Fantastic experience: This summer was amazing, although I am a long term resident in the UAE, my sister who was visiting from the UK enrolled me along with herself to a swim classes one month with coach Sumaiya. I had an amazing experience, from the lovely welcoming staff at the reception to a highly skilled amazing swimmimg coach to an amazingly clean, beautiful safe,swimming pools. For our classes we used both the leisure pool as beginners and later the Olympic pool. It was a hidden gem, for me a discovery, thank you all for a great experience. From Suad and zahra.

Negative experience: absolutely disappointed with my experience, no professional mannerism with handling situations, and the beach was extremely dirty and things kept getting stuck in me and my friends hair. Don’t recommend it at all. Not only that, they failed to mention anywhere that the beach was renovating and opened at 2p.m., the lack of effort in everything disappointed my friend and I and did not meet our expectations of the place.

Negative experience: أول مرة وآخر مرة ❌ ضاربة خط من آخر الدنيا واتفاجأ ببحر وسخ ومليان طحالب والحمامات قديمة واللوكرات متهالكة وبدون مفاتيح !! للأسف مشكلة الأندية النسائية في إمارة الشارقة أسعارهم المبالغ فيها تتعارض مع جودة المرافق والخدمات المقدمة، والمزايا شبه معدومه ومافيه أي حافز يخليك ترجع للمكان!

Negative experience: بصراحه مأساه .. أنا من ١٠ سنين ما ييت النادي و يوم ييت توقعت اني بشوف تطور .. مثل ما خليته قبل ١٠ سنين .. رجعت و اشوف النادي مثل ما هو .. ابا اعرف ٢٠٠ درهم حق الشاطي ليش ؟ لا مرافق مرتبه ولا شي و الحمامات و الشاور مأساوية و جديمة و كل الأرضيات متبهدله و حتى ليتات عدل ماشي !!!! حتى بلسم و شامبو ماشي و النادي بكبرة على حبتين سشوار ؟ و لفيف خدمة تعبانه مع انه الاكل حلو بس منفسين الويترية ومالهم خلق .. و حر حر حر المطعم وحاطين مكيفات متحركة ؟ شو بيستوي لو غيروا شوي و سووا رينوفيشن ؟ يباله النادي بصراحه صيانه و renovation كامل و تمسكه ادارة مختلفة و تطور فيه .. برايه سكروه سنه سنتين بس عالاقل جددوا فيه شوي ؟؟؟؟ قلبي عورني الشارجه دايما في تطور بس ليش النادي وايد تعبان !!!!!!

Negative experience: The ocean is not clean and always dirty, I don’t know why they don’t even try to clean it. So expensive for such a place!

Negative experience: السلام عليكم، انا كنت عندكم امبارح للبحر ولكن جداً جداً خاب املي، البحر مليان اعشاب بحرية، في كل مكان نتحرك فيه بتكون فيه اعشاب لدرجة جدا تثير الاشمئزاز، دفعنا ٢١٠ عشان نقضي يوم حلو و نستمتع بالبحر ولكن كيف هنستمتع بيه و احنا مش قادرين نسبح اساساً، محتاج تنظيف و ادارة مع مرور الوقت عشان يحافظ على نظافتو.

Negative experience: If there was a zero star, I will put it. The management are so rude and not polite and the ocean there is not clean and it's made all our hair greasy. I washed my hair like six times already with shampoo and still greasy and same goes to all my friends that went.

Negative experience: Will share my experience in Sharjah Ladies club. First of all the memberships are not cheap. One month-1470aed. One year-5827aed and 6 months around 4k. And these are things which is included- indoor pool (not big), some group classes, gym and beach. The most interesting group classes you will have to pay extra, like: reformer pilates, underwater cycling in the pool and etc. The big Olympic pool you can’t use unless you pay extra or take private lessons. The sea water pool you can’t use unless you pay extra, the gym massage roller also extra charge 30 mins-100 aed! So I felt like wherever I go I will have to pay extra, Don’t forget the fact how much is membership cost! Before I moved to Sharjah side I used to go to talise ottoman spa-it is the most beautiful spa in the world and what you see inside you can use everything without paying extra (monthly membership cost 500aed only) (that’s not an ad!) plus Sharjah ladies club needs renovation, looks like they built the complex long time ago

Positive experience: It is actually good but when I go out like I get sick and stuff like that, but I really love it. It’s really worth it.

Negative experience: Extremely rude and inconsiderate staff. After booking my appointment and going through the entire consultation process the lady at the front desk decided it was not possible to provide the service booked. This came with no explanation or apology, my entire day was wasted and no one took any responsibility.

