Fantastic experience: Have been consistently going for over a month and hands down, one of the best studios inBB, downtown , and around if not the city!

Fantastic experience: The place is amazing. It's not crowded so the instructor can really focus to all her students. I really recomend this studion. They also have yoga class. Will try the yoga class next time. ❤❤❤

Negative experience: My class was cancelled last minute without informing me and I drove an hour in traffic for nothing.

Negative experience: It was first time in Studio but I am doing Pilates 3 months from now in other studio. It was creepy environment and a bit off experience to me. The session I have done in Pilates in one of the old lady instructor there I swear to god I left the studio crying hard in my car going back home and traumatized. I swear to god this is my first time to be traumatized like this in my whole life when I called to complain after the class in studio because I was afraid telling in front of them as the instructor was there, they just hang up on my call. My first encounter to that lady was okay until she inform me - because I was going to sit on last reformer she told me I couldn't sit there, I thought it was broken but realized it was her close friend who will sit there who does Pilates also but I move on. But on the middle of the class i am getting negative energy already towards the instructor and she became agitated and rude explaining the simple exercise that I have done so many times and I knew it but she confused all basic exercuse but this is not the off feeling to me but I have a feeling she is not mentally fit or stable. I am traumatized not for her getting rude but you can see her action something off on her head. I don't recommend this studio there is something negative towards it. They just hang up towards my call when I cried and traumatized. Please I don't recommend it.

With its state-of-art equipment, 'elegant' ambience with a beautiful view of the city and impeccable service, it continues to live up to its reputation. Thanks to the encouraging trainers, I have recovered completely from my knee pain. I owe it to them and to the people who wish to stay fit, to acknowledge them with thanks for their role in helping me recuperate from a serious knee injury. Kudos to the management for ensuring that the studio continues to meet world standards with its service and facility, contributing to the community and teaming up with the government to make Dubai the world-class hub for fitness.

Fantastic experience: The yoga and pilates at dhyana is so personalized. The instructors are extremely professional and whenever I do not have the right pose they always help me correct it, so that I don't hurt myself. I would recommend dhyana to everyone.

Negative experience: I called the center asking for the yoga classes informing that I was pregnant (one of the few exercises highly recommended while you are pregnant). They offered me the individual classes obviously three times more expensive. I asked them that I would like to join the group class as I prefer to socialize also and, if needed, the instructor could advise on the postures that I should avoid. They said that was fine, they sent me the location and told me that I should simply inform the instructor and come earlier to the class. However, after reaching the place the instructor told me that I could not join because of the pregnancy and insisted again on the individual one, simple thing that could have been warned by phone as I called earlier to inform that I was coming. I didn’t have the opportunity to join the class but since I didn’t have problems joining other yoga classes during my pregnancy with professional instructors advising, it seems that this people can only copy some posture from YouTube and offer more expensive deals.

Fantastic experience: I did my first Kundalini class with Nancy. Loved the studio, loved the teacher, loved the energy. Highly recommend, such a safe space to unwind and get to practice different types of yoga.

Negative experience: The staff are dishonest and condescending. I went to Dubai as tourist, looking for a studio to practice. I said I was only there for a few days. I bought an expensive package. They conveniently “forgot” to tell me that the days that I’d be there there would be a teacher training and the class schedule would not be honored. I could only —sometimes—book a 7:30am, but not sure there would be a teacher (failed twice). The day that I could book a 7:30am class, the staff comes barging in 10 mins before it ends, making noise, and moving things around to set up for the training. It was ridiculous. I was told off like an insignificant being, saying that I should have thought of coming in earlier. The nerve. Of course, when I ask for a refund, they just send me sad emojis. It’s so unacceptable, it’s almost laughable.

Fantastic experience: I had not practiced Yoga in quite some time and was itching to get back into it. Tried a few places but I just did not feel the motivation. But once I tried Dhyana, I felt so comfortable with the instructors, the staff and the studio itself! They are constantly ensuring that you are enjoying the practice and fits your needs. Very cozy and personal. Definitely recommend checking it out!!

Fantastic experience: I’m a long distance runner and I find Pilates helping me a lot with strengthening my other small muscles and good stretching after my run. I always do it with Pilates instructor Siri as she’s such an ultimate adviser when it comes to your injury from exercise. She’s good, tough and knowledgeable. Love it here :)

Fantastic experience: The yoga studio is one of the best in Dubai, I actually live in Marina but don't mind taking the drive to the Oberoi Tower in order to take classes at Dhyana. They offer a combination of the traditional as well have an understanding of the scientific approach towards yoga, which I love. I personally tried the Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga, and Kundalini yoga, all of which were great and kept me coming back!

Fantastic experience: The place is very clean, new equipment. Staffs are friendly. I study pilates with teacher Siri in group and private classes. She’s professional as she always corrects your postures if you do them wrong.

Fantastic experience: I ve been going to Dhyana studio for the past 3 years . I love to attend yoga and Pilates classes. All instructors are knowledgeable, professional and friendly . The studio is beautiful with an amazing view. Love it

Negative experience: WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I had a major car accident and came out with a neck fracture. After getting the green light from my doctors And physiotherapist I was encouraged to do Pilates. After explaining my case to one of their instructors who came recommended to me by Dhyana staff and telling him about the nature of my accident and also my pre existing scoliosis I took 5 private sessions with him. Every class he used to constantly berate me telling me how weak my body was and how shocking it is somebody my age can’t do the simplest exercise. He did this knowing fully well I had gone through a major accident. I didn’t agree or like the constant negativity and discouragement but thought it was his way of motivating and getting me to do better. The 4th and last session while I was doing a very physically challenging exercise he screamed at me when I accidentally let the strap of the reformer machine fall and yelled at me to pick it up. Honestly I can stand everything else but being spoken to like that in such a rude manner after paying ridiculous amounts of money is just the limit. When I was visibly upset at being spoken to like that he told me to not be dramatic. I seriously think he has anger management issues..
