Fantastic experience: It is been 2 Months with Samudra Yoga, getting better and better everyday..Instruction, sequence of session, asanas, Pranayama, and physical exercise blend is very good.Instructors are well knowledgeable and guides every well. Studio is well managed and near to Bus stop.Easily accessible by Metro. Keep up the Good work and thanks to Samudra Yoga.

Fantastic experience: I attended a free pregnancy yoga class at Samudra Yoga, and it was a valuable experience. The class focused on the key elements of prenatal yoga - stretching, strengthening, breathwork, and mindfulness. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable. We worked on poses and techniques to increase pelvic floor strength, improve flexibility, and manage common pregnancy discomforts. The sound healing at the end was especially relaxing and restorative.

Fantastic experience: I am attending yoga classes under Sauparnika mam. She is very motivating and inspiring person. At the end of each class I feel fresh and positive. Mind is relaxed and active throughout the day. Through these session I get back to a routine in my life. Always Grateful and thankful.

Fantastic experience: I was very lucky to have been offered a free prenatal yoga workshop on Garbar Sanskar at Samudra Yoga Studio. They were very accommodating and responsive on WhatsApp. The workshop itself was excellent - I left feeling very relaxed. Both instructors were very good at teaching some breathing techniques and gentle exercises for labour. The sound healing was a new experience for me. It was very relaxing and I felt a lot of fetal activity in response to the vibrations and sound; it felt really special to connect this way with the womb. Highly recommend for any pregnant ladies!
