Fantastic experience: Great equipment and even greater coaches. The environment is extremely friendly and you get used to the regulars at this gym. The coaches, Rahma and Fahima, are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful when it comes to fitness as well as tracking your progress! I’ve gone for 3 months only and I’ve noticed the change in my body. My mobility and strength is better, I’ve gained muscle, and stubborn areas that I’ve struggled with losing fat in have gotten slimmer. I highly recommend! ❤️

Fantastic experience: Fahima Fitness is such a great place to pursue your fitness and weightloss journey. I have been going for 2 months now and have seen amazing results. The workouts are so diverse and cater for those who may require low impact workouts. It’s also quite aesthetic and a very safe space for all women of different shapes and sizes. It is such a fun time with the coaches aswell, coach Fahima and coach Rahma. I highly highly recommend!!

The gym is well maintained, and there are a variety of classes available to take from. Fantastic experience: Because of coach fahima, I changed from a sport i did for 4 years(crossfit) and got into bodybuilding. I got lucky to be personally trained by her for 2 months and honestly, I got excellent results. Shes also the first female personal trainer I ever train with, and she is very knowledgeable, she really knows what she is doing!! I am a crossfit coach myself, but coach fahima understood my body even more than i did. Her workouts are always different which made it enjoyable, she even constantly advised me on nutrition. Unfortunately, I had to move to AD or else I would be still training with her. Overall, Reasonable prices, very experienced and amazing results. Thank you coach fahima

Positive experience: This gym is located in front of Ajman beach, 9floor of Owais tower. We can see very nice views from class room friendly staff and members. Amazing classes are effectively good for your fat burning and building your muscles. One thing is the minus point. Unfortunately, equipment is a few.

Fantastic experience: I travelled from the uk for an extended vacation to ajman and within a day I found the perfect place for me to focus my weight loss journey. It was more than I expected as the coaches fahima and her sister were so professional at what they do. They really made sure I reached my weight loss goals with their daily classes that motivate you and make you sweat! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a sister friendly environment that will push you to your limits! I wish I could take them back with me to the uk!

Fantastic experience: They were so welcoming, the place is clean and modern. The program for classes is amazing, I had seen result in less than a month. The one hour class is equal to 5 hours in the gym using machines. They listen to you, and any question I asked they directly will answer. The guidance is excellent. Finally, I have made friends and the place feels comfortable to me.
