Negative experience: The gym is relatively small, old and looks dirty, but it does its purpose. Its where i go if i dont have time to go somewhere else, which is fare The staff there is usually nice and polite, EXCEPT ONE SHORT HAIR lady who usually behind the counter at the closing time. IS THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN DUBAI…. BY FAR I HATE GOING TO THIS GYM MAINLY CAUSE I DONT WANNA DEAL WITH HER

Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend Warehouse Gym, especially if consistency and fair treatment matter to you. Policies seem to change depending on who you deal with, and access to locations feels arbitrary rather than member-focused. There’s little transparency, poor communication, and no clear escalation path when issues come up. Instead of solutions, you’re met with vague explanations and a “take it or leave it” attitude. For a premium-priced gym, the experience doesn’t match the branding. If you’re considering joining, just know that your membership doesn’t necessarily guarantee equal access or respectful handling when problems arise. There are plenty of gyms in Dubai that value their members more and operate with clearer, more professional standards.

Negative experience: Terrible gym, not only this location but the brand. Any brand that doesn’t value its long term customer loyalty will always tarnish. Not to mention even their main locations have horrendous parking and customer service. Truly disappointing

Negative experience: Extremely disappointing and unfair experience. I lost ALL my reward points simply because my membership expired — with no warning, no reminder, and no goodwill whatsoever. A gym that truly values its members would never punish them like this. Reward points are earned through commitment and money, not something to be erased overnight. Customer service was unhelpful and completely indifferent, hiding behind “policy” instead of common sense. This feels more like a trap than a rewards program. If you care about being treated fairly and with respect, think twice before joining. I certainly won’t be coming back, and I’ll be warning others to avoid this place.

Negative experience: Reception very slow here, unlike Dubai standards. Took about 10 minutes to process something so simple. Then walked into a gym no bigger then a hotel gym that felt a depressing vibe. Stay away at all cost haha, this gym is not worth 5AED

Negative experience: Honestly, very small, wouldn’t recommend. There’s way better warehouse gyms.

Negative experience: good equipment that’s about it. They are charging me 5 AED for water even though i am a member! That is a bit over the top to charge for a bottle of water! It is not about a charge it is more of a customer service to provide complimentary water to members at least. No wonder they are not part of privilee

Negative experience: Very small gym in the Cheddar Cheese Tower with limited free parking in the very bottom garage floor. The Prime adjustable equipment is bad for lifting. The overhead lights are ugly and dark. The A/C hardly works. I found a lack of mirrors by the upstairs squat racks, and some of the machines literally face a blank wall.

Negative experience: Very small, bad services, they don’t even reply to my questions. I spend over 100dhs on taxi and they don’t let me and my friends in. They do not provide all the information on their website. They still don’t find a solution for me either

Negative experience: Although Warehouse Gym offers great facilities, their member service seriously needs improvement. I’ve been a member for over 3.5 years, but my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. A couple of weeks ago, I was harassed by another male member at the Business Bay branch. I immediately tried to contact Sharon Lopez, Head of Customer Service and Compliance, by calling her mobile twice with no response. I then sent her a WhatsApp message, which she read but never responded to. After waiting a few days, I also sent her an email explaining the incident, yet she neither replied nor called back. This complete lack of response from someone in charge of member welfare is deeply concerning. As Warehouse Gym continues to expand, it’s important they remember that member safety and wellbeing must come first. It’s unacceptable for female members to feel uncomfortable or unsafe in what should be a secure and professional fitness environment. I genuinely hope Warehouse Gym takes this feedback seriously and implements changes to ensure better accountability, responsiveness, and safety for all members, especially women.

Positive experience: The space is quite small. But it works for a workout.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and professional trainer . There is Valet Parking so you don’t need to worry about parking Businessbay, which is very difficult to find a spot.

Negative experience: to dark and there is no water and dirty

Fantastic experience: I trained here with Alina, she’s the best PT I’ve ever met. I’ve been struggling with back pain for years and not only she put my training together with so much care that I could gain muscle and get leaner without pain, she helped me get rid of most of my daily back pain through targeted posture and breathing exercises. My posture, work out techniques and stamina improved amazingly with her help and I can’t say enough how grateful I am to her. She has impressive expertise in anatomy and training in multiple disciplines including lifting, physiotherapy, yoga, and crossfit, and probably more too, and I’m convinced she can help anyone achieve any goal fast and efficiently. Can’t recommend training with her enough, thank you for everything Alina!

Positive experience: Een mooie locatie met prime apparatuur wat erg fijn traint. Een dagpas koste €32,- wat geen probleem is, maar daarin tegen verwacht je wel dat de onderhoud goed gedaan was. Helaas was dat niet het geval.

Fantastic experience: The gym is relatively small. It has some equipment, but not much. The place is nice and not crowded.

Positive experience: I have been to the Warehouse in Al Quoz and in DIFC, this ome is much smaller and has no classes. But parking was easy (I parked/ valet just outside the building ) 2 floors (downstairs was a crossfit DIY area and upstairs cardio and machines, chance g roms etc.

Negative experience: I cancel my membership bcz they are closing so early. I found the best gym in oval tower we fit together gym . They open 24 hours and charge very less money. They have all equipment which I need . The best thing gym is very clean .

Fantastic experience: The best gym franchise in the UAE. Their branches provide versatility in terms of workouts. Here in O14, they have 6am crossfit classes that fit me and my wife's schedule. The coaches are also cool.

Positive experience: Nice gym. Good equipments. Only problem is it’s too small for a class and shower is very limited compared to other branches. They have like 2 shower cubicles, 1 toilet, and a couple of urinals. Not ideal for a 6am class and everyone’s queuing to shower.

Fantastic experience: First time i visited WHGYM in ibn batuta. I had a boxfit class. That was super interesting. The coacher Kevin is very professional in his field . The training lasted 1h, and we completed many things . Also would like to admit tgat gum looks so modern and stylish.

Fantastic experience: I went there for zumba class with Masterjedai in Ibn battuta branch, his energy is incomparable , I really enjoyed my time and I will go there over and over, the gym is also wide and has variety of machines. They also offer 3 days free pass. I highly recommend it

Wish if he also did some dancing classes I would be the regular customer ❤️‍ Spanish, Arabic, Turkish, modern, vogue, high heels style plus aerobic- all those things was in one class! Lovely
