Fantastic experience: Omg what an amazing experience with the DJ and spinning class! I thought I wouldn’t be able to do it, but I totally did and felt awesome! I love the trainer, the vibes, the amazing cold matcha, and the place is wow! If I can afford to come always I totally will without a doubt! Well worth every dhs! Parking is just outside, toilets and changing room inside too! There’s even seating, coffee, and they have other studios and classes for yoga and reformer Pilates I plan to try too! Such a nice group of ladies on a mission to stay fit and healthy! Love the place.

Fantastic experience: A beautiful studio; a fantastic workout session, and a lovely space to enjoy a coffee and unwind from the outside world. I couldn’t recommend it enough and am already looking forward to my next visit.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this studio and the classes! The space is spacious, beautifully designed, and always clean. The staff are warm and supportive, and the instructors are incredibly skilled, kind, and accommodating. One of my most memorable experiences was a Yin Yoga class with Shuba. After that session, the ringing in my ear (tinnitus), which had been constant for 9 and a half months, completely disappeared. It was unbelievable. I’m so grateful to have found this little community—it’s been such a healing and uplifting part of my journey ‍♀️.

Negative experience: I took the trial class and it was great. However, the management is messy. If you can take her poor communication, the studio is nice and class is great.
