Negative experience: The worst gym ever i joined... no music ,no washroom,Air conditioners not working properly, machines not maintaining, only show off .. don't waste your money... There was a perfect experienced trainer from bangladesh his name is piash.. he is the one who maintained everything with low features .. i'm very thankful for that guy..

Positive experience: This gym by far is the best one in the price range that they offer. The best time to visit this gym is before 4.30 pm as you wont be stuck in the musaffah traffic. They have all the equipments needed, like the thredmil, elyptical, chest equipment, lat equipments. The thing i liked about this gym is they have multiple equipments for the same body part so there is no delay in waiting for your turn. I think i paid around 125 aed for 1 month. The parking there is free. They have a washroom but no separate place to change your clothes.
