Positive experience: Good place. But in the evenings, packed solid. But then this is the same in most gyms.

Positive experience: This gym by far is the best one in the price range that they offer. The best time to visit this gym is before 4.30 pm as you wont be stuck in the musaffah traffic. They have all the equipments needed, like the thredmil, elyptical, chest equipment, lat equipments. The thing i liked about this gym is they have multiple equipments for the same body part so there is no delay in waiting for your turn. I think i paid around 125 aed for 1 month. The parking there is free. They have a washroom but no separate place to change your clothes.

Fantastic experience: The feeling is incredible! I've worked out in a lot of gyms in abudhabi and the treatment is truly an experience at Eight pack fitness world ! Wonderful staff and great group classes!
