Negative experience: كل واحد ياخد باله من موظفين السيلز لأنك بيتخصم منك خصم مباشر من حسابك لمدة سنه اجباري مش موضوع انك رايح جيم شهر ولو مكملتش انتهي الموضوع وبعدها بكل بجاحه وقلة أدب يتواصل معاك شركات تحصيل حسب كلامهم يقولك هنحول الموضوع للقضاء واللي إدارة الجيم متعرفوش ان في مجموعة الوقتي من المشتركين هيتجهوا لرفع قضيه علي الجيم بالغش والخداع وتهديد المواطنين بالاتصالات والرسايل والإيميلات غير تهمة الإزعاج الدائم

Negative experience: Worst experience I ever had.. staff is bad system is very bad.. I had an emergency and my bank card got cancelled due to some issues and I informed them that my card is cancelled and they cancelled my subscription but after 2 months they kept sending me threat messages and warnings for no reason

Negative experience: Honestly, this has been one of the most disappointing gym experiences I’ve had. I’m not speaking only for myself — I brought more than 30 people from my team to this gym, and we all shared the same feedback and frustration. I had my items stolen once, and no action was taken. No support, no respect, and I was simply told it was “my responsibility.” Even today, when I just asked to leave my things for a few minutes, the answer was, “We don’t keep anything for anyone.” On top of that, the facilities are far below acceptable standards. The bathrooms are always dirty, water leaking everywhere, and it never feels properly maintained. For a place that claims to offer quality service, this is extremely unprofessional. I honestly hope another gym opens on this road, because as soon as that happens, I will definitely switch. This experience has been more than enough.

Negative experience: This is gym is highly unethical from start to “finish” First they say it’s monthly payment gym wow tell other prepaid gyms not “fit off” (so creative wow) And then it turns out I’m trapped and over a year long contract of paying for months on end without the ability to even cancel. So pre paid yearly gyms are worse than trapped paying monthly fees with no way to cancel is better? This is false advertising and flat out lying. Someone from your company must contact me because I am more than willing to take legal action against your KSA BRANCHES

Negative experience: "AVOID GYMNATION AT ALL COSTS! They refused to cancel my subscription despite providing a medical certificate for my husband's acute back and neck pain. They kept deducting money from my credit card even after I informed them of the situation. When I cancelled my card, they threatened legal action. The customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive. They asked for a specific format of medical certificate, which they didn't mention earlier, and still didn't cancel the subscription. Paid 100 AED for a medical certificate, only to be told it wasn't good enough. Very disappointed and frustrated with their service. Don't get trapped in their membership!"

Negative experience: They’re absolutely unprofessional the management is terrible, not corporate at all, and they don’t even respond on WhatsApp. I had requested to postpone my membership for a month, yet they still deducted the amount. Overall, a bad experience and a gym I definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Negative experience: ادارة سيئة جداً كلام فالعقيد غير الواقع أسلوب الادارة في التعامل غير راقي ابداً المفروض مكان نفس هذا يكون في ناس بروفيشنال في التعامل موضوع إلغاء الاشتراك من عندهم شبه مستحيل كأنك مربوط فيهم طول العمر!!! حتى بعد إنتهاء العقد كل شوي يوصلك ايميل تهديد وكل شوية مسج لم يتم الدفع ،،، طيب العقد انتهى خلاص ما عندي رغبة فالتجديد حتى اذا مريت في ظروف وانقطعت عن النادي يعني مثلا شهر يحاولون يجبرونك تدفع الشهر اللي ما استخدمته طيب ليييش ادفع على شي ما استخدمته إسلوب فاشل وادارة أفشل

Negative experience: Worst experience ever with this gym , when i joined i had no communication that i cant cancel anytime and now i have submitted my cancellation 3 moths ago and they asking me why you need to cancel and i need to submit papers that they are conceders as CONFIDENTIAL like cancellation of work and medical reposts , and the worst this is they keep sending me threats on email of legal action , this is not possible , i have submitted again a cancellation if not working i will file a complaint against this company… i dont recommend this gym at all poor customer service and no one explaining the terms of a membership..

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience when i came to get a membership they didn't mention that they have an offer for yearly subscription and it's 64 AED for the first month and 179AED for every month and the make me pay 269AED for each month!!!!! And I received a massage about there offer by coincidence when i ask the receptionist guy name (Red) he started telling my nonsense stories and asking me nonsense questions about which gym i was in before and I really don't understand what is the connection!!!! I make a complaint on their website but No one answered,they don't have any contact or any one to talk to and this is very frustrating and rude

Negative experience: GymNation makes cancelling very difficult. After completing my one-year membership, I was suddenly told about a 30-day notice and extra payment that was never mentioned when I signed up or froze my membership. They seem to hide conditions until you cancel, which feels unprofessional and against consumer rights.

Negative experience: The facility is good The customer service is draining and bad They make no sense when it comes to membership cancellation, or transfer. They keep your credit card info even when you leave the gym or transfer your membership. And one day you find a text saying this amount was deducted from your account. I don’t feel safe going back

Fantastic experience: A brilliant gym! I took a 6 month membership with Violet as my personal trainer. Violet was amazing. She got me doing things I didn’t think I could. I felt amazing whenever I left, even the early morning workouts. Fab gym latest equipment. Super clean. Great facilities, shower, toilets, changing area and the lockers. Highly recommend.If I hadn’t moved away I would have continued my membership. If you want to join a great gym with quality staff and reliable equipment this is for you!

