Positive experience: Very well equipped gym. But unfortunately always overcrowded, machines are not well maintained, gym is poorly managed, shower area and washrooms are so bad. On the other hand fees are very competitive as compared to other popular places

There is a HUGE ladies area with all the lastest equipment, especially the "Booty Builder" area with great machines and trainers to assist. Well done, Uform gym... chef's kiss!

I like the progressive training she provides at each class. Overall gym facilities are very good. But lockers need attention.

Fantastic experience: Very nice setup equipped with high-end tools and GYM equipments for many types of training. Massive and neat space for different styles of exercises. Facility also has sauna, lockers, shower and toilets which are well maintained and taken care of. Prayer room is available too. The atmosphere is always fresh due to the good ventilation system, so in spite of the many users, the GYM will still feel fresh with no irritating odours. I noticed that they also have dedicated parking lots for the members.

Positive experience: I beg to disagree with most of the low rated reviews here. Most of the equipments are well maintained, you may encounter a disfunctional treadmill for once in a while but you wont get to see it again the next day, for they are keen or trying their best to maintain the gym. We gym goers should be the one disciplined enough to clean the equipment or put the weights back in the original shelves after using it. makes sense?

Positive experience: It’s located in the second floor of al Wahda Mall I paid 3600 AED for a full year membership including signature pass, in my view this gym needs to remodel and equipped with more machines hammers and selectorize, the management truly knows what is missing in the gym needless to say they’re ignoring. Positive experience: I like this gym; Gold Gym in Al Wadha Mall, it's possibly as good as you'll get in Abu Dhabi Central city. Abu Dhabi has more gyms per sqare mile than any other city, country or state I've been to. Most lack quality interrior, lacks a good range of gear, VIP service and standard is below parr and most instructors are behind the eighth ball. I feel that the gym industry here is about 5 years behind the world. However Golds Gym can hold their own and upholds their global images intact.

Positive experience: Im with golds gym since day one, love the facilities and the staff. The reason behind my rating is that the gym is getting more busy as the reduce the membership fee recently. And it annoys me more that they offered me an early renewal of my membership for around 3,800 derhams, to know after a month or two that they reduced prices to around 1,800 derhams, a half! Machines are good, however, once a machine needs a maintenance, it takes ages to fix.

Fantastic experience: Very decent gym. And if you are looking for a great trainer, ask for Vishnu. Have been working with him for the past two months....routines change with each session and he is great on making me work harder than I normally would and to push myself.
