The atmosphere was calm and soothing, making it the perfect environment to unwind. A special thank you to Gianne, my facial technician. She was so professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. My skin feels amazing! I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: The worst place to get any hair service done. I came in with short boy hair and asked just for clean up around the neck line (specifically asked for the cut to be only below my ears), the Arabic lady shaved the back of my head almost completely. I repeatedly stopped her cause I felt she was cutting too much off but that didn’t stop her. When she was done I told her “you cut way more than what I asked for” and her only reply was “it will grow to be like the picture in few weeks”, from the reviews I can see that I’m not the only one with this exact experience, this lady is cutting too much from everyone’s hair so I really hope someone takes action to resolve this issue with her. In addition to my terrible haircut, I came few days to get my hair styled with a straightening tool. 2 days later I found out that the lady fried my hair and damaged it so badly it’s staying straight and dry even after few washes (my hair is naturally curly!) this is obviously heat damage as she was repeatedly going over each hair strand 3-4 times when it was already straight from the first time. Im still trying to treat my hair from the damage and I will never let anyone from this salon to touch my hair again.

Negative experience: Worst customer service. They were so pushy to fill in a form that is similar to clinic registration forms with all diseases such a waste of time and unnecessary hassle never encountered that in any beauty salon on earth they make you feel that you will be seeing a doctor. She kept asking for my number and wants me to write it down when she already have it when I booked the appointment. I was in hurry and she kept delaying things the Receptionist and bringing back the form to register when I refused to fill and then she told me if I don’t fill the form they can’t do the service for me. I told her I will leave and she was indifferent. The manager then called because I requested a call, just the way she speaks and the wording of her sentences and her tone was with so much attitude and ego I replied to her if that’s the way you talk I don’t need to tell you anything you already added another layer to the problem with that salon. Never again going there ! So unprofessional they act as if you are an unwanted stranger and entering their home and you feel not welcomed. Do not go there until they change their staff and improve their service.

Negative experience: I went for a mani pedi a few days ago, i have been growing my nails out for two months and the woman doing my nails cut them all off without asking me. Instead of relaxing i had to keep watching what she’s doing so she doesn’t ruin my nails anymore than that. I would not go again to be honest.

Positive experience: Nadeen did a perfect job with matching the hair color I wanted!! So happy with the results and I'm definitely coming back for any future hair colors:D

Negative experience: Worst makeup and makeup artist. The makeup is so bad that within the first hour after doing the makeup the undereyes was so creased and around the lips. And the makeup artist doesn’t do what you’re asking for, she tries to push you to do what she wants. VERY BAD!

Fantastic experience: الصالون وايد حلو ومرتب و نظيف وللي محليه بعد الموظفات اللي فيه و طريقة تقديمهم للخدمات.. صار لي فترة طويلة اتعامل مع فرع مدينة خليفة أ في خدمات الشعر والاظافر والمساج وماشفت الا النتايج الاحسن واللي ترضيني دايماً .. بالنسبة للشعر ‍♀️ دايما اكون مع الاخت نادين " ندوشتي " و من بديت معاها تقريبا اكثر من ٦ شهور صار في تحسن ف شعري ملحوظ الحمدلله وكنت اعاني من ناحية التساقط و خفة الشعر و اهتمامها ونصايحها لي فادتني وايد واهنيها على مصداقيتها معاي وروحها الحلوة دايما "" المساج ‍♀️ جربت اتعامل مع ليتا اكثر شي وما شاء الله ماعمري طلعت الا وانا راضيه على خدمتها ، ودايما اقول لها شو اللي احتاجه اكثر شي و ما تقصر و فاهمة بشغلها وهذا اهم شي وقت المساج انه الموظف يكون متقن ف شغله ( من كثر ما استانس على مساجها انام )✨ وجربت اكثر من نوع ف المساج معاها وفنانه فيهم كلهم "" الاظافر ، للامانه ما احدد شخص معين لانه اروح لهم حسب الموعد واللي متوفر و الشغل حلو و نظيف و تعامل الموظفات حلو و دقيقين ف شغلهم "" " وطبعا دايما اروح لهم متأخرة ع مواعيدي ويستقبلوني ب روح رياضية و مزح و يرتبون لي وقت و فالاخير اطلع وانا مخلصة اللي احتاجه وهالشي يدل على انهم مهتمين فالزبون ورضاه "

Negative experience: Worst hair cut + PT trainer experience!! 1- The hair dresser did not hear my request properly, she just saw the picture and started cutting directly while i was still discussing! By taking huge amount of hair and cutting it at once which made my hair break and turned out as layers where we had to cut extra hair to align it. The worst thing that was marking the length of my hair with the scissors by cutting the hair itself!!! I have never seen someone mark the length of a hair by cutting it. Also, the parts of my hair that she couldn’t brush because of her laziness, she did cut them harshly so that she wont bother to brush them. I was clear that i was not happy and she did not care saying that these are the new techniques of cutting. I went with a fresh long hair went out with dry, unhealthy hair. This is not my first bad experience with the salon or the gym. 2- I bought 20 PT sessions with a specific trainer for 4 months whom her schedule turned out to be always full! I got to see her once or maximum twice a week based on her 1 option time and if i cant make it because i am at work i delays to next week or the week after. They told me that my membership has expired and i only took 8 classes out of 20 in 4 months!! Once i bought the membership, the trainer left me waiting in her list for about 3 weeks until she finds a slot for me in her extremely busy schedule. I am not sure why they ask people to pay big amount of money while they know their trainers have full capacity in their schedule. When i called the manager she said you should’ve asked for another trainer! They also asked me to attend group classes since she doesn’t have time for me separately. I am writing here because i spoke to the manager and she gave me 10 extra days after the expiration of my membership, to finish my 12 classes! Also, in those 10 days the trainers schedule is full. Although the location is next to my house and the staff are very friendly, unfortunately i would have to leave this place for not loosing more money. The management did extend my membership during covid when i couldn’t come for two weeks, which is something positive and I thanked them for it. However, the manager mentioned that they did that favor during my complain about my 12 classes that i needed to finish with the trainer

Negative experience: My friend kept telling me not to give feedback, but i will to it to warn others! She asked for layers very simple, the Moroccan lady cut her hair till her upper shoulder! While her hair use to be by her torso ! The hairstylist notice she did something wrong so and gave her a blow dry to make her hair look longer but is was still very short ! No experience what so everr !
