Fantastic experience: Hey so I’m a guy in 50’s - moved to Abu Dhabi for work in Sept ‘24 and knew I had the wrong lifestyle. I’ve always been active, but had a sedentary year and was not happy with my appearance. Found RealFit online and quick as you like the team were in touch asking my goals and linking with a trainer. For me this was the magic - I got paired with Marcello - we’re both ex-rugby and rugby mad - he incorporated this into my training from day 1, and after nearly 12 weeks the results speak for themselves. Now sadly, I don’t have the before and after pics so far, but the difference is amazing - stick with guys, follow their advice and attend the training and you won’t be disappointed

I've also been with Ely for yoga who was kind, respectful & a professional in her field. The RealFit team responds quickly & they made paying doe the services & sending the invoices quick & easy. Highly recommend the RealFit team & their trainers.

Fantastic experience: Extremely satisfied with Realfit services! I enrolled for 10 postnatal sessions with trainer Ana. Since I have diastasis recti, each session was a mix of recovery, strength training and cardio with more focus on the recovery and rehabilitation. Ana is friendly and a very committed trainer. She made sure my posture were correct and also educated me about it. There is no repetition of the same exercises which I found it to be very interesting. By the end of 10 sessions, I could see visible changes. I would highly recommend Ana!

Fantastic experience: Service and staff: 10/10. They’re gentle and understand, making sure to fulfill all your needs. They provide you with lots of options. Pricing: The prices are affordable. They have great packages and all are reasonable pricing, the sessions are an hour long. At-home sessions: I’m currently doing at home sessions from 5am-6am and the trainer arrived on time with all equipment needed and was very patient with me.

From the very beginning, he took the time to understand my goals and tailored the workouts to help me achieve them.
