Fantastic experience: Joining Al Ain Ladies Club has truly been one of the best decisions of my life. What makes my journey even more special are my amazing coaches, Vanessa and Jennifer. Both of them have completely transformed the way I look at fitness, health, and even myself. They are not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly supportive and motivating. * Vanessa has this unique way of pushing me beyond my limits with so much positivity and energy. She knows exactly how to encourage me to give my best without ever making me feel pressured. * Jennifer is the perfect balance of strength and care – she pays attention to every detail and always makes sure I train safely and effectively. Her encouragement has helped me stay consistent and build confidence. Thanks to both of them, I’ve seen real changes not just in my body, but also in my mindset and lifestyle. They’ve helped me become stronger, healthier, and happier.

Negative experience: The place was not clear at all during the registration process. I contacted them several times regarding the issue, and they kept saying they would get back to me and find a solution, but no one ever called me. They have not been cooperative at all.

Negative experience: As an old member I had unhelpful service and today Front desk employer «  miss doaa » was unprofessional and unhelpful when asked to explain the WiFi login process. They seemed annoyed by the question. And explain in a very not nice way that all the clients used data although we have complained about the wifi issues before . Not all the clients used data plus most if the gym in uae are using a powerful wifi

Fantastic experience: we are so lucky to have such wonderful pool trainers, with their beautiful spirit and dedication, they made me love coming to the pool and all thanks to the trainer Annie, she is a true source of inspiration , she is not just a trainer, but always cheerful and ready to help, she is the best trainer in the pool, she making training fun and full of energy and thanks to her, I have come to love the exercises and always look forward to going to the pool, Annie invaluable trainer, with her, every workout becomes a unique and enjoyable experience, Thanks to her for all the support and encouragement she provides, she truly is the gem of the pool, having a trainer like Annie makes our experience at the pool unforgettable and thanks to her dedication and wonderful personality, the pool has become a place we eagerly anticipate, she is not only supports us in achieving our athletic goals but also inspires us to be the best version of ourselves, this is what makes us love sports and continue with them, she truly is a priceless treasure and we are grateful for her presence in our athletic lives ☺️☺️☺️

Negative experience: الجم حلو بس المدربات الا يحاولون فينا نشترك معاهم وندفع وسعر الاشتراك وايد غالي الشهر تقريبا ب٤ الاف، والمدربة تمت تطلع عيوب فيني وبجسمي عشان تقنعني اشترك ، اسلوب جداً سيء بالتسويق، هذا غير انه كل وحدة من المدربات حاولت تنقنعني اشترك معاها وبنفس الاسلوب الخايس، الاسعار مبالغ فيها بس نرد نشترك لانه ماشي بديل ثاني فالعين

Negative experience: Facility officially opens at 9am. Reached the place at 8:40am for my swimming class and the place is still close. I don't have a car at that time so I have to stay outside the gate until they open. It was very hot outside. They did not even let me stay in a cool place. I had to wait for more than 20 minutes outside the gate and it's hot. This is my first time and I already having a bad experience.

Fantastic experience: The club is one of the most beautiful clubs around — very clean and attentive to every detail. The staff is very cheerful and welcoming. The pool is Olympic-sized and extremely clean, and I personally love the aqua classes — they are excellent.and the price is really affordable As for the swimming coach Joana, she is one of the trainers who truly transformed my swimming for the better. I will definitely continue with her for more swimming sessions. She is an excellent coach — cheerful, patient, punctual, and has given me great confidence in myself. She changed my perception of swimming for the better. I really love her and will continue my swimming sessions with her , I really recommend her for any one wants to learn swimming ❤️

Negative experience: Honestly the facilities have been going downhill. The aqua classes are always packed, even early in the morning. They really need to set a proper limit and stick to it. Whoever comes first gets in until it’s full, that’s how it should be. And yeah the pool is Olympic-sized, but with that many people it just doesn’t feel clean. After class, there’s always a line for the showers and some of them don’t even work or have super weak water pressure. What’s the point of closing the pool for months every year for maintenance if the showers are still broken? And somehow the prices keep going up 5% every year with no real improvement. It’s honestly so frustrating. If they actually care, they should start paying attention to feedback like this. I’m not renewing my subscription. I’m definitely switching to a place that actually values its members.

Positive experience: To be honest, I like it it’s clean and everything. I like the coaches Maria and Ola and Catherine good coaches I like the Afrobeat classes but for some reason now they don’t do it anymore even though that was my best class I enjoyed it. The pool was nice, but if it’s a ladies club, what I feel like that it should be more comfortable.

Negative experience: I came here to write this review out of sheer frustration. I’m honestly shocked at how badly this club has gone downhill and judging by other reviews, I’m clearly not the only one. The staff are unbelievably rude and unprofessional, the service is terrible, and the facilities are falling apart. Take the pool, for example: after waiting FOUR months for maintenance, I finally get access, only to find it packed with toddlers (2 years old and under!) taking private lessons during adult swim hours. It’s obvious they care more about squeezing out extra money than providing a safe, clean, or even remotely enjoyable experience for their members. I’m done. Never renewing my membership and would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone!

