Fantastic experience: بصراحة وبدون مجاملة،، انا اسمي سالم الزبن كنت بحاجة ماسة جدا للتسجيل ببرنامج رياضي يساعدني علي التخلص من الوزن الزايد وبنفس الوقت زيادة البنية العضلية لدي.. وبسبب روتين بعض النوادي اللي بعد ما تسجل معهم بقل اهتمامهم فيك. هذي المرة حاولت ابحث عن شي مختلف يشجعني علي الاستمرار و حب المكان اللي مشترك فيه من مدربين و مكان وطريقة الاهتمام فيني وبالنتائج اللي لازم أوصلها. وعن طريق الصدفة شوفت إعلان علي انستغرام من E-Life عجمان بوضح الشي اللي انا بحاجة له. حجزت حصة تجريبية لتقييم المكان وبصراحة عجبني كثييير اسلوبهم بالتدريب ونظافة المكان والأجهزة الحديثة اللي بالنادي و كل شي كان مميز وأكثر من رائع. من أول شهر الحمدللة نزلت سبعة كيلو دهون صافية ولغاية الان مستمر بالنزول. # بحب اشكر الكوتش نسمه اللي كانت نسمة الأمل بالنسبة إلي للالتزام بالتدريب. # وبحب اشكر الكوتش نور اللي نورت طريقي في تحقيق الهدف اللي حابب اوصله. شكرا من كل قلبي إلكم وبتمنالكم مزيد من التوفيق والنجاح. سالم الزبن

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended!, specially if you have any type of injuries you must go with coach ROWAN , she is the best coach ever in injuries, i was suffering from shoulder pain for more than a year, i did many sessions of physiotherapy but again pain will back after finishing the sessions, but science i join this gym with coach rowan i feel the difference as she focuses on muscle strength! I feel much better than any physiotherapy sessions.

Negative experience: I had very bad experience. There’s non serious attitude of trainers. They are not taking care of privacy of their female customers and repeatedly opening the door during training. They are repeatedly interrupting the training even during 20 minutes training period for their personal reasons. If you will tell them not to interrupt, they will reply you that they will give extra time. They are not understanding the continuity of that 20 minutes training and they are not giving any respect to their customers. This is not an acceptable environment

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of this gym for several months now, and I can confidently say it's one of the best fitness centers. Special thanks to training coach Noura for Helping elevate my workouts, and achieve my fitness goals faster than I ever thought possible. Moreover, the flexibility in timing is a huge plus. Finding parking near gyms can often be a hassle, but not here. It's such a relief to know that I won't have to circle around the block multiple times just to find a spot before my workout.

Fantastic experience: It was our ( my husband and I) one of the best decisions to join this fitness club . My husband is very busy and has limited time to work out. It was perfect for him , I also want to try some kind of work out with less effort and better result. The EMS training worked for both of us . Our trainer (Nora) help a lot . She has a happy personality, she is fun to work with . When we come back from vocation we will go back to them . Can’t wait to work out again ️‍♀️

Fantastic experience: I love this place! It was a challenge for me to find a suitable training routine since I'm a working mom and the responsibilities are taking most of my time. Once I heard about EMS training, I searched for it in Ajman and directly visited E-Life EMS Center. I go once in a week only and I'm following a strict diet plan. The results I'm reaching are so satisfying! The center is clean and well maintained, their equipment are renewed. I train with the gorgeous coaches Noura and Cyrine, they are both excellent, professional, and very encouraging.

Fantastic experience: Great place to get EMS training, been going there for around a year and the trainers are amazing, my favorite is Noora, she's awesome and bubbly, but also serene is great too! My busy schedule makes it hard for me to exercise so EMS made a big difference for me, my body is strong and my skin is toned (tho weight wise I still don't follow a great diet )

Fantastic experience: Never thought of subscribing to such programs. But,. Right after my first session, i felt the pain in my body as if i had a very good workout session. Unbelievable results after 5 sessions 4.2kg loss of fats . I would say the most clean center i have ever visited, the most professional- well trained- team members, an absolute lovely customer service. Coffee, water, body spray, staff available to explain and answer questions. Time and schedule flexibility, the team responds to calls and messages with no delay.

The best thing about the center and it’s staff that you are welcomed really well- in a super friendly way, and they are transparent with the available packages. Moreover, they have really easy payment methods with eases the financial stress and makes the customer feel at ease. I have been going to the center for a month now and never felt uncomfortable or go for the sake of having to go. On the contrary, I go with full excitement every single time. I love the sessions and love the cooperative team! As well, it has the best coaches, Tony & Noor, who are too friendly and train you very well. My body has literally changed and has a good shape as I've always wanted.
