Fantastic experience: I got a lot of support from here, especially my coach Mr. Seiyad, then atmosphere, the behavior of other staff and the timings are all good. I was a person who didn't go to the gym for more than 1 month now it's been 2 months and that's because of the support given by my trainer.

Training is good, specially coach Syed is very cooperative and a professional trainer. I really enjoy getting instructions and doing exercise on latest machines under guidance of Syed.
