet in it and i MADE SURE it was locked before leaving, when i got back the locker was open and locker number bracelet gone. i dont know if something was taken from my bag since i got alot of randoms in it. how did someone “figure” out my passcode? doesnt make sense and whyd they open it if its locked. at this point ill just leave my stuff in the car

Negative experience: Pool water has been cold for many weeks so far and the problem hasn't been fixed yet!

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Joana enough as a swim coach and trainer! From my very first lesson, she made me feel comfortable and confident in the water. Her teaching style is not only effective but also incredibly encouraging. She takes the time to understand each student’s unique needs and tailors her approach accordingly. Joana's passion for swimming and coaching is evident, and her positive energy is contagious. Thanks to her expert guidance, I went from being a complete beginner to feeling comfortable and confident in the water. Each lesson was filled with valuable techniques, tips, and lots of fun! If you’re looking to improve your swimming skills, whether you’re a beginner or just looking to enhance your technique, I highly recommend Joana. She’s truly the best! ‍♀️

Negative experience: To be honest I the club is amazing and amazing, however the management are bad they and not honest and change the price as they like they told the membership cost is 3150 for full access and few hours later called saying I have to pay 350 more. If I want the full access. This made no sense to me at all. As I never requested a discount how come the prices changed in few hours

Negative experience: I joined the swimming pool.. I was enthusiastic at first... but unfortunately, all they care about is making money. The coach wasn't very professional. The pool attendants were rude... and the prices were extremely high.

Negative experience: اسعار المسبح لساعة الواحده صار 145 قبل كان ب100 وفوقه كان فيه ساونا داخل المسبح والحين سكروه مو المفروض يقل سعر المسبح !! وايضا مشكلة عدم تخصيص اوقات للاطفال وللكبار اخر مره رحت المسبح مزدحم بالاطفال والكبار وكان صعب السباحة بحرية يفضل وضع يوم مخصص للاطفال او ساعات خاصة فيهم افضل

Fantastic experience: المكان رائع كنظافة وخدمة وكلاسات ومدربات والتعامل وايد اوكيه من موظفات الريسبشن للادارة.. فعلا جربت اكثر من مكان قبل بس اول مرة احصل مكان متكامل وناس بروفشنل على اعلى مستوى ..الكل لطيفين وخدومين والادارة جدا ذوق ومتعاونين استاذة اماني وايد لطيفة وراقية في التعامل ودائما متواجدة وذوق في اكثر من موقف كانت متعاونة وايد.. وبعد المدربة مالت السباحة ريتا وايد شاطرة وتعلمت منها وايد في وقت قصير..اتمنى بس يزودون عدد الكلاسات لان اوقات مانحصل مكان من الزحمة

Positive experience: This place's idea of having an only-girls spot is quite brilliant, especially in Al Ain. The also have different gym classed, pool, bowling, abaya stores, pharmacy, salons, flower shops, children playground...etc. However, so far for me, this place still has something missing and I don't know what it is. Also, the lightning is really bad there, unfortunately.

Fantastic experience: One of the best club in uae i have been there since 2017 its not just a gym its my second home , all the staff and management are cooperative and supportive i never faced any single problem there

Positive experience: Very good fitness club in Al Ain, you will be able to swim, play in the gym,and go to the group classes. The staff are professional compared to other clubs in Al Ain, it's clean and there are other services and events that take place as well. Multiple saloons are there ,I had done a hair filler in the one located on the 2nd floor. One thing that should improve is the quality and the affordability of the restaurants in the club.

Negative experience: I went to swimming pool as a visitor today and I was talking to the sales person discussing about the prices but she was not helpful at all and ignoring me while talking to her. she was completely unprofessional in her attitude with me. It gives a really bad impression to any new client. I went today to try the swimming pool so I can do a membership later. But after this reception from the sales I will never do subscription. As a sales person its expected to be the most friendly member in the working team.

Positive experience: I have been in this club for the last 6 months it’s an amazing place to do your workouts with professional trainers I noticed that trainers are also help other customers in teaching them the proper techniques for exercise The club is always clean and neat. There are variety of classes to join and explore I brought my daughter for swimming classes as private sessions yes the price is over rated but was worth it as the trainer gave her full focus and support to be able to know the basics as bigginner and my day is only 5 years old Special thanks for Coach Raghada my PT and Coach Denu from swimming class Not for forget the supervisor Nana who is always available for any support and suggestions

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to the ladies club in AD— it’s not so exciting compared to AALC, small gym outdated devices and pretty depressing. AALc compared to that is really advaced!! I was impressed by the latest device updates they keep me want to stay longer on the elliptical for example! Can we take a moment to appreciate the ENTIRE DEDICATED CROSSFIT STUDIO:)… there has been NO gym in the UAE whatsoever that combines crossfit, cardio and weightlifting all in the same area.This is coming from someone who has been to most of the gyms in AD and AlAin. Super clean, organized and very well organized. After every Gx class the cleaner walks in to clean up after the ladies altho she shouldn’t but that’s really nice of her, she mops the floors and fires up air refreshner for the next class. The receptionists are ALWAYS WELCONG and really polite and nice, the PTs Vanessa and Raghda are the ones i was used to seeing, these girls know what their doing and how to workout right! They are amazing, and very well educated and professional! Winnie and Catherine and Eva and Olha, the best coaches, internationally certified and very organized in their classes. If you wanna die, then go and attend their classes:) 10/10 hands down for this amazing place!

