EMPOWER BODY BUILDING GYM

Negative experience: Worst gym ever visited, trainers have attitude issue, not clean and hygenic seats and machines are full of sweat and when we complain to the coaches they give us tissue paper and ask to clean it and use it. Very bad experience.

Fantastic experience: Update after 5 Months of Membership: It has been five months I have been training here is what I experienced so far: 1- Its absolute value to money I spent. The time trainers give during the workout sessions it feels like having a private trainer almost. 2- Trainers are extremely careful about the members wellbeing and keeping an eye on the individuals and correct them immediately if anything wrong with the execution of exercise to avoid injuries. e.g wrong posture, incorrect angle. 3- Workout variations for the same body part truly surprised me. The trainers know the science behind the muscle hypertrophy very well. 4- I was skinny when I joined the gym, the small T-shirt was loose on me. Now I am wearing medium and large. Great transformation for me. The only downside I had to buy new cloths now :| Sincere advice for aspiring individuals, always do weight training under the supervision of a qualified trainers. A small mistake can result in serious injuries. Empower Gym after acquired by new management is now an amazing place for your workout. I surveyed almost 6 gyms in the area, none were found providing the services they are offering. I selected Empower Gym based on the following reasons: 1- Hygiene conditions and cleanliness 2- Certified Trainers remain available throughout the session. There are 4 trainers available anytime. 3- 24x7 opened 4- Brand new equipment and very well maintained. The gym management is superb, extremely friendly and supportive. The trainers Mr.Safeel, Mr.Rishi and Mr.Rafiq make sure you enjoy the workout session. They have limited time offer on membership I would highly recommend taking advantage of the offer.

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service. They get back to you and resolve the problems you face with the subscription. I got a subscription for a month for the ladies gym but the gym went under renovation for more than a week, they gave me a solution of freezing the membership until next month after the renovation was done but I had to travel. I left my contact number and later got a call from the gym. I asked for a refund because I only went to the gym once and it was under renovation for the rest of the month, had no arguments and got my full refund. The trainers are really friendly and professional too. The equipments is new and the place is really clean too. Would really recommend this place to people who live nearby.

Positive experience: I have been going to this gym for a while now, and I must say it is one of the best gyms in Sharjah Majaz area. The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable, and they really care about helping you achieve your fitness goals. They always have a positive attitude and are willing to answer any questions you may have. The gym itself is very clean and well-maintained. The equipment is top-notch and there is a good variety of machines and weights to choose from. I appreciate that they keep the gym stocked with clean towels and provide plenty of hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes to keep everything sanitary. Overall, I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a friendly and supportive environment to get fit and healthy.
