Fantastic experience: Simple gym with good amenities and equipment! 24 hour gym means it’s very useful for if you’re busy with work during the day etc… Staff are also friendly and helpful! My personal trainer is Basit and he’s been a great coach for me so far and has shown me the correct way to do exercises in a way that prevents injury. He will always be willing to push clients further but without causing issues as a result!

Positive experience: For all the guys lookin at reviews to decide whether to join Metrofit or not First and foremost never pay by card..pay with cash as they always have auto renewal which is even if you are not going they will still deduct the money and getting refund from them will drive you mental Secondly, the gym environment is fine, equipments are also decent. They have some amazing group classes which I believe comes with the membership. Lastly, prior to joining and making payment rectify all your queries as Metrofit has a lot of hidden charges..their customer service is poor so later don’t expect them to help you in any way

The place is very accessible to us, we don't need to search for parking because they allotted a parking space for free. Their administrative team was very helpful, friendly and easy to approach specially Ms. Laila who’s ready to assist anytime. When it comes to the coaches, I really hooked up with the classes particularly to Body Combat with coaches Ms. Arlene and Sir Paolo, well of course coach Raf and Alam whose always give us motivation and spirits to achieved our goal. The gym is clean, well equipped and maintained. Keep it up. Metrofitt Dafza!

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of attending a Zumba Hip-Hop Dance Party, and let me tell you, it was an absolute blast from start to finish! Energetic atmosphere, from the moment i walked in, the energy was contagious. The music was pumping and everyone was ready to dance their heart out. Thank you for inviting me Zin Jeg2x! Kudos to Zin Ryan, Anghel and Dhellios, you were all amazing instructors, skilled dancers and fantastic motivators. Your enthusiasm was infectious and i couldn't help but get into the groove. The music selection was on point! It seamlessly blended hip-hop beats with Zumba rhythms, killer playlist! Moreover, this Zumba hip-hop dance party wasn't just about having fun, it was an intense cardio workout but enjoyable dance session. The combination of high-energy dance and great music was an amazing stress reliever. I left the event feeling not only physically invigorated but also mentally refreshed! Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for an affordable yet clean, functional well maintained gym equipment, super friendly and approachable staff from reception Team(Lilac and Alam) to their coaches and instructors (Coach Raf, Instructors like Ryan & Asem) , then visit METROFITT DAFZA branch , not only that it is operational all days of the week (yeah 24/7) but it also offers studio classes at a reasonable time of the day (after office hours ) so everyone can enjoy an activity (body pump, body attack, zumba) after an exhausting day in office . Me and my family + friends had our fitness goal and we thought of trying out this gym and enrolled in with a personal training sessions, luckily we had Coach Raf who not only is super approachable, accommodating with our concerns, knowledgeable in this field and always ready to help us achieve our goals by giving us different type of exercises each session , advancing its difficulty accordingly, providing proper warm up and cool down up to stretching acts. We now feel so much stronger compared to two months ago when we started, we are planning to continue and have this as part of our routine to continue to achieve and live a healthier lives.
