Negative experience: الجم كان ممتاز وأفضل المدربات فيه مديحة ومي بس للأسف مااعرف ليش طلعو، الجم محتاج إدارة جيدة تحرص على وجود مدربات دائمات لأني من دخلت ماشفت مدربة دائمة تكون مع البنات وتابعهم على الاجهزة أول تعلم الجدد على الطريقة الصحيحة كل التركيز على الاشتراكات والتدريب الشخصي فقط وهذا الشيء مادي، اتمنى يكون اهتمام أكثر بالنادي لأن قيمة الاشتراك السنوية مبالغ فيها مقارنةً بالامكانيات البسيطة للنادي ومستواه اللي صار متدني أكثر مع خروج المدربات الجيدات، وفي شغلة مزعجة أيضاً أنه في مركز تجاري والمفروض الزجاج اللي في جهة قسم النساء يكون عازل بحيث مايسمح ولا بنسبة 10‎%‎ أن البنات يكونون مبينيين.

Negative experience: الجم نظيف و لكن بالمقابل كل الكوتشات الشاطرات مب موجودات ع اي اساس أنا اروح للجم لا وياريت في حد يعلمك ع الاجهزه شاطرين بس يقولون تبغين تدريب خاص ادفعي اشتركي نعم ؟ والمبلغ اللي دافعتنه حق شو ؟ بس عشان اروح امشي ع جهاز المشي لا الصراحه انصدمت من هذا الجم وسياستهم فجأه الكوشات طلعوا صاير الجم فاضي ومافي حماس أبدا أبدا اتمنى يراجعون حساباتهم لان الوضع سيء . The gym is clean, but unfortunately , all the good coaches are no longer there. On what basis should I even go to the gym? And it's not like someone is there to teach you how to use the machines. They're only good at saying, “Do you want private training? Pay extra.” I already paid for a membership what exactly did I pay for? Just to walk on the treadmill? Honestly, I was shocked by this gym and their policies. Suddenly all the coaches are gone, the gym feels empty, and there’s no energy or motivation at all. I really hope the management reconsiders their approach , because the current situation is bad.

Negative experience: The gym constantly changes its schedule every month, forcing members to readjust over and over. Many people struggle to adapt, and the class changes often make no sense at all. It’s clear that no member feedback or surveys are considered—decisions seem made without thinking about the people who actually attend

Negative experience: It was a nightmare dealing with their team, zero professionalism. Constant promises with zero action. I paid more than 9000 AED for one year and get zero assistance, I don’t recommend

Positive experience: It’s not bad.. but cancelling all classes on Friday is not a good decision.. as an employee, using Weekends days is the best opportunity for me to attend classes.. I believe they must revise the schedule and consider members who can only attend during evening time.. They need to add the cancelled classes specially for “Maii” in Ladies section.. she’s incredible

Positive experience: Wonderful gym for any kind of workout. They have best equipments and plenty of space. Not only strength and weight training, there is space for boxing and aerobics too. Trainers are available. Deducting half star for compartive high price for membership. Else its a must join kind of gym for all health enthusiasts.

Positive experience: For few years I was not feeling well about myself after marriage then kids then responsibilities of home it made me go numb then I came to know about the gym in city centre Ajman THE UFC gym it's been almost 3 months now In beginning I felt it difficult but their hourly or 50 min classes help me to get steady in work in no time I started feeling the inches getting reduced my cloths became loose 7:30 Am class of Mr Fernando al meida made me work more on hands learn with technique of boxing and 7:30 am class with Tarek Mohmmed help me gain strength now I feel so strong about myself they put inside of me stability confidence AND UFC became a happy place for me wer I burn my emotions and gain strength the staff who takes so much care of me the Servent Sheetal she deserves so much respect GOT THE BIG SQUAD But for me Fernando and Md Tarek r the best coaches (must try) session I would love to recommend my friends u take care of ur belongings they will take care of ur body

Negative experience: UFCAjman ladies gym does not meet the standards of UFC across the other UAE branches. Horrible customer service and unclear information. I booked well in advance for. Class only for it to be cancelled 10 mins after the scheduled time as the coach was freelance and did not want to take the class for less than her agreed contract. Even after I enquired at the reception I was given vague answers which did not even make sense,

Negative experience: Terrible Experience!!!!! Their customer service is horrifying! you call with an issue, and no one replies for weeks. Every time I call, they say they’ll call back, but they never do. All they care about is money. Want to freeze your membership? Pay. Want to move it to another branch? Pay. 500 dirhams!!!! not just a small fee. I moved from Ajman to Abu Dhabi, and the “ladies gym” in Abu Dhabi is a small room with two machines. It can’t be called a gym!! This is my last hope for a response before I file a complaint with Consumer Protection.

