Negative experience: I’m writing this review with disappointment after facing two frustrating incidents at this gym. A couple of months ago, I forgot my workout jacket. When I returned the next day and asked the staff, they claimed nothing had been found. I doubted myself and let it go. But about a month later, I forgot a white t-shirt — and this time I remembered just after leaving. I didn’t go back immediately, but returned the next day and asked about it. What followed was a week of vague responses: “We’ll check with the cleaner,” over and over again, with no clear update. When I finally insisted on checking the CCTV, they suddenly told me the shirt had been thrown away and offered compensation. That’s when I realized the same may have happened with my jacket too. This left me feeling that if you forget any item in the gym, there’s little to no chance of recovering it — which is quite disappointing for a place that otherwise feels safe. That said, I’m still training here. The gym itself is spacious, well-equipped, and opens at great hours — as early as 5:00 AM, which suits my schedule. In fact, I left a very positive review 8 months ago when I first joined, because I genuinely appreciated the setup and experience. I still do — but I believe this issue around handling lost items needs serious improvement.