Positive experience: I personally love the club , they have a different range of fun classes with very sweet trainers , they definitely know how to push u to the edge ! Also very helpful staff and reception . If I would complain it would be about the prices , their membership fees are very high and even the services inside ( like hair salon and wellness studio ) are on the expensive side too . Fantastic experience: The swimming pool is fantastic and the employees are very supportive and helpful. The trainer Rita is very nice and knowledgeable about swimming and was supportive with my daughter’s swimming lessons. One thing would be better is that to lower the pricing of the swimming lessons as it feels a bit too overpriced for one person.

Fantastic experience: I have lived in Al Ain my whole life, and when it comes to the best place comes across my mind to train or go back to training is Al Ain Ladies Club. Especially, there swimming pool. their swimming pool is indoor, airconditioned, clean and maintained properly. the are always between 2-3 lifeguards to watch over the pool. the pool is clean and I do not smell much chlorine ( they do not need to add a lot because it is regulatory maintained). the kids swimming pool is clean, and all kids are requested to wear swimming diaper ( just make you at peace of mind that your kid is not gobbling much of dirty water while swimming). PT are nice and professional. I should thank especially Mrs. Rita for training my kid, being patients, using so many tricks to teach him swimming techniques. He likes her to the extend he thinks she lives in water like mermaid. liking her and wanting to swim like her makes his training journey easier and enjoyable. Thank you all

Fantastic experience: One of the best places in Al Ain for ladies. I like the swimming pool in particular, well maintained and clean. Swimming classes are highly recommended here too. The only down is the membership fees, it’s super high! I hope they will reconsider the prices.

Positive experience: Stuck with a year long subscription with them. It was wonderful coming here a couple years back but the place is not kept up to date. The equipment is really old, most of the showers have really bad water pressure and things are broken in every corner. 2/3 of the times I used the pool it was not clean either.

Fantastic experience: Love the place, it has what a woman needs in all, gym swimming pool, saloon, nutrition center, skin center, coffee shop, and more. The only thing that is annoying is the showers , you have to press the node every two seconds when you take a shower! As a suggestion, it will be great if you open a sport’s wear shop.

Positive experience: I am a member of this gym since 2017, and the gym hasnt changed alot. there were some changes however not very big. And the rules of the gym are so outdated for example, removing ur shoes while lifting wights but you can remove it in the yoga classes. we are in 2023 and some people want to remove their shoes for more stability while lifting weights. please solve this problem since I have mentioned it more than once to the security team.

Positive experience: The yearly membership fee has gone up by AED700 since my last year’s renewal, which I’m not trilled about, however the facilities provided are top notch! They are well maintained and clean. I cannot emphasize on how clean the gym is. I shall elaborate on this again later. In all honesty I enrolled because of the group classes and during the 2 years I am there, I have witness the instructors that I like leaving. So basically I’m not very happy, and yes they hired a bunch of new group instructors but I renewed my subscription because of the instructors who taught the classes during my first year. So it was a huge disappointment especially when their focus is mostly on hiring underwhelming “white” instructors (perhaps experienced instructors will demand for more money, hence it’s easier to trick based on optics - because people always think that with lighter skin color comes better quality?) Anyway I really hope that they will work on their relationship with the instructors that they hired because employees will not just leave unless they are not happy with the management. In addition to that, their marketing teams are vultures. Which is good for business and I applaud them. However, potential clients don’t like to be told that “this offer is until tomorrow, so book today!!!”, ie to be pushed unnecessarily just so you reach your quota. There is always a better way to communicate. Anyway, despite all the demise and lack thereof. I adore their cleaning and security staffs. Not to mention the lady (wearing hijab) at the counter on the first floor who made an effort to remember my name and always smile. The cleaners are impeccably efficient, they gym surfaces are regularly cleaned and disinfected. I really appreciate this because nothing is more important than cleanliness especially in a gym. The security ladies were awesome, they are approachable and are always smiling and greeting. I think they all deserve a raise. All and all, in terms of facility wise, I think ladies club deserves 5/5. However, in terms of group classes I’d give them 3/5. The attitude and approachability of some staffs 3/5 (except for the cleaners, security and the lady with hijab on the first floor - they deserve a 10/5). Will I recommend this club to the people I know? Not if they are into group classes like I do, but yes if they are gym rats.

