Fantastic experience: As a regular gym member, I truly appreciate the facilities and the effort put into maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. However, during my recent visit, I noticed used tissues, an empty water bottle, and a towel left behind on the treadmill and training area. This kind of carelessness takes away from the experience we all come here to enjoy. Let’s all do our part by keeping the gym clean, respecting the space, and showing consideration for others. A clean gym is not just a rule , it’s a shared responsibility. Thank you so much for your profession. Negative experience: My wife was training at the woman’s gym and randomly guys walked in without notification and non of the woman had hijab on, this kind of careless act from the staff is unacceptable specially in a woman gym. There’s no respect for the woman’s privacy. This was a very disrespectful act that will not be taken lightly.

Negative experience: I want to discontinue my gym membership because I am having financial difficulties. I have already provided assistance to the Gymnation Ladies Megamall staff; they only inquire as to the status of my request. I described everything. I had used up all of my credit. I am unable to pay it. I'm requesting your consideration. The support staff member handed me a piece of paper and instructed me to send an email to [email protected]. I did so, but after over ten business days, I have not received a response. They only want your card to be entered into their system so they may process the payment; they are not talking about the cancelation request. They don't go over every aspect of their rules. They don't have a toll-free number or listed phone numbers, making it difficult to get in touch with them.

Negative experience: scammers I registered with them yearly and the guy from sales there he told me 100% you can make it on Tabby or bank installment once I registred they start not answering my requets and postpone me until I got my credit card bank statment worest treatment ever ! I paid 1863 AED and I can't refund also and no one from the managment office are reaching me

Positive experience: It's a good gym, especially the daily classes. The only drawback is finding the parking over weekends. The mall's basement parking is closed till 10 am and outdoor parking are already full with residents' cars as there is no parking access check. U got to roam for 10 minutes to find paid parking that too on the backside so you have to walk to the front or mega mart entrance.
