Fantastic experience: I researched many gyms in my area before deciding on Fitness First. The main reason I chose FF is due to Sawmte. She was incredible from the beginning. I chose to sign up for private training classes with her and join based off our first meeting. She is very knowledgeable and took my previous rib injury into account when planning my training. After a few classes, I hurt my back moving boxes and she adjusted my training accordingly and helped me heal through exercise and stretching. She is motivating and creative with her training. I am challenged every session and I always feel like I have accomplished so much with every hour I spend with her. She is a star ⭐️ I have signed up for a second set of 12 sessions with her and, if I could continue to afford it, I would never let her go!! . It is my hope that FF will offer members a discount in future training packages, particularly if they have purchased more than one.

Fantastic experience: Fitness First At Bawabat Al Sharq mall is the best in Abu Dhabi , I love the Hydrokombat classes with trainer Mary Grace Flores , she’s the best trainer in all Abu Dhabi Branches with any Hydro classes , always active , motivating , smiling and pushing us to move ! Highly recommend !

Positive experience: I used 1 day pass because I had free time and wanted to get done with legs day. There is only 1 squat rack ! It is crowded! Way too many treadmills! Machines were okay. I only used legs extension. I had to buy the towel to shower. Shampoo and shower gel was there. All the staff members were nice and kind to me. Showers and toilets were clean. They had detergent sprays and tissues to wipe the machine after use. However, I am used to wet wipes in my gym. I would not join it.

Fantastic experience: The gym is amazing place to do the best workout ever. I like all the trainers as they are professional in training. I like attending all the classes especially with coach Maryam , Preciselia , Kholood, Noor, Crestina, Nada, Alina, Tahani Wesal. And we just trained with a new trainer named Naseria, and she was good. They work hard and they encourage us to do our best. The manager is listening to our opinion and she respect us. Fantastic experience: I love how they organized and their fitting room and toilet are always clean. the zumba class is the best. they offer great device “myzone” which can show the exact burned calories and the effort you’ve done updated every second I brought this device since 4 years and still using it

Positive experience: Bawabt is my home club since 2017, I appreciate this club so much, although my membership has access to all fitness first brunches and am always roaming around for better experience, am fed up, cause i have been asking to change the timing of some classes especially Body-pump & Tuff, to be at 7pm, there’s no consideration for a working women, it would be nice to be heard at least for such a long term client, please consider change timing of Pump at lest once In weekdays!!! i would like to thank Priscila for her dedication and love for what she do.