Negative experience: I love the place because its ladys only, but they can improve in so many aspects. First the study place has no furniture and no door. I can hear the children playing and there is no furniture to sit on. Very good and large spaces but they need to give more attention and care. Hope it will improve next time i come here.

Positive experience: Alain Ladies Club is a safe space for a lot of women in alain who require a female-only gym with decent equipment and various facilities that they can utilize. I’ve been coming to this gym for the past couple of years and while there are a couple of things that need to be changed, it’s an overall good gym. The equipments are decent and I believe they have most equipments that people will need to fulfill their fitness plans, and are cleaned well. There’s a locker area and shower stalls. The lockers are a bit annoying to deal with. Sometimes they won’t open and you’d have to go and ask the security personnel to open it for you. Sometimes, they tell you to just use whatever locker is available which is fine but I wish there was some sort of system in place, to ensure that our items are secured. There are a few salons in the gym that you can visit. I’ve only visited maison de joelle so I can’t speak about the rest. It’s a decent salon and most services are covered — they need to change and add more nail polish colors but overall, it’s a satisfying salon with good deals every now and then. A major reason why I joined this club would have to be the olympic size swimming pool. It’s currently under maintenance and has been since January I believe which is disappointing but I’m hoping it will re-open very soon. It’s a decent swimming pool, clean and well-maintained and lifeguards are always available. There are certain times in which the pool would be empty so knowing the schedule would be great if you prefer an empty pool. Otherwise, it gets really busy with classes. There’s also a pharmacy, a starbucks, and level up coffee shop at the first floor and their menu is decent, albeit a bit pricey. There used to be a bowling alley but I’m not sure if it has been closed down. As for outdoors, there’s a tennis court, and a playground for kids. There’s also a play-area for kids near the gym. The personnel have always been polite and I haven’t had any problem with anyone. They’re strict about using the camera in the gym and I appreciate that. Two things that I would hope the gym would look into: - Providing WIFI, especially for those who have a membership. We pay a lot for the membership so it makes sense for wifi to be available. - Opening the gym earlier. A lot of people have to go to their jobs/schools/univeristy by 7am so opening the gym at 5-6am would be ideal. Overall, it’s a good club, with decent facilities.

Negative experience: somebody opened my locker in the gym, the lockers have passcodes and i place my bag and the number bracelet in it and i MADE SURE it was locked before leaving, when i got back the locker was open and locker number bracelet gone. i dont know if something was taken from my bag since i got alot of randoms in it. how did someone “figure” out my passcode? doesnt make sense and whyd they open it if its locked. at this point ill just leave my stuff in the car

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Joana enough as a swim coach and trainer! From my very first lesson, she made me feel comfortable and confident in the water. Her teaching style is not only effective but also incredibly encouraging. She takes the time to understand each student’s unique needs and tailors her approach accordingly. Joana's passion for swimming and coaching is evident, and her positive energy is contagious. Thanks to her expert guidance, I went from being a complete beginner to feeling comfortable and confident in the water. Each lesson was filled with valuable techniques, tips, and lots of fun! If you’re looking to improve your swimming skills, whether you’re a beginner or just looking to enhance your technique, I highly recommend Joana. She’s truly the best! ‍♀️

Negative experience: To be honest, the club is amazing. However the management are bad they are not honest and change the price as they like. They told the membership cost is 3150 for full access and few hours later someone called saying I have to pay 350 more. If I want the full access. This made no sense to me at all. As I never requested a discount how come the prices changed in few hours.

Negative experience: اسعار المسبح لساعة الواحده صار 145 قبل كان ب100 وفوقه كان فيه ساونا داخل المسبح والحين سكروه مو المفروض يقل سعر المسبح !! وايضا مشكلة عدم تخصيص اوقات للاطفال وللكبار اخر مره رحت المسبح مزدحم بالاطفال والكبار وكان صعب السباحة بحرية يفضل وضع يوم مخصص للاطفال او ساعات خاصة فيهم افضل

Fantastic experience: المكان رائع كنظافة وخدمة وكلاسات ومدربات والتعامل وايد اوكيه من موظفات الريسبشن للادارة.. فعلا جربت اكثر من مكان قبل بس اول مرة احصل مكان متكامل وناس بروفشنل على اعلى مستوى ..الكل لطيفين وخدومين والادارة جدا ذوق ومتعاونين استاذة اماني وايد لطيفة وراقية في التعامل ودائما متواجدة وذوق في اكثر من موقف كانت متعاونة وايد.. وبعد المدربة مالت السباحة ريتا وايد شاطرة وتعلمت منها وايد في وقت قصير..اتمنى بس يزودون عدد الكلاسات لان اوقات مانحصل مكان من الزحمة

Positive experience: This place's idea of having an only-girls spot is quite brilliant, especially in Al Ain. The also have different gym classed, pool, bowling, abaya stores, pharmacy, salons, flower shops, children playground...etc. However, so far for me, this place still has something missing and I don't know what it is. Also, the lightning is really bad there, unfortunately.

