Fantastic experience: Training with my coach Narjes has been truly life-changing. Not only has my body transformed, but I also feel stronger, more confident, and full of energy. She makes every workout fun and motivating, and I honestly couldn’t imagine my fitness journey without her. If you’re looking for real results and a coach who genuinely cares, I can’t recommend her enough!

Negative experience: No body believe them. The place is close all the time, they open whenever they want and close. There is only 1 person working and she is a big lier. She keeps repeating the same old exercises and she is even not that expert. Not recommended

Positive experience: Nice place

Fantastic experience: Thanks to coach Anna who helped me exercise despite my knee problem. 20 minutes but it feels like 2 hours. Highly recommend to get the motivation to start exercising.

Fantastic experience: بصراحه المكان ممتاز وتمرينات ممتازه فعلا لاحظت قياسات جسمي تغيرت للافضل وصار جسمي مشدود وما كنت اصدق ان فعلا 20 دقيقه راح تغير جسمي بهالطريقة الحلوه وشكرا للمدربة olga اللي كانت المشرفه عليه وبصراحه كل المدربات بعد عندهم طولة بال واسلوبهم حلو وفرفوشات واكيد من اخلص راح اجدد الاشتراك ♥️

Fantastic experience: جيم حديث يعمل على تقنية جهاز EMS يختصر الكثير من الوقت .. 20 دقيقة تعادل مجهود ساعات مقارنة ب الجيم العادي غرف خاصة مع مدربة خاصة نتائج مذهلة في نحت الجسم ورفع اللياقة أشكر القائمين عليه و عاملين فيه سعة صدر المدربات وتعاونهن وتشجيعهن إحدى اسباب ذهابي للجيم وأنا كلي حماس وسعادة للتدريب
