Eight Pack Fitness World (Best Gym in Mussafah-Abu Dhabi)

Negative experience: Very disappointed with this gym. No proper air conditioning and too much humidity inside, making workouts very uncomfortable. The price is extremely high, especially for a labor area where everyone should have the right to join a gym — with such high fees, normal working people can’t afford membership. However, I appreciate the staff, especially Salman, Akash, and Piiiyas, who are very helpful with gym training and diet advice. Despite their efforts, the poor facilities and overpriced membership make this gym not recommended.

Negative experience: Good gym with cruel owner who turn off the ac while people doing workout just to save electricity

Negative experience: Worst gym in musafah,turning off ac within every 2 hours to save electricity bill. Owner doubled the fee from july and still repeating cheapest kind of things

Negative experience: This is the most dirty gym I’ve ever seen in my life. Nothing is proper there not even the machines are maintained well, and the training was never really effective. But recently, a new trainer joined an Indian guy named Akash. Ever since he came, more and more people have been coming to the gym regularly. He explains everything clearly, guides us well, and has a genuinely good personality. As long as Akash is there, I’ll keep going to the gym. Because it’s only after he came that I actually started seeing change in myself. Thanks, Akash.

Negative experience: one the worst gym in the UAE .. Don’t waste your money .. no maintained equipments. No AC .. No music .. No certified trainer .. the gym doesn’t even care about your concern

Positive experience: This gym by far is the best one in the price range that they offer. The best time to visit this gym is before 4.30 pm as you wont be stuck in the musaffah traffic. They have all the equipments needed, like the thredmil, elyptical, chest equipment, lat equipments. The thing i liked about this gym is they have multiple equipments for the same body part so there is no delay in waiting for your turn. I think i paid around 125 aed for 1 month. The parking there is free. They have a washroom but no separate place to change your clothes.
