Fantastic experience: I have a platinum membership and tried different branches of fitness first but safe to say, the DFC branch is the best. Everyone from the PT to the cleaner are so sweet and friendly. honestly even the people who go in this gym, made a lot of friendly interactions with other gym goers and it feels motivating to speak with people who are also in their fitness journey. They have enough equipment to do upperbody, lower body, cardio, flexibility, mobility stretch workouts and they even have a boxing area, yoga studio & another studio for classes. When I started it was very intimidating at first so I started working out in the ladies section for a good 1 week or 2. 10/10 will recommend.

Fantastic experience: All the things you have in fitness frist are very good and good services. You all the machines and equipments also you have the dumblles and gym instructor and personal trainers are good in training and they are polite in the way of talking with coustmer. But you have one thing very very bad today I finished my exercises I also went to take a shower the water was not hot or medium at least no need for it to be very hot. When I want take shower I found very very cold wich is very bad I did not take a shower and I got disappointed I left the gym with the same I came in. Frist I am sick I should not take shower in cold water and secondly its normally not good and healthy to be very cold. For this time it was ok for later if it will stay the same I will never come festival city fitness first. Thank You and Best Regards.

The staff are not educated enough to host you perfect but not bad (the sport city branch staff are very different and friendly and happy and host you perfect). Has parking and no problem for free parking there. The environment is good.

It is really about the people not an establishment. Because of this lady I would always recommend Fitness First and come back having confidence in seamless customer experience. What might seem as basic and common sense sometimes is indeed not. Hence, to have frontline ambassadors who care about customers and assisting to enhance their experience in all possible ways is highly appreciated! However, the only downside to this place for me, and the reason I stopped subscribing, is the cleanliness. The level of cleanliness is very low, whether in the bathrooms, shower areas, or the equipment - cleanliness is non-existent. It's noteworthy that the public bathrooms in the mall are much cleaner than those in the club, even though only one person may be responsible for cleaning. For this reason, I have stopped my subscription. I also think that there should be a review and evaluation of some of the staff, so the club can improve and foster a positive environment."

Positive experience: I've been in the gym for roughly 6 months and overall I have enjoyed working out in Fitness First. The gym has a good range of machines for every muscle group and is fairly spacious, changing room is also clean. I guess my problem with the gym is that people for the life of them can not rack the dumbbells in order for some reason and that the workers constantly pressure you to renew your membership WAY before the expiration date. Other than that it's a decent gym.

Fantastic experience: Giorgi is an exceptional boxing instructor. His emphasis on form ensures proper technique and reduces the risk of injury. He is supportive and motivating and always offers options to accommodate different levels, keeping everyone engaged and challenged. With 12 tracks in total, including sparring and abs exercises, his classes provide a full workout. I have been joining his BOX classes for over a year and highly recommend Giorgi to anyone interested in trying boxing for an effective and enjoyable class that will get you hyped and shredded too!

Fantastic experience: Great gym with a very welcoming staff. The locker rooms are spacious and beautifully renovated. ARVIN is AMAZING!! Ive been training with him since Jan 2021 and managed to reach my goal weight by summer 2021. I still train with him today to maintain my weight and muscle composition. He knows how to mix up a routine and raise the bar so that my body is always challenged. Overall a very pleasant experience with the gym and will definitely continue working out with Arvin.

Positive experience: Fitness first DFC shut down and a new one opened in its place. It is nice and clean, but it's missing a few important equipment. There is no chest-supported T-bar, no hip thrust machine (it was there then removed). There is no proper bench press, they just have 2 of those "adjustable" benches which are pretty wonky. They need a proper bench press like the Technogym bench available at other branches.

Fantastic experience: The club is clean, spacious, and has a variety of equipment for whatever your fitness goal may be. I enjoy working out here because of Coach Mark. Not only does he provide fun workouts, he also does regular monitoring of your progress and provides sound advices in nutrition, too. I highly recommend getting him as your personal trainer because he surely knows his craft. I heard his boxing classes are also lit! Can’t wait to attend his classes!

