Negative experience: تجربه سيئة جداً يخصمون التجديد بدون موافقة العميل وبعد ما تراجعهم وتقدم شكوى وتراجعهم يقولك ادفع حق شهر زياده عشان نلغي لك الاشتراك . . مافي اهتمام بالعميل ويبون ياخذون فلوس العميل غصب ( لا خدمة ولا اهتمام ) تجربة سيئة جداً

Positive experience: المكان نظيف ومريح ولكن معظم الاجهزه يبالهن تغيير او تصليح لانهن خلاص انهرن من الاستخدام الة المشي مب سلسه احس كأن فيها حصا وتعلق مب مريحه وحتى اجهزة الاوزان بعضها تعلق اتمنى يتم استبدالهن واسعار المدربات غاليه وايد وبعد لاحظة ان اذا في بنت تدرب غلط ولا مدربه بتنبها عشان ما تستويلها اصابه اتمنى تحطون هالملاحظات بعين الاعتبار وبتوفيق

Fantastic experience: I recently started training with PT Eman and I feel motivated and excited for the results. I can already feel a mindset shift to my overall well-being and my daughter and I have her to thank for her honesty, transparency, and unique guidance that tailors all ages and fitness levels - not just in movement, but also nutrition! Negative experience: No enough machines ! Some members sit doing nothing on the machines . They also leave the class door open and it’s so noisy ! Evening group ladies stay at the lounge for long hours we don’t have anywhere to sit and rest !

Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic workout with Ziyadah, she is very professional and knowledgeable with a great attitude. I noticed she is always smiling and friendly. I would also like to take note of the PT Ahlam who always makes time to greet and smile, to myself and other gym members. As well as the receptionist Leafar, who is also so friendly and pleasant to deal with, always greeting with enthusiasm and asking how the training session went. I'm very pleased with my experience so far, the gym equipment is updated and always clean.

Fantastic experience: I like how clean is the gym, high quality equipment, great classes to join, people are nice to one another and friendly. Also the trainers and coaches have a different and great way to train so they can make you achieve your goals easily.

Fantastic experience: Great gym for ladies only. Good GX classes. Coach Ziyadah has been motivating me and teaching me more about strength training and weight lifting. It’s good to have coaches who actually help you out with correcting posture if they see you doing exercises incorrectly. Coach Ziyadah encourages me from Day1 since I met her with her positive attitude.

Fantastic experience: Huge fitness space for women. Offers pesronal trainers for self or groups. It also has weekly classes and the same is changed weekly and posted on a notice board for all to see. It also offers "My Zone" belts, which you can use to trace / track your heart rate, calories burnt and effort level on the TVs while you workout. It then sends you a summary of your workout to your email. Latest equipment and great / friendly staff.
