Negative experience: I have messaged them via WhatsApp to inquire but unfortunately, no one responded. They just read my message and not even bother to interact. It was an open-ended questioning so it can b3 answered by yes or no only. Sadly, very poor customer service.

Negative experience: Gym arena is decent. Big enough with somewhat okay equipments. The ambience aka crowd is subpar, it smells bad all the time. People have no civic sense of maintaining hygiene. The male locker room is as bad as it can get and the management doesn’t seem to be bothered because they are busy saving electricity by switching off the air conditioning of some area of the gym every now and then. Not a pleasant experience overall. Nobody knows what re-racking means sadly.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gym that I've been to. I've read a review that if you are looking to workout in peace that this is the place to go, I would have to 100% agree. It is a place where both the staff and the gym goers are all working towards the same goal, hence, everyone just has the same energy and silently supportive. Very clean, organized, very spacious, and overall really a good place to get that workout.

Positive experience: A very neat and clean gym. It has useful machines and a separate ladies section which is good. Free underground parking is also available which is a plus point.

Fantastic experience: Woc gym is one of good gym in Abu-hail. I am member of this gym since 1month and is totally satisfied with the quality service provided . Gym is well maintained with good hygiene and machines are also upto mark. All staffs are very good and professional. Would recommend personal training from trainer sineesh brother. As i have got good result up-till now. Would recommend woc in future too. And the manager jeneev brother is also very professional and kind in terms of management. Would rate 5star overall.

Fantastic experience: As the name says, you automatically decode yourself as a champion when you exist the gym. Extremely clean , superb ambience with latest equipments give you utmost inner motivation to sweat out! The long spacious gym is the best i have ever been to! Mr. Sinish the certified champion opens your mind to different dimensions with his extensive motivation and support. He supports and trains you with 100% passion and sincerity. No matter how weak you feel about yourself, this man can bring the Rock inside you with ease.

Fantastic experience: Professional machine, Great staff members from the welcoming desk to the coaches, the price of membership is affordable. Waiting for the new cafe restaurant to open again the pervious one had even great taste of food, the only thing I hope they open is a cryo ice lab for recovery that will be great. They take asaad as well.

Fantastic experience: Top class equipments, extremely clean and very helpful trainers, WOC is a really massive and new gym in Al Qiyadah. If you are around this area, you cannot go wrong with this gym. They have a separate women area and they have a cafe with healthy options inside the gym too. The staff are really friendly and prices of the gym membership, though a little on the steeper side is justified for what you get. A must place for all gym enthusiasts!

Fantastic experience: I had joined WOC since August 2023, I was skeptical about joining cause I never was a fan of consistency when it comes to workout and gym. Now I have extended my membership for 6 more months. Thanks to the WOC gym management, their dedicated staffs and especially my trainer Mr. Sinish. I can say its worth the money one spent for the facilities they provide for your health . Keep going WOC team

Positive experience: Great facility with wide range of workout options, i.e. weight training, CrossFit, cardio, etc. They have well maintained hygiene and functioning equipment, with friendly and helpful staff and coaches. Separate ladies section is pot of gold for me as a hijabi woman, as well as female personal trainer, Sreelakshmi, who gives me the perfect workout plan according to my body type and BMI requirements.

Fantastic experience: Great experience at WOC gym. Big variety of new and well maintained equipments, private section for ladies and very high standards of cleanliness. The trainers are very friendly, experienced and they offer guidance when needed.

Fantastic experience: Have been to many gyms over the past few years and I've never been able to glue to the place. Finally, now I'm at the best one! Good gym, perfect ambience, friendly trainers and it's a great place to be. All trainers are qualified professionals, but ask for Sinish Menon if you want to see the best results. Fantastic experience: I am badly out of shape and wanted to get fit hence joined WoC gym. I am being trained by Sinish, one of the finest trainer I have ever worked with. I am already seeing results and it’s only been a month. Out of all the gyms I have been, WOC is indeed the best so far. The staff are amazing, the trainers are friendly, very clean, and is undoubtedly a comfortable atmosphere to work out. Heads-up! Ask for Sinish, you won’t regret it.
