I really enjoy the reformer Pilates and yoga classes as they challenge me in the best way while leaving me feeling balanced and refreshed. The instructors are wonderful!! Sona and Kiran guide each session with such care and positive energy, making the practice both effective and enjoyable. Aira and Caila at reception always greet me so warmly, and that kindness sets the tone the moment I arrive. Calm & Co is a space that nurtures both body and mind, and I am so grateful to be part of it.

I want to especially mention the amazing trainers Amanda, Sanam, and Tania; they are not only kind and motivating, but they really know what they’re doing. The exercises are always perfectly designed, and every class feels amazing. It’s honestly the best place to practice Pilates! The three receptionists are also wonderful their warm welcome every day, every time, makes such a difference. I truly feel this is the best place I could ever go. Even the barista deserves a special mention the coffee is incredible, and the smoothies are delicious too! The whole atmosphere is more than perfect, and I always look forward to coming here. Thank you for creating such a wonderful and welcoming space! ✨

It’s not just the beautiful studio that makes it special—the calming atmosphere and exceptional service create a truly rejuvenating experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Negative experience: If your instructor is unprofessional and rude, no amount of tea or cute decor will make clients come back. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely uncomfortable. The yoga instructor made repeated comments about me being "too quiet" even though the entire class was quiet and even went as far as calling me "dangerous" simply because I was minding my own business. She asked me four separate times why I was quiet, which made the environment feel tense and unwelcoming. Additionally, when correcting my posture, the instructor stood very close, and her breath smelled strongly of onions, making it difficult to focus and even breathe. If instructors are expected to approach clients physically, basic hygiene should be a clear priority. To add to the disappointment, when I tried to share my feedback with the receptionist, she was completely uninterested, kept interrupting me, and clearly wanted to avoid hearing any constructive criticism. Since my feedback wasn’t welcomed in person, I’m sharing it here. If you don’t genuinely care about client experiences, it’s better not to ask for feedback at all.

Fantastic experience: My favorite getaway. From the second I enter Calm and Co, I feel like I’ve traveled to a different planet where everything is perfect and everyone is nice! You can tell the owner put too much effort and love in the place that it reflected on everyone working and visiting it. Super clean and relaxing atmosphere, very friendly staff, and professional coaches. I tried a few items in their new cafe and they were all good especially the rose talbina <3 If you’re coming for pilates sessions, make sure you call and book since classes fill up so quickly. 10/10 experience!