Negative experience: الاشتراك ما بياخد خمس دقايق والمتابعة خلال المشاكل اللي طووووول الوقت كلها هنبعت إيميل ونرد خلال اسبوع وطبعا الرد بعد كتييير بعد مايطلعوا عينا وأول ماتشدمعهم الموضوع يتحل نصة وأول ما يحصل خلل في العقد ونطلب نلغي العقد يقولوا راح نحل الموضوع ماعالينا العدد كتييييير جدا داخل التدريب والعجيب ان كل مايجي أطفال جداد يبداو التدريب من اول وجديد يعني نقعد شهرين تلاتة فس نفس التدريب مفيش اي جديد نتكلم يقولوا عشان الحراكات تثبت معاهم علي اساس انهم كانوا بيلعبوا مش بيتعلموا يعني فلوس علي الارض ونيجي بقا نوقف عشان ظروف وندفع فلوس برضو في تلات دقايق نيجي نرجع يقولوا هنبعت إيميل ونرد خلال اسبوع وكل دة محسبو علينا وفي مرة ردوا علينا بعد شهر وقالولو الشهر دة عليكم طب وبعدين فين الالتزام واحترام الناس ماعلينا مفيش استفادة حتي الان غير انك تخسر فلوسك

Fantastic experience: I'm having a great experience in this gym I've been in many gym in UAE, and for me this one in one of the top 5. Staff professional and very friendly starting from the front office to the cleaning team, gym is very clean and organized. Thank you for the efforts.

Negative experience: Do not recommend it at all. If there was less than a one star, I would give. Poor management. My wife and I wanted to try 3 months membership, however the salesperson told us to get the benefit of a 1 year offer. She was unsure about the benefits as she told us everything is included including personal trainer (that was not true). She asked us to sign an agreement ensuring that they have a refund policy that we can request a refund if we didn’t use the gym yet (that was obviousely wrong too). As we moved to Dubai, we asked them to cancel the membership and refund the full amout as we didn’t use the gym for a medical reason. However they said that they can transfer the membership to any other branch in Dubai. So we agreed just not to waste our money. For more than 3 months we were chasing them to get our membership transferred as the told us to pay 250 AED extra each as this branch is not in thier chain (!!!!!). Now we will file a complaint in Consumer Rights. مش بنصح بيه خالص. لو في أقل من نجمة كنت اديتها. الإدارة سيئة جدًا. أنا ومراتي كنا عايزين نجرب اشتراك ٣ شهور، لكن موظفة المبيعات أقنعتنا نختار عرض السنة علشان ناخد كل المميزات. كانت مش متأكدة من التفاصيل وقالت لنا إن كل حاجة متضمنة، حتى المدرب الشخصي (وده طلع مش حقيقي). خلتنا نمضي على اتفاق ووضحت إن في سياسة استرجاع نقدر نرجع فلوسنا لو ما استخدمناش الجيم (وده كمان طلع غلط). لما انتقلنا دبي، طلبنا نلغي الاشتراك ونسترجع المبلغ بالكامل علشان ما استخدمناش الجيم لأسباب صحية. قالوا لنا إنهم يقدروا ينقلوا الاشتراك لأي فرع في دبي، فوافقنا علشان ما نخسرش الفلوس. بقينا أكتر من ٣ شهور نطاردهم علشان ينقلوا الاشتراك، وفي الآخر قالوا لنا لازم ندفع ٢٥٠ درهم زيادة لكل واحد علشان الفرع ده مش تابع لسلسلتهم (!!!!!).

