Fantastic experience: I have been training with coach Nashwa for 6 months now and I vouch for her and this gym. The gym is equipped with all the machines you need. The facilities are excellent in terms gym needs as well as lockers and store area. Everyone here are very friendly and welcoming and I enjoy coming to the gym all the time. Apart from accessing the gym they also have group classes which are a lot of fun. The coaches ensure your fitness needs are taken into consideration while personalising your training. Regular reading of BMI are also taken to track progress. Even with a personal trainer or no, everyone is accommodating and they help you with all your queries. Very clean and well maintained as well. I highly recommend this gym in Ajman and also coach Nashwa who is motivating but also friendly and sweet.

It all starts with the warm and cheerful receptionist ladies, followed by the amazing coaches and their fantastic classes. Each coach has their own unique personality Adreili, Racha , Weiam, Nadine, Neuza ,Vanessa, and Nashwa. They each bring us positive energy and enjoyable moments Special thanks to Amina and Claudia for keeping everything neat and clean and for their lovely spirits I'll share my journey: I was making great progress in the classes, but I felt the need for more to achieve my goals, so I decided to take personal training sessions with the amazing coach Adreili ❤ She truly is one of the best; she taught me many techniques and guided me every step of the way. All the staff are beautiful and the most beautiful thing is that the reception upon entry is wonderful. I started with you last May and I weighed 80 kilos and I could not do any exercise. All the exercises were difficult. The staff advised and encouraged me to continue and start exercises, and even during class they offered me another alternative if I found it difficult. Today my weigh 65 kilos and I do most of the exercises easily❤️
