Fantastic experience: Fun enjoyable great workout sessions! The classes I have attended are taught by an enthusiastic and knowledgeable instructor Safoora who is clearly passionate about the dance-based fitness program. The music is upbeat and energetic, creating a fun and lively atmosphere that made me forget that I was actually working out. I would highly recommend the instructor and their classes to anyone looking for a fun and effective way to stay active and get in shape.
