Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at GymNation Sharjah Central Mall. I have an active membership, yet the receptionist, Mrs. Aida, refused to allow me access to the gym. After alot of requests, She acted to call her manager, Mrs. Afrina, but it appeared to be a fake call. She then told me that the manager is not allowing my entry. When I politely asked for the manager’s contact number to explain my situation, she refused to provide it. I also requested to speak with any supervisor or person in charge, but she denied that as well. Is this really how GymNation treats its active members? Such uncooperative and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the gym’s reputation.

Negative experience: Misleading Sign-up & Unfair Cancellation Policy I signed up with GymNation, only to find out later that their cancellation terms are hidden and misleading. At the time of joining, no one clearly explained that you must pay for a full year if you want to cancel. Even with a valid reason, they reject your cancellation request. In my case, I moved away from the location and requested to cancel several times — all were rejected. As a result, I ended up paying for the entire year without using the facility at all. In most contracts (like telecom companies), even with a one-year commitment, you can cancel by giving a one-month notice — but GymNation uses this policy to trap customers and rip them off. It feels like they intentionally make it hard to leave, prioritizing fees over fairness. If you value transparency, think twice before signing up here.

Negative experience: When a machine is out of order it take months to be fixed. Which is not at all fair when the gym is packer with people. Even after putting reviews i dont see any change other than a reply saying thanks for feedback.

Negative experience: GYMNATION IS SCAMMER!!! Calling out all the attentions of those people who registered to this worst gym ever in UAE! Gymanation will not allow you to cancel the subscription! I wish to cancel my membership when i was a pregnant and they are not considering it, they said i need to pay the whole year membership before i can cancel the subscription how pathetic they are! And i said why will do that? 1st im pregnant 2nd i will not be able to use your facility! As per filipino accountant (my kabayan) mam you can use our service even your pregnant. Its ok i can use but what if something happened to me and to my baby you will be responsible? Then i keep telling them i want to cancel but they are forcing me to go to gym just to pay them every month they will not considering if your pregnant, if you are shift your house or you dont have work! They just need money! Now they deduct 16x of 161 aed in my account! That money i neee for my incoming cheque payment! And i dont know where i will get the funds for this! I literally cry! This gymnation are NO CONSIDERATION at all cost! Staff will be very nice when your taking the membership they will not inform you about the T&C if you ask questions they will say yes yes only! UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS! SCAMMER! NO CONSIDERATION! UAE SHOULD NOT ALLOWING THIS KIND OF BUSINESS! THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE ♀️

Negative experience: Double Charge on My Card I have been charged twice for the same installment payment, and my attempts to resolve this over the phone have been ignored as your team repeatedly drops the call. Positive experience: This Gym is nice, very economical, but in evening, it’s like a fish market, overcrowded, there is a queue for washroom area, sometime it’s smells very badly in washroom area, but for the price, it’s not bad, cheap and okay, okay. But you have to be very careful for the payment. They don’t stop charging your credit card, even if membership is stopped.

Positive experience: Nice gym , but they have 3 main issues. 1- the Wight measurement is paid which is not like the other gyms. 2- no boxing bags 3- no Sauna
