Positive experience: Helpful staff, beautifully designed everything. Massage therapists are good. Men's facilities are ok at best. Pool is worth it for the view of the Burj Khalifa alone. Good value for two on the Entertainer offer.

Positive experience: I'm giving 3 stars just because of Mary, who provided a great facial treatment. My colleague also had a good massage. However, we didn't use any of the spa facilities because we never received a confirmation email or instructions. If we had known in advance, we would have brought clothes to change and use sauna or pool .We mentioned this issue three times, but no one even apologized or at least give a solution. So disappointed.

Positive experience: Best thing about the spa is the swimming pool view of Burj Kalifa. The spa itself can learn from Thai expertise in this area starting from the foot bath. The resting area however, after the massage was serene, calm and restorative . It will help u relax for sure !

Fantastic experience: Such a huge and clean place, we came for Mani and Pedi, the staff are wonderful and the ambience and music is so relaxing. Lia did an amazing job on our nails, we will come back to try their spa and all the sauna amenities. Highly recommend

Positive experience: The staff are very professional and helpful and kind! The architecture of the hotel and the spa is very dark ! So expect a different place that you will not see anywhere else ! The massage was very good. I would have loved if they used the same amneties as the hotel

Fantastic experience: Here for the pool and spa, steam is room is amazing, pool is lovely but not alof of tanning unless you’re coming in the morning or early afternoon, massage was lovely!

Fantastic experience: Such a lovely first experience! I booked the 60-minute classic massage for my sister and I using the Entertainer. Since we paid AED 750, we got access to the pool and all amenities before and after our massage, which was totally worth it. The staff are all very friendly, and from the moment you enter, you feel relaxed. We spent hours by the pool, which has a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa. Before our massage we spent time in the sauna, steam room, and the cold shower. After our massage we relaxed in the relaxation room and had tea with dates. Positive experience: I had a massage, and my Thai therapist was really good, but I got disappointed by the hot spa area: there is no jacuzzi and the hot steam was not working

Their concept of charging for time instead of the treatment can be quite confusing.. initially I was sceptical about the treatment but the end result was really good. The staff are super good very friendly and helpful. Other amneties are also perfect

Fantastic experience: Armani Spa Thursday August 2nd 2018 Booked an appointment at 6:30 pm and they asked us to be there at 6:00 pm. •We reached the reception at the third floor and presented the voucher with the credit card ( while we were in the seating area ) •One staff member came and asked whether we had any medical conditions, and verified the type of treatment ( we asked for deep tissue massage) •One staff guided us to the lockers area where we changed to bath robes and proceeded to a long room that had five inclined small beds with towels and optional wool covers. We waited there around 15 min while listening to calm music . •Therapists arrived and took us to the massage room ( they have a ‘same gender’ policy ) •The therapist verified ( one more time ) my name , type of treatment and duration •The treatment was excellent and the type of oils used were really good

Fantastic experience: We took a 50min full-body massage in a couple's session. After the relaxing massage, we could enjoy variety of saunas and outside pool with a good evening city view. We enjoyed it very much and we w'd like to say thanks to people assisting us as receptionist Emily, our therapists Veysi and Tippawan and lifeguard Jitu.

Fantastic experience: Amazing spa, elegant, great facilities and great locations. I had a 50 minutes massage with Bijay, a great professional and gentle therapist. Then a relaxing afternoon at the hotel pool, just below the magnificent Burj Khalifa. I really sponsor this spa!
