Negative experience: Trainer is really not good, don’t show the way to do must be train and not show respect , ,1st of all gym is not clean Enough

Fantastic experience: I'm very happy to do workout in golden gym, my trainer is very good and compassionate. She helps me alot in my excercise due to that my body became good and my energy level got increased. The machines in gym are all good quality with good weights. Im glad to train in this gym.

Positive experience: It was one of the best and biggest gyms of 2 floors in Sharjah . But, they have reduced 1 floor and now only 1 floor exist. It is very old and all the equipment is original that you can feel weights. They have solid equipment for the Back workout. In the gym, there are many legends that still workout since around 25 years. Very friendly atmosphere and also good for beginners.

Fantastic experience: One of the best old school gyms, been going to this gym since 2002, proper old school machine and weights, Its not just a gym, its history, with a great number bodybuilding champions have trained here and won competitions, under the guidance of Capt Mohammad May Allah Grant him Jannah. Fantastic experience: Just wanted to let you know that I've been training at this gym since 2010, and I have to say, I couldn't be happier with how they take care of their customers. It's been such an incredible journey so far! By the way, they recently renovated the training machines and are currently refurbishing the facilities. Can't wait to see the new changes!

Fantastic experience: I'm a big fan of the saying "old but gold". Being one of the oldest gyms in Sharjah. This brings not only memories, but also the feel how the old gyms used to be. Where the new openly gyms focus on the look, interior, etc. This one does the opposite. A "Straight hardcore no pain no gain".

Fantastic experience: Best gym in the area. A proper professional bodybuilding gym with variety of machine’s and a separate floor just for that leg day . Siddik bhai is the best trainer i have met. Very knowledgeable, helpful and down to earth person. I still remember when i stopped going to the gym, siddik bhai saw me from the gym window and shouted at me “Why are you skipping the gym?”. That is what a dedicated trainer does. Miss those days. A complete old school hardcore gym with full of good vibes.