Negative experience: طيب الجم مقبول و الأدوات مقبولة و كل شي. لكن على سعر الاشتراك اول شي قالوا تقدر تسجل و ثلاث شهور و تسوي فريز لما تحب و هذا طبيعي في كلللل جم هم الفرق ان في دفع خمسين درهم قلنا ما عليه. و سجلت السعر أعلى من كثير أماكن افضل لكن للأسف هم افضل القريب. المهم بعد اشتراكي بيومين نزلوا عرض 3 شهور و 3 مجانا يعني ما كانو يقدرون يقولون انتظر في عرض؟؟ المهم ما علينا بعد العرض بكم يوم قلت لربيعي سجل في عرض كلمهم قالوا لا خلص. يا رجل AB fitness لو ما في عرض يسوون لك عرض و لو عرض رمضان يمدون لك اياه شهور. المهم ما علينا نكمل. حاليا احتاج اسوي فريز مثل ما قالوا لي لما سجلت خمسين درهم و فريز. الحين طبعا قالوا لا انت ثلاث شهور ما لك فريز!! والله عجب لا مرونه في العروض و لا الكلام واضح في اي شي.

Negative experience: The gym over all is good has good coaches and everything but the bad thing about the gym is that the guys at the reception are rude I am 15 but they don’t even let me do the treadmill or even let me put my stuff in the locker before the class starts sometimes I come early to do some treadmill but they send me to the reception and tell me to sit there until my class starts they treat me like a 5 year old my bag is big and heavy so I tell them can I put it in the locker and I will come back but one of the guys ignores me and the other rudely says no.

Negative experience: 2 estrelas pelos equipados que são muito bons. Não estão limpando os aparelhos após os uso na aérea ladies only. As funcionárias da limpeza apenas ficam sentadas olhando quem está se exercitando, olham tanto de uma forma que não nos deixa à vontade. Nunca limpam os aparelhos após o uso e assim acabamos usando o aparelho que outras pessoas usaram e sujaram. Uma recepcionista mandou desligar a música sendo que eu estava na academia. Fui lá pedir pra ligar e ela disse que estava com dor de cabeça de tanto ouvir música o dia todo. Então ela tem que procurar um novo emprego, que academia não é lugar pra ela. Muitas vezes falta gente na recepção , as vezes fica a moça da limpeza na recepção , que deveria estar limpando os aparelhos . Não fui semana passado pois fiquei até doente. Espero que limpem os aparelhos após o uso para que matem os vírus . Deixaram o produto de limpeza jogado em cima da pia do banheiro . Nunca vi usarem. Elas apenas ficam com o produto e um pano nas mãos , mas não vejo limpar os aparelhos .

Fantastic experience: Infinity is the best GYM ever and all workers and the coach Muyideen and coach Sam and coach osvaldo is good thanks u work work and we can get fast good results to lose weight and great muscle wow i know before this gym 4 yrs it came better N best and I mentioned everyone must be vist infinity GYM in Ajman ❤️ love to come always

Negative experience: If there was a 0/5 rating I would’ve chose it. In a span of less than a month i encountered the worst customer experience roller coaster possible. There is no point of mentioning my story anymore, but I would just advise whomever wishing to join not to. Do not let the facility and friendly coaches attract you, yes the facility and coaches and classes are wonderful, however the other teams are inexperienced, and specially the customer service team. I have 11 months left out of 12 and I am willing to join some other gym and ignore my subscription just for the sake of not having to encounter such horrible experience.

Negative experience: للأسف من قلب الحدث بعض الستف مابتبعو تعليمات النظافة حسب القوانين وبس انقدم النصيحة الهم مابياخدوها بمحمل الجد حتي لو كانو رح يؤذو صحة الاخرين تم التواصل مع الرقم الموجود

Negative experience: I would suggest to have an access control system for safety of all members as this branch lacks it and the women section is too small

Positive experience: They are good staff, specially coaches Tarek and Merhan, and Noor from sales But unfortunately the gym policy is pushing the customers away ... as you have no access to other UFC gym branches in UAE and you need to pay 499 derham to transfer to other branches.. me and my wife moved to dubai and we need to pay 1000 derham to transfer which is not logic and too much. Other gyms giving an access to all branches.

Negative experience: Poor Management, if you have left your Number for a reason, No one is calling back, No follow up. Classes timings have no balance, its monthly set up, so if you will miss a class, you will miss it for the whole month. No floor coach Coaches follow up with private trainings only because No proper Management. I don’t recommend this place. I am so disappointed

Fantastic experience: Most warming reception staff especially the pakistan one who’s always friendly and prompt and the one from Filipines and joining with AbdAlim has been the easiest and smoothest process in all the gyms. Floor wise amazing new equipment and i always observe the coaches in classes they seem highly professional and passionate . Recommend

From the reception to the housekeeper. The place is clean as well. I would recommend this gym. Quality over quantity!!!