Fantastic experience: I have been training at this gym for over 07 months now and going strong. overall a very good experience. Nice and tidy, the training area as well as the locker area is very well maintained. The coaching staff is friendly and approachable but a special shout out to Mr. Punnen Thomas. If you are looking for a dedicated trainer who knows his stuff and is willing to put his 100% effort, Mr. Punnen is the coach you want by your side. Just a little suggestion to make the overall experience even better is to add more varieties of machines. The gym offers all the basic machines but for regular gym goers who are in this for the long run, they definitely need to add in more machines.

Fantastic experience: I never imagined my self applying for a gym membership but I'm glad I did. I just started few weeks back and never felt good. For someone who is never an active and sporty person, I really get tired easily but when I started going to the gym, slowly, I making little progress. Boxing, cycling and zumba helps me to remove those toxins out of my body. I'm also satisfied with the facilities and staff's professionalism. Being at the DFC Fitness First club is so positive, people are smiling. I met The Hungry Coach few years back but it was my first time to join his class. He is very energetic and professional. Mark is a true professional who truly understands what your body needs, and gets you to your goals, in a way that is most effective to "you". Mark has gotten me to enjoy working out with the everchanging exercises he makes me do. But overall Mark is a great down to earth guy, who is truly passionate about fitness!

Fantastic experience: I was a membee with Fitness First Festival City in for a year ans a half before leaving Dubai and had a fantastic experience. I was offered 2 complimentary Personal Training sessions with Mark and happily signed up for his services. I also trained with Arvin and both men were exceptional. They are experienced, professional, and know how to get the best out of you and deliver great results. They made me feel comfortable in thw gym, and were always friendly and had my best interests at heart. Highly recommended and thank you to Mark and Arvin. Also a big thanks to Janice at reception who was always smiling and welcoming every morning.

Fantastic experience: I love FF FCD, I feel it's my second home! Coaches and staff are so friendly. I started almost 3 years ago, and one of my favourite coaches since I started is the hungry coach, Mark, he taught me proper techniques for boxing which is my passion as well as PT, he is brilliant

Positive experience: It was a good gym to start with, however, a few months down the line, you'll realise how very little variety of equipment is in the gym. I wouldn't recommend the gym because of the lack of variety, it's trying to be so many different things. I wouldve stayed if there were more equipment options. Also they took their sweet time canceling my membership, which I never appreciate, so for this very reason I will never be joining a fitness first again. 3 stars only because they had ok equipment. Go somewhere else for a better investment and variety.

Positive experience: I have been a member for the last three months, I can say the staff is fair, nice people in the gym (I train only in morning) equipment is good, I love the fact they have three squats racks. The only machine I truly miss is the squat machine where I can put the load on my shoulders instead of my neck....everything else is just awesome

Positive experience: Comparatively, this fitness first is bigger and has better equipment than the platinum FF in media city, but there is no pool and there was no ac facilty either for a good 1 month. I started going there on the weekends and the very first time when I walked in it was very hot and humid just to find out the ac is not working. When I pleaded with one of the female trianers how sophicatingly hot it is in the wash room she replied eith a straight face saying, consider it a natural sauna because our sauna room is not working either and I dont think she was trying to be funny. It was so hot in the gym I ended up drinking all the water I had, so I went to the reception and told the lady that Im training and my wallet is in the locker asking her if she can hand me a water bottle and ill pay them on my way out, she too with a straight face and in a rude manner said, No you pay now. I scoffed on the fact they couldnt trust me with 3 dhs given how much I pay and the fact that they failed to provide an ac service, I ignoree ignored her and went to grab my wallet.

Positive experience: Nice and spacious free style and machines areas. Have 3 group exercise rooms for yoga, mma classes, wright classes, cycling and much more. The only downside is that this gym can be quite crowded especially in those rooms. Plus the AC always breaks down at the peak summer months. So its a small hell in there. Aside from this it is highly recommended.

Positive experience: I like it here, not too packed and there are professional trainers always near by to guide you. The water heaters however need to be replaced since they frequently leave you having cold showers in winter.

Positive experience: A good fitness center for people to wish to work towards a healthier life. However it is extremely crowded on weekdays n it is pretty difficult to gain access to the gym equipments, got to wait for your turn. Right now, with renovations of toilets, customers are facing further issues with regards to using the toilets.