Fantastic experience: The Pilates and Power Mobility class are the best. The gym is super clean and is the only gym in Al Ain where the gym equipment was bought with women in mind as other gyms do not invest in machines and equipment for women. The instructors are great and the local members are very kind and friendly.

Fantastic experience: المكان رائع من ناحية النظافة والترتيب والخصوصية، مدعم بأفضل الأجهزة، والأسعار مع العروض جدا مناسبة. تجربتي مع المدربة آيات أفضل المدربات، خبرتها جداً عالية، تهتم بأدق التفاصيل، يعجبني اصرارها على التأكد من أداء التمرين بشكل صحيح، وقبل ما تبدا اي تمرين تشرح شرح عميق عن أهميته ويستهدف أي عضلة بالضبط، واذا تم عمل التمرين بشكل خاطىء تشرح شو الاضرار الي بتصير اذا التمرين انعمل بشكل غلط، صبورة جدا وتراعي مقدرة كل وحده ع التمارين، اهم شي اللباقه والأدب والأخلاق والذوق في التعامل. كانت أول مدربة لي والأخيرة ان شاء الله.

Fantastic experience: احسن مدربة في نادي العين للسيدات ( ايات ) تشتغل بضمير وكل شغلها مضبوط عندها ذمة وضمير،، حبوبه ومرحة وروحها حلوه في مايخص الادارة اتمنى انها تراجع اسعار الحصص الخاصة مع المدرب نوعاً ما وخاصةً الناس اللي دايماً تشترك في الحصص الخاصة وبعد الاشتراك السنوي للنادي مافيه اي يفيد العضوه ونتمنى انه يكون غرفة للصلاة تحت لانه مكان الصلاة اللي فوق بعيد وياخذ وقت لين نروح ونرجع ونتمنى يكون في رقابة اكثر على بعض الامور التي تخدش بالحياة ( البويات) ( التدخين) يعني نزيد عدد حراس الامن والمفروض حارس الامن مايخاف من اي عضوه في النادي لانه هذا شغله واللي مب مايحترم قانون الجم يتفضل يطلع وبالنسبه لحارس الامن اللي برع المفروض يطلع ويعدل سير السيارات مب قاعده فالغرفة وبس يعني اللي عنده دريول مايوقف ويعطل السير ياخذ باركن وينزل اللي عنده زيادة عدد اللوحات الارشادية فالنادي كامل وحتى شاشات العرض لازم يكون منها هدف مقترحات فتح صالة تزلج جليد فيه اماكن وايد فاضية فالنادي لازم تستغلونها سوا مكان للسياكل فالخارج عمل اعلانات لفتح المزيد من المحلات او المطاعم الصحية او محل ملابس رياضية طبعاً لو تنزلون من سعر الايجارات الكل بيفتح عندكم وشكرا ونتمنى لكم النجاح

Fantastic experience: كابتن نجيه من أفضل وأقوى الكوتش في النادي السيدات العين اهنيئ اداره النادي بوجودها بالنادي …… خذيت عندها برايفت وكل مره تكنيك غير اداء غير …. تحب اليديد بالرياضه …. شهادتي وشهادات صديقاتي تشهد على صدقها وكفاءتها ….. الله يوفقها ونشوفها باعلى المراتب

Fantastic experience: مكان راقي ونظيف جداً ومخدّم بشكل كبير الموظفات اجمالاً تعاملهم راقي ومحترم والأسعار أصبحت معقولة بعد العروض شكراًلكل من ساهم بانشاء هذا النادي للسيدات لمافيه من الخصوصية

Fantastic experience: افضل مدربة ليلى خذيت عندها 12 حصه وحسيت فرق كبير في الجسم الوزن نزل والجسم اشتدد خلال 12 حصة تدريب كنت البس L والحين البس M مدربة حبوبه بشوشه وتشتغل بضمير اشكرها من قلبي على جهودها معاي من ناحية المكان المكان حلو ونظيف

Fantastic experience: النادي جداً رائع .. واشكر العاملين فيه وبالاخص المدربة آيات على جهودها المبذولة من أروع المتدربات اشكرها على روحها الحلوة ونشاطها اللي يشجع تكون دايماً في النادي وتهتم في اللياقة البدنية

Fantastic experience: تجربة ممتازه مع المدربه Najia تواصل و نصائح مستمرة من جهتها لي ك متدربه، تعاملها فوق الممتاز ( شكرا ) النادي بشكل عام ممتاز، الشي الوحيد اللي لو يتحسن ساعات عمل النادي مقارنة بالنوادي الاخرى.