Negative experience: Am member since last year . The Gym is spacious , clean and fully equipped , group classes lake of good coach . The disappointed issue the enhance fitness company for PT keep changing personal trainers every few months , which makes it very difficult to build a proper routine and not all PT have experience And even body shape of trainer Every time a new trainer is assigned, the program starts over with no continuity. This constant rotation shows poor management and lack of commitment to members’ fitness goals. It’s very frustrating

Negative experience: When I inquired for the first time, the receptionist did not tell me that there was a free 3-day trial, so I signed up right away. 2 weeks after sign up, I needed to relocate my job so I asked to cancel but the same receptionist did not send me a cancellation link right away until I was charged with a 2nd month fee THAT I DID NOT USE EVEN ONCE. I NEED TO PAY ONE WHOLE MONTH TO SUCCESSFULLY CANCEL LIKE what the hell? Thats why I’m cancelling cos I cannot come anymore so basically they still want to make money out of people who cannot use the facility! They ignore my situation and now FORCIBLY asking me to pay 2nd and 3rd month— MONEY MAKING PROCEDURES THAT DOES NOT HAVE ANY CONSIDERATIONS!!!

The membership fees should be 12 months with commitment; however, the other option without commitment will be costly, even the PT sessions are. عندهم مشاكل في التنظيف و التعقيم There was a hygiene issues and the GYM was not clean The female personal trainers are not competent. The group classes are not designed for different people, and the overall experience of the gymnation in Alain is a lack of expertise. تمت سرقت مبلغ كاش كبير من اللوكر احذرن يا بنات من موضوع السرقة My money was stolen from the locker. Be careful, ladies.

Negative experience: The gym is perfect in terms of machine and equipment variety, but the hygiene and overall cleaness needs more attention! Security should be provided in the ladies section as alot of gym goers there take pictures and videos recklessly, we had the police come over multiple times and the gym doesnt bother to take action. This is a conservative community and that should be respected. Class timetable needs to be more modified and they should offer a better variety in terms of classes and more flexible class timing schedules.. we signed up for the gym to enjoy the classes and the variety.. but the classes are utterly boring and nothings new

Negative experience: الجم ممتاز من ناحية المكان والوسع والأجهزة، لكن الإدارة وخدمة العملاء فاشلة جدًا، حاولنا نلغي الاشتراك اكثر من مرة لظروف شخصية ومادية جدية، ولكن ما كان في اي تعاون وحاولوا يجددون الاشتراك في كل الاحوال، اول مرة حاولوا يخصمون مبلغ الاشتراك ما صار لأن الحساب كان ما فيه فلوس، بس اول ما جافوا ان الحساب صار فيه فلوس على طول سحبوا، مع انهم يعرفون ان ما نبا نكمل في الجم ونحاول نلغي الاشتراك، واللي يقهر اكثر ان عقب ما سحبوا الفلوس اونه مطرشين مسج ان عملية الدفع فشلت، ولما كلمتهم انكروا ان الفلوس انسحبت وقالوا انهم يتريوني ادفع!! مع ان المبلغ انخصم!! ما يراعون ظروف الناس ابدًا ولا يبدون اي اهتمام، شروطهم وقوانينهم جدًا سيئة وما فيها اي مرونة او تقدير لظروف البني آدم، عادي تكونون يالسين تعانون وتحاولون تشرحون لهم حالتكم مليون مرة مع ادلة واضحة، لكنهم ما يهتمون ابدًا. الواضح ان همهم الوحيد هو الفلوس حتى لو كانت على حساب معاناتكم. يعني تراكم بس نادي رياضي ليش محسسينا ان التزامنا في الاشتراك مسألة حياة او موت! الطريقة اللي يتعاملون فيها مع موضوع الغاء الاشتراك تخليكم تحسون ان مستحيل تفتكون منهم. اذا تفكرون انكم تسجلون في النادي انتبهوا لأن بيذلونكم ذل على هالاشتراك، يخلون الواحد يندم انه فكر يهتم بصحته ولياقته.

Positive experience: Overall it's a good gym, equipment and other exercise materials are also very good but there is no one in the hall to ask about the equipment or some advice, There are only private or personal trainers, and they are not ready to talk to. Even if you ask they will say I am a private trainer and not a hall trainer, so basically there is no hall trainer or guide, price is good if you join during the offer period. Rest is fine.

Fantastic experience: حم متكامل ونظيف وجديد ، الحم يعتبر حر وغير متابع من قبل مدربين. ابداً فقط معتمد على التدريب الشخصي مع شركة مختصة تتبع للجم. ومن لديه خبره انصح به وبشدة ومن لاتوجد لديه خبره فيجب التعاقد مع الشركة لتوفير مدرب مع العلم بانه سعره يعتبر عال نوعاً ما. بالنسبه لي معتمد على البرامج الخاصة.

Negative experience: There are certain things that are not acceptable hence the 2 stars. 1- Cleanliness- hair and dust are all over the studio floor even though it was only 11am. When we notified the receptionist, all he did was argue about it and show us a picture of a clean floor (at 7am). 2- Punctuality- during Ramadan I would book a class and show up to be surprised that it is cancelled. No update/message was sent. This happened at least 3 times. 3-Reach- I forgot my jacket at the treadmill, and tried to contact the gym right after through whatsapp. No response. A week later I asked to look through the lost and found but it was not there. Contacting the gym should have been easier.

Negative experience: تقيمي بناء على زيارة اصدقائي بسبب الشكاوي على الجيم ، يتم سحب مبالغ ماليه من الفيزا حتى وإن توقفت بالفتره القادمه ثانياً الاشتراك مبالغ فيه يجب تخفيض السعر ثالثاً يجب فتح باب الدخول والخروج من خارج المول للخصوصية رابعاً يجب تعتيم الزجاجات داخل المول وعدم مشاهدة زوار المول المتدربين في الداخل للخصوصية واحترام زوار المول واحترام خصوصية المتدربين في الجيم نتمنى من البلدية في مدينة العين أخذ الإجراء العاجل واللازم في هذه النقاط العاجله
