Positive experience: 150 dhs per month is the monthly subscription. The trainers are polite and friendly. I have seen them helping and assisting people without actually charging them... it’s just a genuine help. I have asked them several times to help me lift and they always help. The Gym is empty from 8-3ish and then it starts getting busy.... so best bet is to go around that time. It could definitely do better with more workout machines, hence one star is taken off.
