The service given by Muhammad at the counter is very good, and the gym even has a locker room, cafeteria, lobby, and bathrooms equipped with both 4 showers and 4 toilets.

Fantastic experience: I have recently joined the gym and it's been great so far, it has all the equipment needed for workout and not too busy at noon time, coaches Jerven and Wendall are great at providing coaching as well. Post workout protein shop available makes it easy for those on the move.

Negative experience: I’ve personally spoken with the management twice and with the reception staff almost daily about these same issues. Around 3–4 weeks ago, I even removed my previous review because they promised improvements — but unfortunately, nothing has changed. Hygiene: About 9 out of 10 people do not use a towel, including many trainers and their clients. If someone doesn’t bring a towel, the least they could do is wipe down the machines after use. For the past two months, I’ve had to clean other people’s sweat throughout my entire workout, which is very unpleasant. My skin often gets irritated despite the fact that I always use a towel — as everyone should. Weights & gym etiquette: I’ve reported this many times as well, including in my last conversations with the staff — most members don’t put the weights back after using them, leaving machines loaded and the floor messy. Half of my training time now goes to re-racking weights left behind by others. This is extremely disrespectful. I understand this gym is more affordable than others, but that doesn’t justify poor standards. These are basic rules, not financial issues — it simply requires the management and staff to enforce them. Using a towel and re-racking weights should be common sense in any gym. Last Friday I again asked to speak with the management. The receptionist promised they would call me that day or at the latest on Saturday. It’s now been several days and I still haven’t received any call. I reminded them again yesterday. It’s truly disappointing because this is otherwise a good gym, and fixing these issues wouldn’t cost a single dirham — just a bit of attention and discipline. I genuinely enjoyed training here, but at this point, constantly cleaning and re-racking after others has turned every session into a frustrating experience. My previous review was 3 stars, but after receiving multiple promises and still seeing absolutely no improvement, I’m sadly lowering it to 2 stars — as there seems to be no real effort to fix these ongoing issues... Update: Many members still don’t use towels, and the gym continues to do absolutely nothing about it. According to their own terms and conditions, using a towel is mandatory, and those who don’t comply should be reminded or even asked to leave — but this never happens. I asked for a refund for my remaining months so I could simply end this on good terms, but they said there is no refund option. Honestly, it’s unbelievable that the management takes no action and that after 3–4 months, nothing has improved. As a paying customer, I’m forced to train every single day in an unhygienic environment — and this is not what I paid for. I still have 8 months left on my membership, and I’m extremely disappointed.

Fantastic experience: This is my first time going to gym. I have been going to this gym for Two months with my coach - Coach Jolie who teach me everything I need to know, be it free weights or the machine. I recommend coach Jolie specifically for first timers, she really explain everything and she is nice also while training you to be the best you.

Positive experience: Overpriced. Overcrowded. Machines and weights are badly organized leading to crowds every day, when half the gym is completely empty space. They also replaced many machines with "better" ones which are actually worse, overpriced caricatures of normal gym machines. In summary, the gym management are completely out of touch with what makes a good gym.

It’ll be unfair not to mention ‘Gem of the FaceOff - Wafaa’ in this review; she’s such a great coach and more importantly lovely human being who transforms perception about fitness in one’s life. I have been training MUAY THAI with coach wendall and its has been and amazing experience.! He pushes you to the core and brings out the best in you! If you are looking for a KickBoxing/MUAY THAI Trainer then Coach Wendall is your man. Also a special Mention about trainer KAI he's extremely Knowledgeable and coaches you to be in your best shape! Fantastic experience: In Barsha Heights for work, only 10 days or so but wanted to use a gym while in Dubai. Checked out the hotel gym and it was a shoe box. So had to have a plan B. Contacted a couple of gyms but either slow to get back to me or wanted 100+ AED for a day pass. . Want to work out, not buy the gym. Anyway, message Face Off. Reply immediately. 42 AED for a day pass. Get to the gym, warm welcome from the team, get put in the system, which took 2mins, and way to go. Lots of really great kit, plus free weight section, cardio, studios, and a great space for tyre flips/ battle ropes/ sledge push or pulls etc. Really well equipped gym, and huge floor space. Even has a fight zone with boxing ring and all the sparring gear. No waiting for equipment and don't feel that people are in your space either. Would definitely come back and highly recommend. Thanks to Joy on Whatsapp for arranging everything. Much appreciated.
