Negative experience: horrible gym, the most disrespectful trainers, not recommended at all, if you’re looking for a gym I hope you never look at this one trust me you will regret it once you see how everything they do is only for money and they don’t care how you feel or how the staff make you feel.

Negative experience: : I joined this place less than a week ago, and unfortunately I have to continue only because I already paid. The environment is very humid, and the studio has water dripping several times which is extremely unpleasant. Some of the staff, especially a girl named Mayada, treat customers very poorly. I sent two complaint emails but never received a reply. Sadly, I cannot recommend this place to anyone, and I am only continuing because of the payment. On a positive note, the trainers Weam and Vanessa are very professional and kind trainers

Negative experience: اشتركت فيه شهرب735 للتجربة بس ماحبيته بالنسبه لسعره ..صغير والنظافة مب احسن شي وفيه ريحة رطوبه في المكان ماتريح وخلال هالشهر كان السقف يقطر ماي في استيديو الكلاسات وحاطين سطلين في المكان في نص الاستيديو عشان الماي اللي ينزل واتكلمت بس ماتغير الوضع نفسه وما ارتحت الا للكوتش رشا الصراحه شاطرة وتحمس

Positive experience: الجيم بشكل عام مقبول ومكانه نظيف، لكن مساحته صغيرة وغرفة التبديل كذلك ضيقة جدًا. بصراحة، أول يوم جيت أشوف المكان ما حبيت إن الموظفة ضغطت علي بشكل مبالغ فيه عشان أشترك، وما حسّيت إنه كان عندي خيار أطلع بدون ما شاترك،،، رغم هالشي، تعامل الموظفات محترم وفي لباقة بالتعامل. المكان يعتبر خيار مقبول إذا كنتِ تبغين جيم بسيط ومتوفر

Positive experience: I would like to take a moment to express my deep gratitude to the trainers at the gym. A few days ago, when I was feeling low, I came to the gym. At the entrance, I was greeted by adrieli whose encouragement immediately lifted my spirit Vanessa♥️ was the first trainer who introduced me to the workout routines. Amira, with her attentive guidance, corrected my steps when she noticed I was struggling. Weam's overwhelming positive energy was truly inspiring. Nadine ,Nashwa and Rasha were equally supportive. Even the reception staff and workers have been incredibly kind and welcoming. Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart, for making my fitness journey so enjoyable and motivating

Negative experience: I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I was initially excited to join this gym, but my experience quickly turned sour. After just one month, I found myself disappointed with the lack of respect and fairness. Basic gym equipment was withheld, stating it was only for members who paid for classes. This felt discriminatory and made me question their priorities. It's incredibly frustrating to be forced to pay for a service you can't fully utilize. When I requested to cancel my membership, their response was incredibly delayed. I was forced to sign up for another gym, and after five days, they refused to refund my money. Even when I requested a freeze on my membership, their response was rude, delayed, and ultimately ignored. This gym is overpriced and lacks basic customer service. Update: After I sent back the cancellation form, I got no response. When I followed up, the staff acted like they never sent it and told me I should have reminded them. I asked to speak to the owner but was told there’s no contact, and the manager I was referred to was extremely rude. I’m not asking for a refund anymore—I just want to be honest and let others know what kind of service to expect.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with coach Nashwa for 6 months now and I vouch for her and this gym. The gym is equipped with all the machines you need. The facilities are excellent in terms gym needs as well as lockers and store area. Everyone here are very friendly and welcoming and I enjoy coming to the gym all the time. Apart from accessing the gym they also have group classes which are a lot of fun. The coaches ensure your fitness needs are taken into consideration while personalising your training. Regular reading of BMI are also taken to track progress. Even with a personal trainer or no, everyone is accommodating and they help you with all your queries. Very clean and well maintained as well. I highly recommend this gym in Ajman and also coach Nashwa who is motivating but also friendly and sweet.
