Negative experience: Very bad customer service mainly first floor departmental store. Try to avoid especially dress purchase, still you want to purchase means look well if any damage before payment. After that you will not get any support. This much worst response i got only from this particular store. Always purchasing from ghayathi lulu and getting very good support. Note to store: dont come below with same reply to contact email since already 2 emails sent but no support. Very thank you for the email appologies.

Negative experience: Day by day the worst experience from cashiers is that they have an attitude like they own us, literally insulting customers. If there is any other option not to come there again, i will not come there.

Negative experience: on 30-Sept-2024 i made payment and by cashier mistake slip not generated and they asked me twice mayment, so i paid twice after sometimes their system also showing and i am waiting for refund.

Fantastic experience: This is your "everything in one stop" local supermarket. While they have a great selection of Arabic and Korean grocery items, the best feature to me is the fresh produce and meat. They have a good selection of quality fresh fruits and vegetables. They also have a surprising selection of quality fresh meats and seafood.

Fantastic experience: Only great option for miles. We visited a couple of times during road trips to Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Highly recommended for a stop-over if your are travelling along the highway. It's a 10 minute drive away from the highway, but worth the detour.

Positive experience: Its fine place to shop in Al Dhanna city. However there are items in vegetable section, which are rotten and not good for consumption. Tapioca from Srilanka which I bought on 12/02/2024 was very very old and definitely shelf life was expired. Not at all good for consumption. We experienced something like food poison, and resorted medical help.

Fantastic experience: This is the biggest supermarket in Al Dhannah but not as big as mega Carefour in big city. But it has almost everything you need, even Goccujang, Duboo, Ramyon, dried anchovy of Korean style food. Also, there are always items on sale. Good supermarket.

There are few shops like du , etisalat, malbar gold, rostery , KFC, alManara farmacy.. etc.. overall good to vist atleast for day view of out side mall...
Fantastic experience: A Great Mall with Lulu Hypermarket and well-known fast-food chains other branded cloths and utilities showrooms. The mall can be accessed while coming from Saudi towards UAE. It's a great place for the vast community build by ADNOC for staff

Fantastic experience: Went to Lulu Mall today, second day of Eid, enjoyed a lot. There was a live performance entertainment show, which everyone was enjoying a lot.

Fantastic experience: Best place to fill your grocery cart around ruwais. Ample space and variety of global products available around. Its spread in 2 floors where you can find groceries and daily foods on the ground and home furnishing and clothings on the first. Staffs are well aware of what they sell and help you in every possible way. All required items under one roof, with freshness completely assured. Great place for fish n meets. As its in mall you can find ample parking space.

Fantastic experience: A place big enough to provide the needs of the city with large grocery store where you can find all necessary products, several clothing store, a resraurant, Starbucks, Pizza Hut, a pharmacy, jewelry store, food court, a children's playground, a cinema, car rentals.... did I miss something?
