Negative experience: This gym is extremely bad, lacking credibility and proper treatment. It seems their only focus is on making money. I enrolled my daughter to try gymnastics, but unfortunately, the experience was disastrous. The coaches are completely unprofessional; they subjected the kids to intense exercises unsuitable for their age without considering the need for gradual progression in intensity and difficulty. There was no division of kids based on their ages or skill levels, which made the experience exhausting and frustrating. Additionally, the place lacks cleanliness, and there is no assistance for very young children when they need to use the bathroom. Even the sinks are placed too high, making them inaccessible for kids. My daughter attended only one day of training and came home crying, refusing to continue. When I requested a refund for the amount I had paid in advance, the staff treated me disrespectfully and refused to return the money, even though my daughter participated for just one day. I do not recommend this gym to anyone looking for a safe and respectful place for their children.

Negative experience: If there’s a lower than one star I would have chosen it! I have been in the club for less than a year and left so unhappy! Disrespecting good people and trying to be commercial is the key of this club manager! The customer service is zero. I still have 19 sessions with them that they didn’t refund me nor let me finish them unless I pay again for renewal! And why is that! Only cause I was traveling for couple of months and they assumed that I need to renew even if I have 19 sessions left! Wow!! I was shocked.. terrible customer service- greedy people and on top there are lots of inconvenience in the gym itself. The manager pushes people on making good reviews and all of these people are not in the gym anymore. Attia is a very good trainer but he is not a decision maker.

The complete staff and the coaches are exceptional. From the friendly reception (Mr Sultan), Coach Mr Adel, all the coaches from gymnastics, fitness, kickboxing sections (sorry I don’t know the name of every individual) are knowledgeable and provide personalized advice regarding fitness. Start coaching with anyone, all are good and knowledgeable with different skills. 1 Gymnastic and parkour for kids 2 Fitness, kickboxing etc. 3 Free parking available 4 Kids friendly fitness club 5 Summer camp 6 One to one training for special needs 7 Free trial for 15 minutes It’s the place where you can truly focus on your fitness journey. Fantastic experience: VOLCANO PT CLUB Gymnastics has been a fantastic environment for both my kids . We found Volcano PT club after a long search and we have had an exceptionally positive experience. Our kids have participated in their Xcel competition teams as well as their recreational program and summer camp. Volcano strikes a uniquely successful balance of safely teaching very strong skills and technique while also ensuring that their gymnasts have fun and feel cared for. Their coaches are consistent and dedicated, and they develop gymnasts who end up loving the sport and growing in confidence. We feel very fortunate to have found VOLCANO PT CLUB and recommend it very highly.

Negative experience: Fake advertising, the trial class is only 15 minutes, I prefer a place where they charge you an amount of money for trial but it’s a complete class, besides, my daughter wanted to enrol more than 1 activity in this gym, she is very young but very smart and she loves sports. The trainer of gymnastics told me she was pretty good, we wanted that she could take also another activities in this gym. The receptionist didn’t allow us to try another classes, she said my daughter only could enrol gymnastics. We went to another place she made the trials and now we are happy. She enrolled four different classes. The coaches say she is amazing. So I don’t recommend a place where the receptionist decide what your kid can do or cannot do.

Negative experience: The front office is horrible and un-professional. They offer different fees to different kids. Mis-behaving with clients. One star here is for the trainer inside. They train well and kids have fun.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this gym to anyone..the management is the biggest problem..also coaches keep changing..every month when i start to pay fees the management will say they have incrrased the fees..my fees was 350 for 8 classes ...one fine day he came up saying now its 550 for 8 classes and 350 is for 4 classes..i know u can raise your prices but that shud b applicable for new kids and not the old ones. Inspite of requesting them also i had a bad experience.

Negative experience: I was really surprised and shocked from the Management decision as it was unprofessional deducting our training hours due to some days my son was sick and we didn't attend the training in order of other kids safety, the administration team don't test your kids capabilities to align them in different groups (they don't categorise the kids based on level) there is no any regulation for hygienic and health for the kids who came sick and this lead to get sick by default. if your kids are sick and you decided not to go in order to protect other kids, they will count this as absent and deduct it from your total taring hours .

Negative experience: Worst gym ever. I don’t recommend it to anyone. The trainers are mostly not qualified. The owner is a greedy liar, he is only interested in money. The only concern for this gym is to steal the money out of your pockets. They always try to make excuses and the management there is less than zero.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional management. Gymnastic classes are merely exercise classes. No proper batches as per age group. Sometimes even up to 15 kids in session. Management tries to attract people by giving some offer but at the time of renewal they back out and ask for really high fees. Not at all recommended.

Negative experience: Hi,I registered my self along with my 2 kids for boxing and gymnastic ,it was pathetic experience very unprofessional behavior and not a discipline way to mange the schedule every time instructor change and they will start the training from basics not a good experience and not recommended for kids

It's disheartening to witness such a fundamental failure in management's responsibility, ultimately undermining the overall quality and reliability of the boxing club's services. Prospective members should be wary of this evident lapse in on-site management when considering their options.

I have booked for boxing classes and paid full price since September but they were ignoring me tell today and no session booked for me. When refund requested they totally not responding. Fantastic experience: I joined Volcano a year ago after I had a big surgery for meniscus and ACL tears,I was literally going on crutches and can't tolerate more than 60 minutes of physiotherapy through the whole week. I started a rehabilitation program with coach Mohamed Attia over there and now I exercise for at least 6 hours every week and started boxing too. I highly recommend the place, the coaches are very professional and the prices are very good when compared with other places.