Fantastic experience: I loved it! The service was ammmazing, a philipino lady at the Spa reception is so professional. Also wanted to highlight the service of Cheryn, the way she interacts is very pleasant. Could not resist getting a massage, though initial plan was only to visit the beach. I expected the prices to be a bit lower than in Dubai, but it is the same... Loved the massage, loved their sea salt water pool n really liked the cute beach area. Atmosphere there is so relaxing n peaceful…and people who work there makes the place so nice!

Negative experience: One star because it has to be. It's just a shame, either the employees haven't had any training in respect or they are so set up that if they see a Muslim woman who is not from the Emirates, they try to harass her as much as possible, stress her out, etc. I don't think they have a shred of patience.

Positive experience: Nous avons pas pu profitez de ceux pourquoi nous sommes venu la piscine extérieur n était pas accessible, le restaurant avec la belle terrasse était fermé . Dans l autre très peu de choix de boisson . Le point fort le personnel est vraiment très très gentille .

I always have to call for an hour to get a call or even get a call back like what are the employees doing there?? I always see them on the counter when I visit but they don't see the phone ringing or what it is??? Why aren't they like orchid??? Fast to pick up the phone and they would call back like honestly management need to look into dalouk and maybe be more strict with them so they would become like orchid.

Fantastic experience: It's amazing I also used to be in there nursery when in the first month I was born and it'd like my 2 home cuz after I got out from the nursery I joined there and it was vggg there is skating and swimming and dancing and cooking and alotttttt more

Negative experience: J'ai mis 2 étoiles à cause du service de restauration car ils ne viennent pas quand on est assis sur les tables en terrasse il faut les appeler ils ne sont pas réactif et le menu de la carte du restaurant n'est pas très élaboré je pense qu'il devrait revoir la carte du restaurant et proposer des nouveautés un peu plus européenne et plus de poissons par exemple. Sinon la plage et la piscine sont top !

Negative experience: تجربه سيئه للاشتراك السنوي وعدم حرص على العضوات وصعوبه في إجراءات التعويض وعدم الإعلام بالتبليغ عن بدايه التعويض نتيجه إغلاق البحر والمسبح اكتر من مره في السنه وعدم السلاسه النظافه والتعقيم سيء والصيانه معدومه مستهلكه جميع المرافق ماعدا spa and Olympic pool ورفض منح اشتراكات سباحه مع استخدام المسبح الاوليمبي بالرغم ان الأعضاء يدفعوا لنزول الاوليمبي ورفضهم منح الباقات لاستعمال الأوليمبي مع البحر عدم منح اي ماساچ مثلا مع الباقات الحصص مواعيدها غير مناسبه زحمه داخل غرفة تغيير الملابس وحرص اغلب الأعضاء حجز الغرف وشغلها الفوط غير متوفره

Negative experience: Not recommended any one to live in Sharja to Much Fine, and there is no cooperation I went for a vacation 9 days, the same day i come back to sharja i got 500fine for the Car not clean! Even am parking in not public area and have prove that i was in Vacation They but me warning sticker and Fine and the same time with no SMS or call or anything 500 is muchhhh Went to Municipality and they ask to send by email Email Reply to Ask me to go to Municipality Like they dont care about you at all your. Am Really so Disappointed

Fantastic experience: The aqua cota class is amazing! I see how my body muscles are improving. The coach Fayqa shows a high level of experience she focuses on every trainee and gives clear instruction!

Positive experience: Not bad, not great. 100AED per adult for a day pass (on weekdays otherwise it's 200AED on weekends). Small private beach for the ladies which gets pretty busy in the late afternoon, water a bit unclean. Small outdoor pool for kids as well as an indoor pool and splash pool for small kids. Reasonable facilities, towels provided. Restaurant overpriced and staff are rude. Also found the poolside staff to be rather unpleasant too. 2 stars Edited 7/11/2016 Have just attended a 4 day event at the ladies club and will update my rating to 4 stars. I don't know if the general service at the club is better than it was when I visited previously but for hosting an event with workshops/conference the club was fantastic. The staff were always friendly and accommodating. The food provided for the buffet lunches was very good.

Positive experience: Prices are too high on weekdays 100dhs for pool and sea ticket (one-day pass) and on weekends 200 dhs!! Sea and pool are together you are not allowed to pay for one of them only. The sea is not clean. You're not allowed to get close to the sea or even walk on the beach if you don't pay 100dhs. However, the launch on Thursdays is pretty good. The sea view from the restaurant is so nice.

Positive experience: Meals prices are high with no quality.Plus the meals are not fresh made except for the juices. Adminstration needs to reconsider those responsible for cooking.