Positive experience: Very good fitness club in Al Ain, you will be able to swim, play in the gym,and go to the group classes. The staff are professional compared to other clubs in Al Ain, it's clean and there are other services and events that take place as well. Multiple saloons are there ,I had done a hair filler in the one located on the 2nd floor. One thing that should improve is the quality and the affordability of the restaurants in the club.

Negative experience: I went to swimming pool as a visitor today and I was talking to the sales person discussing about the prices but she was not helpful at all and ignoring me while talking to her. she was completely unprofessional in her attitude with me. It gives a really bad impression to any new client. I went today to try the swimming pool so I can do a membership later. But after this reception from the sales I will never do subscription. As a sales person its expected to be the most friendly member in the working team.

Positive experience: I have been in this club for the last 6 months it’s an amazing place to do your workouts with professional trainers I noticed that trainers are also help other customers in teaching them the proper techniques for exercise The club is always clean and neat. There are variety of classes to join and explore I brought my daughter for swimming classes as private sessions yes the price is over rated but was worth it as the trainer gave her full focus and support to be able to know the basics as bigginner and my day is only 5 years old Special thanks for Coach Raghada my PT and Coach Denu from swimming class Not for forget the supervisor Nana who is always available for any support and suggestions

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to the ladies club in AD— it’s not so exciting compared to AALC, small gym outdated devices and pretty depressing. AALc compared to that is really advaced!! I was impressed by the latest device updates they keep me want to stay longer on the elliptical for example! Can we take a moment to appreciate the ENTIRE DEDICATED CROSSFIT STUDIO:)… there has been NO gym in the UAE whatsoever that combines crossfit, cardio and weightlifting all in the same area.This is coming from someone who has been to most of the gyms in AD and AlAin. Super clean, organized and very well organized. After every Gx class the cleaner walks in to clean up after the ladies altho she shouldn’t but that’s really nice of her, she mops the floors and fires up air refreshner for the next class. The receptionists are ALWAYS WELCONG and really polite and nice, the PTs Vanessa and Raghda are the ones i was used to seeing, these girls know what their doing and how to workout right! They are amazing, and very well educated and professional! Winnie and Catherine and Eva and Olha, the best coaches, internationally certified and very organized in their classes. If you wanna die, then go and attend their classes:) 10/10 hands down for this amazing place!

Positive experience: I personally love the club , they have a different range of fun classes with very sweet trainers , they definitely know how to push u to the edge ! Also very helpful staff and reception . If I would complain it would be about the prices , their membership fees are very high and even the services inside ( like hair salon and wellness studio ) are on the expensive side too . Overall nice fun spot !

Fantastic experience: The swimming pool is amazing, it olympics pool size , I registerd with coach Jouna she is very patient with me she have a very excellent experience I had learned a lot , thanks for her I can swim in the deep now .

Positive experience: النادي مرتب وجميل جدااااا ومناسب جدا للسيدات والاطفال… المسبح نظيفففف جدا جدا جدا، وكبييير وفيه ثلاث مستويات للعمق.. المنقذات مهتمات بعملهن وعينهن على المسبح طوووول الوقت للامانة…. اخذت دورة سباحة مستوى اول مع بناتي مع المدربة ريتا… للامانة… المدربة ريتا صدق انها وحش البحر تبارك الرحمن… قمة بالاخلاق والاخلاص بشغلها… ممتازة ممتازة ممتازة… علمتنا كذا نوع من السباحة بفترة قصيرة جدااااا.. انصح كل وحدة تريد تعليم السباحة، تذهب عند المدربة ريتا (دينا).. مضبوطة جدااا بالمواعيد (عالدقيقة)..شكرا ريتا

Fantastic experience: The swimming pool is fantastic and the employees are very supportive and helpful. The trainer Rita is very nice and knowledgeable about swimming and was supportive with my daughter’s swimming lessons. One thing would be better is that to lower the pricing of the swimming lessons as it feels a bit too overpriced for one person.

Fantastic experience: I have lived in Al Ain my whole life, and when it comes to the best place comes across my mind to train or go back to training is Al Ain Ladies Club. Especially, there swimming pool. their swimming pool is indoor, airconditioned, clean and maintained properly. the are always between 2-3 lifeguards to watch over the pool. the pool is clean and I do not smell much chlorine ( they do not need to add a lot because it is regulatory maintained). the kids swimming pool is clean, and all kids are requested to wear swimming diaper ( just make you at peace of mind that your kid is not gobbling much of dirty water while swimming). PT are nice and professional. I should thank especially Mrs. Rita for training my kid, being patients, using so many tricks to teach him swimming techniques. He likes her to the extend he thinks she lives in water like mermaid. liking her and wanting to swim like her makes his training journey easier and enjoyable. Thank you all

Fantastic experience: One of the best places in Al Ain for ladies. I like the swimming pool in particular, well maintained and clean. Swimming classes are highly recommended here too. The only down is the membership fees, it’s super high! I hope they will reconsider the prices.

Positive experience: Stuck with a year long subscription with them. It was wonderful coming here a couple years back but the place is not kept up to date. The equipment is really old, most of the showers have really bad water pressure and things are broken in every corner. 2/3 of the times I used the pool it was not clean either.
